the building management has not effectively enforced rules and maintained a healthy and clean environment within the building. This has resulted in families and singles coexisting without proper consideration for the well-being of both groups. The building management's failure to adhere to rules and regulations can lead to numerous issues and conflicts. It is important for building management to establish clear guidelines and policies that address the needs and concerns of all residents. By disregarding these rules, the management is creating an environment that is potentially disruptive and uncomfortable for both families and singles. Health and hygiene are crucial aspects of any living space, and it is the responsibility of the management to ensure that the building is clean and well-maintained. By neglecting these aspects, the management is compromising the health and safety of the residents. This lack of cleanliness can lead to various health hazards and lower the overall quality of life for everyone living in the building.

I rented my accommodation in AL Diwan Towers from AQAR for the last 3 years. My accommodation is supposed to be family building. Recently, They rented several flats for bachelors. We are talking about 20-30 people per 2 bedroom flat. It is becoming unsafe for us and our families. I am concerned about the health and safety in the building. The lifts are becoming crowded all the time no respect for families, they push themselves (new residents) inside the lift with no consideration to elders or kids or women. It is an appalling state. The Building clearly displayed that it is a family building. I and several residents complained about it to the company and we were told if we don’t like we can leave. It is a rude and irresponsible attitude. I am extremely disappointed that a company with such low standard exist in the UAE. We raised several complaints to the AUTHORITIES, but to no avail. I am absolutely disgusted with the service they are providing.

My recent visit to Al Diwan Towers left me quite frustrated due to the elevator situation. The lifts were constantly busy, leading to long waiting times. It was a significant inconvenience, especially during peak hours. While the building itself has its merits, the overcrowded elevators overshadowed the overall experience. I hope management can address this issue promptly to improve the convenience for residents and visitors.

Ajman HR Government offices and few other government organizations also works in this building, b block is for companies and other 2 blocks residential.. Very neat and clean.. Photos are from backside of the building.

Residential complex of 3 building. One building is office building and 2 are residential buildings of about 20 floors each constructed or 3 podium floors of car park. Gym to be started soon on 3rd podium floor. Some retails units are on ground level.

Great place, on the edge of the Emirates of Ajman but you can access very easily all the facilities and can walk the sea-side just by 10min of walk. Neat & clean & calm resistances. 10/10 & one of the most beautiful place compared to other in the category.

I think most people who complain about other people living here too are recist, being too uncomfortable around people who never do them any bad. i live here happily with my family most times when they close work they pass balls with my children and we all laugh. stop recism and have peace of mind

Al Diwan Towers has a significant bachelor tenant population. The crowding and noise level can be overwhelming, making it feel less like a home and more like a dormitory. And the elevator wait times? Forget it - sometimes it's over 30 minutes！ It is said that five-star reviews can be ranked first :P

Great and spacious rooms. My children are always happy playing around and relaxed. We have sound mind living here.and living with all nationalities. good society for growth of young generation
