It
is
a
few
months
since
we
have
been
in
this
hotel.
We
were
from
25.01
to
05.02
and
stayed
in
room
461.
At
the
reception,
I
promised
that
I
would
leave
a
review.
We
certainly
liked
the
hotel,
its
comfortable
location,
nice
rooms,
good
service,
and
overall
we
had
a
favorable
feeling
from
the
hotel.
However,
there
was
an
unpleasant
incident,
which
I
promised
to
write
about.
At
the
check
in
we
were
charged
by
the
tourist
tax
twice.
We
paid
by
card,
and
the
first
payment,
as
the
hotel
employee
said,
did
not
pass,
and
he
asked
us
to
pay
again.
We
did
not
want
to
do
this
because
there
was
already
a
transaction
in
the
online
bank,
but
the
employee
insisted.
We
were
charged
two
amount
of
tax,
a
few
days
later
we
went
to
the
reception.
We
were
told
that
they
had
only
one
payment,
then
asked
to
wait
10
days,
promised
to
sort
it
all
out,
swore
they
had
nothing
to
do
and
did
not
want
to
charge
us
double,
when
checking
out
they
asked
to
wait
another
month
and
again
said
that
they
had
not
written
off
the
money
twice.
From
the
hotel
administration
as
a
compliment
from
the
hotel
for
this
situation
was
sent
to
the
room
a
bottle
of
wine
for
$
5.
However,
more
than
two
months
have
passed
since
the
end
of
the
vacation
and
the
money
has
still
not
been
refunded.
When
I
checked
out
of
the
hotel,
I
promised
the
hotel
employees
to
write
a
review
if
the
money
is
not
returned
and
I
kept
my
promise,
unlike
the
hotel,
which
still
has
not
done
anything.
