Second time here and definitely last one. Sad because I’m a four seasons fan, stayed at more than 10 hotels of the group across the world. But sadly I must say that this one does not meet the expectations. The direction of the hotel has clearly changed and it has ceased to be a family hotel to be something similar to a nightclub. A lot of nights without sleep, one day a wedding, another a party and if not the club nammos next to the hotel with the music all day long at high volume. The service at breakfast too slow. 20 minutes each day waiting for cofee or orange juice. Positive notes for pool service and mohamed the guy from entrance. Next time will try another hotel, when you pay this amounts for an stay you seek for another level of service, quality and of course at least, sleep well during nights.

Gorgeous & Luxury Hotel with amazing service Just the most memorable stay. Four Seasons Dubai was absolutely fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Right from the check in the quality of service exceeded all expectations. From the minute we arrived at the hotel we were in awe of the outstanding service and treated like royalty. How a hotel of this size can give you the level of attention and service, to make you feel like you are the only guest they have is truly amazing. Absolutely fabulous!!!!

Solid 5-star experience overall with great bars and restaurants. Pool and beach area is clean andxwell maintained. Valet is good, but if there is an event you might have to wait for some time.

RUDE VALET SERVICE! Please train your guest valet staff properly! Especially that guy Sushaj and Zachary. I feel that they treat people based on nationality and type of car. This type of attitude does not have a place in Dubai.

Service was 10/10. Kids club staff treated my kids like their own. Best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel and even made my fussy eater son a hot dog for breakfast! Can't wait to come back soon!

I can easily say it is one of the best if not the best hotel to stay in Dubai. Loved the facilities, they have 2 outdoor uniquely designed pools and jacuzzies as well as an indoor pool and an amazing beach. Staff are very professional, friendly, helpful and do their job so well.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always available to assist us. The outdoor activities were organized and fun, making our time at the beach a truly memorable experience. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort in Dubai to anyone looking for a luxurious stay coupled with world-class service. It was an experience that I will remember fondly and one that I would love to repeat.

The hotel is located well, Has the maximum number of best top restaurants in the city with an array of cuisines. The valet is very quick. The staff is respectful. Overall a good experience

Attended a wedding here recently.. the entrance is very crowded and not organized despite the effort of the valet team! Because the same entrance is shared for the hotel, the wedding hall and all the restaurants!!

My Favorite distention in dubai for a local holiday… Quite.. Clean.. huge.. very classy.. the beach and swimming pools are superb.. the service is very good… Highly recommended…

I went there to attend an event, resort is in beautiful location I haven't stayed so no idea about the rooms but the interiors were astonishing and food served was also decent.

The property and facilities are excellent. The location is enviable, on a private beach in jumeirah. Excellent food served in inspiring locations - Sea Fu restaurant is fine dining by the sea and a fine treat. The drinks and cocktails are also absolutely superb and they have wonderful in-house chefs who are really creative. The best thing about the hotel for me is the staff - they are extremely friendly and helpful and make very visit a pleasure for me. Whether business or pleasure - this is a gem.

Brunch and Cake is a cozy cafe located in the Point area. It's a great spot to enjoy delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is lovely, and they have a wide variety of brunch options and mouthwatering cakes. I highly recommend trying their avocado toast and their red velvet cake. What a beautiful resort. Nothing short of phenomenal and a truly grand and luxurious stay experience. Four Seasons hotels are hard to beat. Lovely stay created by a lovely atmosphere completely completed by lovely smiles from their professional staff.

A luxury place with outstanding service, but they can consider the variety of their food in Business conferences. One thing I really hate is that the coffee /tea cups & juice glasses have a bad smell which caused me many times not to finish my beverage!!!

Having stayed at Atlantis to start with this was a completely different vibe, nice and chilled out, not many children. Top class hotel with great service. Breakfast was great, we are vegetarian and the chef made us whatever we wanted. We will return

We came back to FSJB after four years because we loved it (family of seven). The hotel, pool/beach, food and especially the service is amazing, adults and kids enjoyed every minute! Concierge leaves no wish unfulfilled.

The ideal Dubai holiday hotel. Close to the city, pretty sandy beach and some of the best Four Seasons service we have experienced, makes this the ideal place for a Dubai holiday. Excellent kids club, and rather smart, a large adults only- and a separate also large kids pool. All food was excellent, highlights were the seafood restaurant on the beach and Coya (Peruvian). Top notch service all the way through, meant that there was not one thing we could put a finger on, it’s not often this happens! We were a bit concerned about possible noise from the Nammos beach club next door, but we honestly hardly noticed it was there…

What an experience!!! Every second in the hotel was special from the grandeur to the service it’s truly incredible. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and from one of the guests “it’s like we’re in a space ship” and I could not agree more it’s truly out of this world. I can’t emphasize enough how clean the hotel is and how important that is to most people including myself. The hotel itself truly feels unique and wherever your at expect an incredible view of the beautiful city bellow. That’s another thing the hotel is all in the sky and that adds to the spaceship feel it’s truly unique. When you enter you are greeted by an awesome staff of people that cater to your every need, then you are brought to an elevator that brings you up a glass elevator like Charlie and the chocolate factory and you see the city bellow as you rise to the top where your greeted by more amazing people and shown to a stunning lobby with fresh flowers, and then taken to your incredible room. The service is what sets the four seasons apart from the rest they are there for anything you may need and make you truly feel welcomed and comfortable(worry free). The attention to detail is amazing so many times I was stunned by the small details that they did truly made it an experience. I would run multiple times a day and they would always have water and towels ready for me when I returned AMAZING!!! The pool was outstanding and so special it’s the only infinity pool in philly and looks over the beautiful city. Not to mention in the same area is a gym that is so clean and full of great equipment I didn’t know where to start. They also have a spa that was just beautiful again overlooking the city. Plenty of restaurants on sight and all are great! Truly an amazing experience and I was very sad to leave but will be even more excited to return, truly one of the greatest hotels in the world. Thank you to the amazing staff that keep that place rocking and rolling 24/7 amazing!!!

Elegant hotel. People at the hotel were very welcoming, soft spoken and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Few minor quirks with electricity circuit playing spoilt sport. And few more plug point near to bed would be my suggestion. Breakfast was amazing. Nice spread and fresh.

The views from the pool, private beach and restaurants/bars are amazing! I went to the Sea Fu restaurant during sunset and it was beautiful. It was quite, calm and perfect scenario to enjoy the environment. Food and drinks were ok (nothing spectacular) and the staff was really friendly.

Superb hotel, exceptionally friendly and informed staff. They couldn't do enough for us, food consistently excellent, drinks carefully mixed and presented. The spaces are cleaned regularly and communication between us the concierge was excellent. Everything we wanted was here and we will certainly be coming back when in Dubai again. I cannot see how this beautiful place can improve, hotel cars can be ordered for transfers and visits, food is super fresh and lovingly prepared, the staff are totally amazing, pools, gym, entertainment all wonderful. Bravo Four Seasons ! very happy indeed.

Average hotel overall. We got it for a bargain so it was great but definitely not worth 4-5k Aed for a night. The beach is really unpleasant, no view, poor location. The family pool is great with kids. The rooms are again average. There are much nicer luxury options in Dubai and the UAE.

Not a five star. Not worth the rate. I can't explain it. There is nothing wrong with this place but you leave unsatisfied in a way. The staff is real nice and polite. The food and restaurants are amazing. I just felt that there is something missing from the whole experience given the rate.

This has to be one of the most beautiful Four Seasons resorts we have stayed at. The service is outstanding and attention to detail is given. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had great view of the pool area, and you could walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet was just amazing. There is a kids club where our son just loved being there, so it gave us time to relax and do our own things. Definitely one of the best times we've had

I have booked a room with “pay at the property option” and while I was traveling they tried to take payment in advance which got declined because of limit set on my card and they cancelled my booking. By the time I reached to a location with network my booking was cancelled and no longer any of the rooms available to book on same date. Absolutely disappointed with pathetic move by this hotel. Don’t give “Pay at property” option if you are gonna pull out stunt to cancel my booking

Absolutely pathetic. The staff is extremely arrogant and rude. The team that is there at the lobby / porch to greet you is the worst I’ve ever seen, they kept obsessing and asking me repeatedly whether or not I have a reservation or not without even greeting me , as if it is a palace and it’s restricted entry. I was about to check in and make a reservation but I was so disgusted and repelled by the attitude of everyone at the porch, lobby and front desk that I decided to go to Bvlgari instead where I met an incredible team who knows a lot more about hospitality than these amateurs at four seasons.

I am sending this letter to thank you for the great experience I had in your hotel. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and every thing was so great and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for the nice work and services you provided for your customers.

This resort is absolutely the best in Dubai! The hotel service is amazing, food always fresh and delicious. The resort also has salon La Sirene where is working a guy with name Tony who takes the best care of your hair! Highly recommend!

What is there to say - a prospect hotel that delivers, if you can afford it to yourself. 5 stars plus, great facilities and great service. Not cheap but if you are up for an exclusive stay, go and check it out.

Simply the best hotel in Dubai! Amazing! Wonderful! Fantastic! Outstanding! Remarkable! Superb! The hotel has an excellent location, fantastic food and a crowd. Especially during this pandemic period, they take care of guest health by applying appropriate rules to protect against COVID-19.

Sadly I had my worst experience at the four seasons resort at jumeirah beach out of the all the other four seasons around the world, as I always stay with them whenever I travel. The room and the service was great as always. the issues I faced were with the valet, they cased damage to my cars front bumper and scratches on the front driver side wheel and back passenger side wheel. When I pointed out the damage to the valet staff they reassured me that they will look into the matter and I also spoke with the manager about that issue and she said that they will review the CCTV and that the security will come to my room to show me the footage asap. After more than 2 hours, which is more than ample time. I called the front desk and was shocked that the manager isn’t available. I then asked to be transferred to the security office thinking that they will have an answer for me, but the security person that I talked to was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, he said in a very dismissive tone “we found nothing” and when asked why they didn’t contact me back or show me the footage like I’ve been promised by the manager, again and in the same tone he said “I forgot to notify you, and I’ll not show you the footage. If you want to call the police, then call them”. I did not say to him that I’ll call the police or anything nor is it worth my time, I made it clear to him that I’ll only write a review detailing everything to which he responded with “you’re more than welcome to do that” he just said that before hanging up. I was very shocked at the lack of professionalism of some of the staff and the security personnel at the resort; while I’ll definitely be staying at the other four seasons resorts and hotels, I’m never coming back to the four seasons resort at jumeirah beach. Very disappointing.

The hotel its located in prime location in Jumeirah road . The staff are very welcoming and service level is very satisfactory. They have amazing restaurant/coffee shop in the lobby and the food is amazing . In general was very good experience.

My fave hotel in Dubai ever! My family and I have been staying here since 2017 and we love it so much! I just came back from my Eid 2022 holiday there too :) Big thank you to the most amazing staff ever in suq breakfast buffet Andrea G. She is the sweetest person ever! We’ve stayed last year around the same time and she recognized and heartily greeted us once we came in again this morning :) she wrote us a lovely welcome back letter and made us yummy welcome back heart shaped pancakes too! ❤️ Love this hotel so much, the pool, rooms, beach, and restaurants. Always our go to when we are in Dubai

Awful experience at the buffet breakfast! We were regulars but our last visit to the breakfast was a nightmare! Ended up physically I’ll in less than 1 hour after the food! We were at table no. 22! Had to be admitted to emergency in hospital, diagnosed with bug viral infection in stomach! This restaurant must investigate immediately their food handling and cleanliness! This was terrible and it is the worst experience to end up in hospital after a meal!

Love the food, however kids run everywhere and its so noisy. Also, if you give them your first name they wont stop calling you with your first name without any boundaries its like we are friends with the staff!! Some people might like it but not all are going to be too comfortable this way.

It is a wonderful place. The brunch is very elegant, good food end the service excellent. Nice corner for kids with good activities. We went already few times and we will go again. You can have a nice walk on the beach after the branch. I love the place.
