When we booked, we doubt a bit because it was a bit far. When we arrived we were surprised. The staff was just amazing, from the people at the door, everybody was really nice. The ladies at the reception desk were really helpful. Waitress, janitors, cooks, lifeguards, everybody was so nice all the time. The room was nice and clean. The restaurants were super nice. For families, there are plenty of things to do. The water in the pools is warm. The price is fair. Just bear in mind renting a car or spending in uber, because it is far away from the city, but totally worth it.

Wow! It was amazing; we used a Family room; it was super quiet, the beds comfortable, I loved the pillows. The restaurant has a wide variety of meals on their buffet. I recommend either half board or the entire board. The pool is temperated to an acceptable temperature. There is a Lazy river and three slides in which you can play with your Kids. Also, there is a Canopy that is closed at the moment. We used the Kids Arcade area. It was super fun. Outside, next to the pools is a Kid's club for the little ones. A Jacuzzi is available as well for the adults. Lastly, there is a big beach with seats for you to enjoy the sun. The staff was terrific. We had a great time

This resort is great for families. My 9-year-old son loved this place so much. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are designed well and are very spacious and comfortable. On the waterfront side there was absolutely no noise entering the room at night which was great for a peaceful sleep. There are loads of fun things to do here including the beach watersports activities, water slides, floating obstacle course, lazy river, high-ropes course, pools, etc. There is also a game room for children and adults. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The resort is very new so we did find a minor issue with the original room we were given, and we when I reported it we were upgraded to a room with a better view. 😀😀😀

Amazing staff who were so helpful (especially the manager). The hotel is perfect for families, my son loved the water park and night time events for kids. Good location, a little far out but we hired a car and could drive where we needed to in 20mins or so. The rooms were not cleaned at first to standard, but once I mentioned this they came and cleaned it straight away...I had no more issues after that. Would highly recommend especially with family. The spa was an absolute delight- I had the deep tissue massage. Great hotel, amazing service ...so much to do.

This is a great place for families. It is a little bit out and away from the city, so it would either be better to rent a car like we did, or get the all-inclusive meals that come in a package. The water park was definitely a good time for the younger kids and the spot on the beach was also good. The all-you-can eat breakfast buffet hit the spot before heading out to use up energy while swimming. Make sure if you want to eat dinner at the resort that you make a reservation at least 4 hours in advance. The spa was also a great experience and we were able to drop the kids off at the included kids club so they could have fun.

Great place for family trip.. Rooms are nice.. bunk-bed room great for families. Buffet food is decent, kid friendly setup but. 1) Staff overwhelmed at peak times. Hard to get served.. 2) Kids club is too full of screen-games. Didn't really want to leave my kids there.

Family of 5 and we stayed 2 nights during the winter holiday in a family room (2 beds + bunk bed) Good things first: - Spacious and clean room - Great kids club with lots of activities - Very good water facilities. Well maintained and temp controlled - We had access to the family lounge which was convenient Must improve: - Service quality is poor overall, staff are not rude but clearly not well trained - Food is below average, in terms of both choices and quality, especially in the buffets, with surprisingly limited kids options - They were clearly understaffed for the holidays, hotel was packed and were generally super late on lots of requests - 3rd party providing beach activities had most equipment down for maintainance or just not available, because the mechanic was on holiday :D seriously!!! Overall, it's reasonably priced and the kids had fun, but we're not coming back here again for sure.

Best family resort in Dubai! Stayed for two nights on the all inclusive package. Was a fantastic deal! For the best deal, book the rooms on the website and then add the all inclusive package at the hotel. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the water activities, gaming zone and the food as well. We will definitely go back

Loved every single moment here. We were all inclusive in a mirage family room which gave us access to the mirage family lounge. This lounge was a little bit of calm each day, with nice food, great staff and a place to chill out of the sun.

Excellent for family and It was amazing stay with kids. staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. its best to take or I recommend either half board or the full board as nothing is near or in entire Island and you need to drive out of the island to get any restaurants or fast food outlets. There is family pool & Adult pool (Jacuzzi) and There is a Lazy river & slides in additional they have Canopy pool by the beach. There is a big beach with seats for you to enjoy the sun and in house there is kids electronic 🎮 kind of small one but nice. And at night there is a fire show by the beach and cinema screen by the beach. It's wonderful place and 2 nights is enough to my opinion as we took 3 and we thought it was a bit too much. Price for soft drin I found out to be very expensive especially when you have 4 kids. I remember paying 103 for 5 soft drinks in 1 dining that's too much to my opinion and it should be included in food package. ¤ What I did not like: the toilet have no lock, can't understand the designer for family room toilet without lock with kids and No Lock !!!!

This hotel EXCEEDED our expectations!!!! A 4 star hotel offering a 5 star service. It’s the perfect family escape. Will definitely come back. I wish they can add food and drinks services by the pools though.. but other than this, we had the best time and wished we can extend. The facilities, water parks, night entertainment, food, everything was just right!! We will come back very soon

We (2 adults, 2 kids (6y and 3y) spent two nights and had an awesome time. The water park has something to offer for everyone and every age. There's also plenty lifeguards around, so you don't need to worry when enjoying the lazy River with one child, while the other one is exhausting itself on the slides. They had an additional/probably not permanent pool with some climbing challenge installed at the beach, so not everyone is hanging around at the same place. Even the hotel was full, it still felt ok and not overcrowded. The staff was super friendly and attentive - doesn't matter if it was at the restaurant on the ground floor or the one on the top of the building or at any location in between. You are not just get the directions where to find something - they come with you and show it to you! On the last day we were made aware of the Day Lounge, which is a nice room, where you can have a shower and take a rest before your (usually late flight out) departs. I haven't seen anything similar before. And considering the flight schedules, this is a very well thought through feature....like a bunch of others. You get the impression that someone with family and kids has thought about what does it need to make a stay enjoyable for the whole family and has put things in place. Great job well done!!! We for sure will come back!

Fab hotel for families, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel and grounds were spotless, room was spacious, storage for clothing was a little lacking, especially for more than 2 people in a room. Lovely to be able to sit on the beach with the kids being able to go between the sea and the pools. Hotel location is out of the way so there isn't anything in walking distance at the moment, it's the perfect hotel if you want a relaxing time with family/friends as the hotel has everything you need.

Hotel is a good brand but the Dubai location is new and has some teething issues. This is not too much of an issue, but my challenge was the limited communication or transparency on addressing some of the issues. Has potential to move to 4 stars.

fantastic resort for family and kids.. mainly kids at all ages .. you can stay there and switch off all your mobiles.. will not need any thing from the world .. just stay and enjoy.. all facilities is there .. and all the taste of Thai food. The reception staff were lovely and I so loved the capri trousers worn by the ladies. Patrick the concierge was absolutely a joy to meet. Also Caroline, from the kids club...entertaining the children at the disco. The house keeping were extremely nice. I visited all the restaurants and found staff to be lovely and helpful. All the staff I came in contact with, were professional, polite and showed a genuine interest to assist. Would definitely recommend. Hotel itself was kept clean throughout the day

Amazing, clean and staff friendly hotel. Lots of attractions to explore. Children's will enjoy with lots of water activities. Beach is clean. Food was good. Overall enjoyed my stay during the national holidays. I am looking forward to book my stay again during Christmas with my family & friends this time. No valet parking was available when i stayed, but car parking was near by.Overall 5 stars and keep it up.

We've stayed at the hotel twice already. Only the most positive assessments and emotions. We had a very cozy room with all the necessary furniture, a large and comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a large TV, and air conditioning. The room was cleaned daily. The workers are always welcoming and friendly. I would especially like to mention the good guy Artem, who successfully copes with his functions by creating a positive attitude and positive ideas about the hotel among guests. I really liked the service, we recommend this place to relax to all our friends and acquaintances. And we will definitely choose the hotel we liked so much again.

There are so many choices for resorts in Dubai... this is our family's preferred choice. We love it here and have already planned our next visit. Don't take my word for it, come visit for yourself. The rates are nothing short of absolute value for money. If it's within your budget, I recommend an all-inclusive stay. The rooms are huge with spectacular views. The staff as all well trained and very friendly. The resort is very kid-friendly.

This hotel is ideal for families. If only the service could be sorted out it would be fantastic! We paid for all inclusive however we couldn’t get some drinks and they wanted us to pay for chips in the Sands restaurant! The service is poor because they are trying to keep up with all the customers. If they could get this right it would have been amazing. The Thai food in the main restaurant was so good! The staff were very pleasant but just lacked a strong management team to lead them. The lazy river was so much fun! Great amenities on site. Not enough sun beds for all guests which was frustrating. Unless you woke up really early and played stupid games to get a bed you could find yourself with no where to put your stuff.

My kids love this place! We stay here at least once a year. So far, they just keep getting better and better. Rooms are always clean. Housekeeping staff responds quickly to requests at any time of the day. Their nightly shows keep the kids and adults entertained. Food are great but could still use a bit of improvement. Love it over all!

I like the overall ambience and decor. My favorite part is the activity options it’s has for kids… a perfect choice for Family Holiday. I also particularly like the Bunks beds for in rooms. It shows that a lot of thought is given for kids comfort and entertainment. Good stuff 👍🏼

We arrive in the hotel early as the check in time and they accommodate us and even we can use the pool. They are very accommodating in handling guest like you can feel that they are trying their best. This hotel is very Family friendly hotel, my son enjoyed the whole time we stayed in the Hotel, sad thing is we don't have enough time to try all the amenities the Hotel can offer. I checked the reviews while we are still here and I am quite surprised for the negative ones. It’s our third day today and we just love everything. The staff is super friendly and polite. The service is just perfect! The food is really good and there are plenty of choices. The room is perfectly clean we did not have any problems with the bathroom and the shower. The water pressure is great so is the hot water. We have sea view and we love it! I also read that some people are complaining about things not been included with the all inclusive but we did not had any problems with. In our opinion everything is included except the more expensive alcohol. The pools are amazing. We do not have kids but it’s really child friendly. Overall we have amazing experience with everything here. We still have 2 more nights. We definitely recommend!!!

We really loved the place! The Thai atmosphere and themed restaurant, the kids activities and the heated pools were the best parts. Staff are super friendly and respond so fast. The chefs in the main restaurant were well informed about our allergy needs and prepared custom dishes for us. Rooms are clean and neat, and being a relatively new hotel made the amnesties not worn out of usage. You get daily 30 minutes of free kayaking between 9:00 to 12:00 and free towels for the pool. There are other paid water activities too.

Fantastic hotel especially for families with young children. Food is good, rooms are nice. The hotel has play areas for kids both indoors and outdoors. Even a games room. Activities too like magic shows, fire shows etc every other day. Highly recommended hotel. Some suggested improvements include better staffing around pools, more adult activities and suggestion for a mini supermarket on site.

Everything was nice. First of the hotel is huge....its proper resort, having many pools and also a private beach. Best part is the staff...they were so hospitable. everyone was greeting you with a smile and ready to help. You can feel culture and enjoy it. We had a lovely stay for 2 days. Will sure go again with friends and family.

Having only been in Dubai for a short stay, this seemed like the perfect place to stay, allowing us to relax and provide our children (6,4,2) with plenty of entertainment. Centara Mirage did not disappoint. There was plenty to do and, with the exception of eating and sleeping, I don't think we spent a moment out of the pool during its opening hours. The room was reasonably sized (always feels a bit crowded as a family of 5) and was clean and serviced - the only downside being that we got a street view as opposed to a beach view, this gave us a view of a construction site across the road. Food options were vast - albeit quite pricey. The breakfast buffet was high quality and had a vast range on offer. Especially liked the kid area that allowed the children to pick their own breakfasts and had plastic plates - lovely touch. The pool was fantastic. As previously stated, we spent our entire weekend by the pool going round the lazy river, cliff diving, dancing in the family pool with the instructor, enjoying the splash zone or just relaxing whilst watching the kids on the slides (only annoying part of the pool was that adults were not allowed to go on the slides with the kids, despite advertisements showing children and parents on the slides together). Other things that impressed us / were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids were the dance parties in the evening and the entertainment (acrobatics show). They especially loved the cinema on the beach! Another nice touch was the family room which provided a space to relax / change after the pool on the day of our departure. Thank you for a wonderful visit. I definitely see us returning.

Great hotel for a family escape . recommended for family with 2-3 kids. Bunk beds are perfect and executive lounge access for snacks and kids games are outstanding. The hotel is in a new development area away from the noisy downtown I will come back again when the weather is warm so the kids can enjoy the small water park inside the hotel

Ideal place for families, they have multiple water-based recreational activities (splash park, water slide, kids pool and adult pool) in addition to nightly magic and fire display shows and outdoor movie nights.Moreover,3 indoor kid clubs for different age groups also ensures that the little ones would not be bored.At the time of our visit, the resort was heavily booked however thankfully the staff provided high levels of customer service.Definately 3 nights are required at minimum to enjoy what the resort has to offer. Has a decent waterfront beach access.Some gripes : limited variety on buffet breakfast (although basics were covered more than adequately but no live cooking stations for example) and minor oversight in cleanliness for common areas.Otherwise a great option for families wanting to stay with kids.

We recently did a staycation over a weekend for a night. The resort is really beautiful and has lots of activities for kids. It's got a small watermark with lazy river, water slides, family pool, private beach, kids indoor gaming zone - E-zone, kids club. My 2 kids had a great time, and as adults also there are restaurants, beach front, and bar to hang out. It's a full family resort. The staff is very polite and courteous and gives attention to details. One point where Resort lack is not having a South Asian restaurant. There were good numbers of South Asian guests, but there is no South Asian restaurant. The morning buffet breakfast is amazing and vast with great options to eat for all. Overall its a worth place to go and enjoy for families and kids.

Amazing experience. I came here with my wife and three little kids. Everyone had an amazing time. Very clean resort and amazing service throughout the facilities. Many activities for the kids to enjoy as well as the adults. Beach is nice and many pools to attend to all ages. Will definitely come back again. Thank you management team.

I stayed here with a family of 14 for 2 nights and had 6 rooms. The hotel has potential to be a very good 5 star Resort. Since the hotel is brand new, it still has a few things to fix which is quite understandable i think. Pros: -free unlimited arcade games -good views from the area facing rooms -massive beach with endless sea to see -lots of pool activities -excellent Lebanese restaurant Sheesh -very friendly staff (thank you Housekeeping Rakib). Service is the most important element of an experience in my opinion. Think they got this right all across the hotel and recommend they keep training their staff to maintain this, separating them from other hotels in UAE. -free watersports in the morning Cons: -heavy paint smell at the restaurant Suan Buan during breakfast hours on both days - Only 2 slots in 1 day for rope obstacle course - 2pm and 4pm -pool water is v cold. Since it's a family hotel. I wish the water was temperature Controlled. The kids pool water was even more colder than all other pools -elevator not working (one of the elevators would just stand in one place and not move at all, it would only open and close) -daily Cinema at the beach is a great idea but very poorly executed. Both the nights my kids sat down to watch movies, the operators closed the projector 10 to 15 minutes before the movie got over. The reason given was that 11.15pm is closing time. That made me quite upset as we wasted almost 75 minutes with the kids on both days watching aqua an and aladdin and they were crying that they wanted to see the ending. If the operator knows in advance how long the movie is, then they could start it 10 to 15 minutes earlier. -Breakfast buffet egg station was quite overwhelmed and the chef got my order wrong 3 times consecutively, once gave me ham in the omelette even though i made it clear that I don't want any meat. - food taste and quality needs a big focus and upgrade. We weren't satisfied with any meal at their main asian restaurant, with especially underwent Thai good. - There was also a bit of English communication gap with a few staff at times which was easily overcome as there were plenty of staff around to direct and help Points i wish i knew in advance: -Lebanese restaurant needs to be booked a day in advance - Air/Rope obstacle course is only open at 2pm and 4pm. It gets full very quickly and advance reservation is a must -9.30am to 12.30pm free kayaking and paddle board are available for 30 mins I wish them luck and overall had a good time with my family

Had a wonderful day in SPA Cenvaree from start to finish. The most accommodating staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Therapist Rita is very professional. Highly recommended! My experience with the massage service and other facilities (steam, sauna and jacuzzi) was definitely something to try again. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day!

Staff was always kind and helpful. So many swimming pools and a lazy river and splash pad. We all had a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was good too. The chef made my daughter gluten free breakfasts both days.

Rooms are good with nice sea view. Very less food options, not a single Indian food option in any restaurant on resort. Nothing is nearby it's on a developing island and pretty much isolated. Good for family as lot of activities for kids. A bit disappointed with the beach though, ocean with no waves and and a very bad smell, don't know why.

vacation at the Centara hotel. in July we showed up with the whole 2 + 2 family. beautiful hotel, delicious food !!! but the best thing is the service of this hotel. Very nice people, from room cleaners, waiters, lifeguards at the pool to the managers themselves. you can ask for help at any time of the day or night. at swimming pools and on the beach, lifeguards are 200 percent engaged in their work. we felt really safe when our kids were in the water. rooms cleaned daily - it was great. I recommend this hotel for families with children because everyone will find something for themselves and there is no shortage of attractions for adults and children. I recommend it with all my heart !!!!

Had a wonderful stay with nine of my family. Felt more like a kids' place yet fully active as an adult. The vast water front, clean and put out beaches, aqua games mixed for kids and adults, indoor gaming areas, clean and well defined indoor space .... helpful staff. Good place to spend a week end.

Activities are so good for kids. I have 3 kids 4, 7 and 9 years and they were able to access everything. We really enjoyed it and I strongly recommend. The challenges: 1. Check in procedure is backdated, it feels like your are visiting a hotel in the 80s 2. Staff are not powerful to take decisions. Sadly you need to approach the manager if you need any simple help. 3. In the bar there is one person serving 4. Food quality is average

It's a great place for Families especially kids 10 & below. The rooms with bunk beds are a brilliant idea as it is very ideal for family with kids On a budget. The restaurants are a set back though, Pool restaurant Is fine3.5/5 The Thai is really a disappointment as far as Thai food is concerned It's extremely limited and one question and advice, why have such a big menu consisting of Asian, Italian, Argentinian, continental etc. Limit your menu and concentrate on high quality & tasty food, you will be highly appreciated, successful and profitable. The evening dinner BBQ at Sands is boring do some work in the menu there...last but not the least if you are a beach goer then forget it, it's a reclaimed beach not pristine sandy one.. but in any case with Kids and the number of pools, games, disco, obstruction pathway, lazy river etc it makes up for 90% of kids interest. I said earlier and.saying again its a family with young kids paradise! Enjoy
