This is a bustling beach full of all types of campers, from families in camper vans to groups of friends in quick pitch tents. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded beach camp experience this is not the place, but if you are looking for a more vibrant and energetic community style of camping you have found it! The beach is really beautiful, with impressive views of the Hajjar mountains and serene clear water. Fujairah is the only Emirate to face the Indian Ocean and you can totally feel the difference! Parking is free and easy in any type of car (open hard ground area directly behind the beach), there is the opportunity to park on the sand if you have a 4x4 but be careful not to get stuck! There are no toilets but there is a gas station 5 minutes drive away with facilities, some great restaurants and a super cute cafe called Hygge (highly recommend this place for your caffeine fix). Throughout the day you can expect to see locals exercising their horses, some high speed beach buggies, a few fishing boats and lots of groups enjoying the sea. There are teams that clean the beach day and night, which is great but it is a huge shame that campers and visitors leave so much trash. This is supposed to be one of the best sunrises in the UAE, but unfortunately we woke up to a thick fog so we didn't get to enjoy it. However, there is something really cool about a misty beach! Went there last weekend on beach camping. We did camped there. It was all good. However there are no washrooms available. Which was a little downside. Rest our time was good. But be aware that there is an adnoc station where you can use the washrooms with long ques though. Apart from that the beach was clean, however everyone was enjoying and hope we all keep the public places clean. Also it was very windy, in case you plan to camp. Make sure to buy good quality and decent size camping gear.

Finally, we found the place where we can forgot bussy bussy weekeday Dubai life.This Al Aqah Beach is best place for camping, BBQ and swimming. Relax beautiful beach. There are few garbage, but, well cleaned by cleaning stuff. There is gas station opposite side od beach. You can go toilet and put air for car tire after beach drive.

Nice & calm place to camp in tents and enjoy sunrise and sunset (BBQ and swimming also). Beautiful beach with nice mountain view behind. Mostly the area will be full of tents or sheds but you can easily get a space for you and is a very safe place for families. Main issue is that you need to depend a nearby ADNOC station for toilet and may need to tolerate some noise and light from some neighbor campers coming in big groups. Area is very clean and kids can enjoy well. There are some restaurants and a Masjid also nearby. Any car can access to the camp area but you may need a 4x4 to park the car just near the sea.

It was wonderful camping with friends. I enjoyed a lot. Nice view all sides. One side you can see sea and other side mountains it's wonderful place for visitors. We stayed night there.

Beautiful place to camp. Close to a petrol station and lots of restaurants if you don't want to do your own BBQ or food there. The only problem that there are lights from lots of campers and you can't see the starts and the waves at night perfectly. What's best about it that any car can access you don't need a 4x4 car

Dear Camper's & Beach Lovers, Its a Awesome place to refresh your mind and explore something new to feed your soul ! As am a regular Visitor, I really see the richness of this place is getting dull in few months, irresponsible selfish people who destroy this place for their selfish deed, I see broken bottles, meat bones where kids were playing with bare foot ! Don't do campfire on beach unless you have a pot or campfire vessel,.. when you do campfire on beachsand it will make mess out of it when our adventures drivers smashing the sand with 4X4,. Please feel responsible, Please Leave the place clean & tidy, Please bring your own trash cover and dispose your trash when you leave,.. Nature helping us to heal in many ways so at least not harm it and show some mercy,.. Campers who are helping to preserve this place, Thanks to you ! Have a Nice stay !

Very nice beach and good for families camping

Seems like very famous camping place. You are even able to rent a tent on the spot, but make sure you reach there latest at noon. It first come first serve basis

Free beach for camping/Grill. Getting Crowded as even people come in late night. You have to bear with near by noise whole night .Come early for a sunset over mountain . Near by ADNOC pump is option for restrooms. No restrooms at beach . Not cleaned regularly by seeing today’s beach side . You have long length beach for good walk . If you know swimming enjoy your time in sea as it’s not harsh. Enjoy early morning sunrise if you awake 🫣

A natural rural atmosphere and experience. With mountains behind and sea in front, you can see the magic of sun rising from the depths of the sea.

We camped here and it was quiet at night but since 4am fishermen trucks started coming in and out. I would recommend to camp closer to the resort nearby to avoid the fishermen activities (it is cool to see during the day but not when u are trying to sleep). Good for one night though.

It used to be an amazing free beach for camping for families. Niw it seems everyhting is occupied by private campers and their motor homes, and there seems to be no place for free campers

Excellent spot for camping, washrooms are a challenge when it's crowded as single toilet in nearby petrol pump. However sandy beach and great views are enough to compensate it

The place is nice. We came during the National day holidays and it was so overcrowded and loud that we had to move to a hotel nearby to be able to sleep. I guess during usual weekends it is indeed enjoyable.

One of the best area to actually set up a camping tent with bonfire & do BBQ Grills, better Recommended if coming in a 4×4 Vehicle as you park next to the camp, Normal vehicles can go to be certain limit as well but again you will have to walk on the sandy beach, after sunset it gets busier, Highly recommend to use a camping light or any battery powered light as there won't be any light, with clear black sky you can see the stars twinkling & wait for the sunrise as it's magical 💞

A wonderful place with pure nature and it’s suitable for everyone 😍 you can camp there and spend your night on the beach. Also the water is nice to swim there morning and night. Bring your friends and your equipment and come to camp here

Good place for Beachside Camping. Stayed there for the night on the new year Eve. Good climate and shallow waters.

Best place for holidays on camping and picnics. The place is clean, coz there are some guys who are picking up litters everywhere. But as much as possible, please let us maintain the cleanliness of the place for those who are going to visit here.

From a personal prospective it’s the very best destination for longterm camping. You can enjoy the sea fresh air, sunshine and the most important restrictions are less. So CHILL OUT it’s free but don’t make noise

For camping good, water is not good too much algae and greasy black water, if you only wet your legs it became black greasy.
