I have never experienced such a beautiful hotel with excellent service. I'm afraid all our future holidays/hotels will have to measure up to this, which will be hard :-) From check in (we didn't have to stand at the counter, a hotel staff member did everything for us while we sat in the lounge and were served refreshing towels and drinks) to check out everything was just right and we were pleasantly surprised several times (fresh fruit every day, fruit bread etc). There are so many staff at the reception looking after guests around the clock that we never had to queue (whether to change money or order a taxi). As soon as we queued, someone came and helped us immediately. We could have breakfast in 2 locations. In the main location it was too loud and too many people, in the smaller location it was perfect. 14 restaurants and we only tried 2 :-) . Because the food at the buffet was so insanely varied and great. 3 pools with pool service at the main pool for any requests. We had a great room with a view of the sea, pool, side view of the marina, palm tree and the Ferris wheel where there was always a light show in the evening. It was fantastic. There is a lot on offer for children: Bouncy castle, bunny hunt game (at Easter) etc. We will definitely be back. Hopefully it will be as good the second time as the first :-)

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent choice of restaurants all serving 1st class food. We stayed in a sea view club room which provided access to their excellent club lounge. My only complaint is not with the hotel but with the handful of awkward guests who refused to wear masks, even when being continuously told to by staff members.

This hotel is a stalwart of Dubai's Beach and hospitality industry. However others may have crowded this hotel's original space it was refreshing to visit after some years and see that good hospitality, service and excellent dining is still at a very high quality. Staff don't point to the direction of the restaurant, they take you there personally, and introduce you to the staff there. The meal in the seafood restaurant was very good, fresh products well prepared and with attentive service that was never intrusive. (The grilled baby octopus and scallops were particularly good). Thank you to the still great Pam, (the super, long-standing GM), who has kept this (and other hotels) in great shape in Dubai.

Stayed for 7 days in February. Beautiful resort; very clean, well staffed and modern. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner is delicious. They rotate dishes every day so you wont get tired of the same dishes. The rooms are spacious paired with a balcony. The beds are a perfect firm with plush pillows. The pools are warm clean.

Our room had a beautiful view, it was very clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful, there are good restaurants in the area and a beautiful garden surrounds the hotel. It's a good place to relax, it is quiet during the night and you have many options such as the pools, restaurants, a walk on the beach, Dubai Marina and so on. It's a 10/10.

This resort did an outstanding job making you feel as if you were a part of the family. Mr. Eddie the manager went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and insured we were pleased in every way. The room service, Buffet and Italian restaurant was class a service and food. The beach and bar area is provided great service. Upon our departure we were escorted to the airport in the Marriott car and a representative stayed at the airport with us to make sure we boarded our flight. We ran in it into an issue with a Covid test and the representative took my friend to get a test and escorted her back in time for our flight. Without his knowledge we would’ve never made our flight. The food the beach the staff was awesome. Thank you Mr. Eddie look forward to seeing you the next time I’m in Dubai.

My most favorite hotel in Dubai. Great for families. It is a resort, you actually do not need to leave it at all. Best time to book is August (but it is very hot). The breakfast is really great. Some restaurant could be expensive, however, check for offers. There are 7 great restaurants in the hotel for each cuisine.

It is a few months since we have been in this hotel. We were from 25.01 to 05.02 and stayed in room 461. At the reception, I promised that I would leave a review. We certainly liked the hotel, its comfortable location, nice rooms, good service, and overall we had a favorable feeling from the hotel. However, there was an unpleasant incident, which I promised to write about. At the check in we were charged by the tourist tax twice. We paid by card, and the first payment, as the hotel employee said, did not pass, and he asked us to pay again. We did not want to do this because there was already a transaction in the online bank, but the employee insisted. We were charged two amount of tax, a few days later we went to the reception. We were told that they had only one payment, then asked to wait 10 days, promised to sort it all out, swore they had nothing to do and did not want to charge us double, when checking out they asked to wait another month and again said that they had not written off the money twice. From the hotel administration as a compliment from the hotel for this situation was sent to the room a bottle of wine for $ 5. However, more than two months have passed since the end of the vacation and the money has still not been refunded. When I checked out of the hotel, I promised the hotel employees to write a review if the money is not returned and I kept my promise, unlike the hotel, which still has not done anything.

I was staying here for 3 days with my mother. The hotel was very accommodating to every single request during our entire stay, their level of attention and efficiency was one of the best among many of the 5-stars I stayed worldwide. As our flight arrived in the morning, they had no room vacancy, however, to put us at ease, they offered complimentary breakfast. Their standard check-in time was 2pm, when I checked with the front desk at 130pm, understood it would have to be 2pm due to the peak tourist season here. However, they not only offered us complimentary lunch as a “thank you for waiting” gesture, but kindly upgraded us to a sea view room, with breathtaking views both during the day and night. On the night before our check-out date/my birthday, we came back from dinner and saw this beautiful chocolate birthday cake along with a greeting card on the table for us, what a nice surprise! The cake was made with great attention, it was very tasty too. I am not someone who likes to stay at the same hotel, but my experience at Le Royal Meridien has changed my mind about my next trip in Dubai! No doubt I would recommend family & friends to this great hotel whoever swings to this part of the world.

Had an amazing stay for a 7 nights. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Extremely clean and accommodated our change in room requests very easily. Paul was absolutely amazing and so kind, and was very welcoming. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be returning later this year.

We stayed in club rooms and the whole experience was amazing. We were collected by the hotel and were greeted by very happy and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Our room was lovely with a balcony that overlooked the whole resort. It was a wow moment! The food was really good with lots of places to choose from. The pre dinner drinks were an absolute bonus. We didn't manage the beach as the pools suited us. But it looked good. We will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel ! In every respect. I am a Titanium Marriott member and have been traveling for the past 25 years. So I literally have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have a huge selection of other hotels can compare to including fancy hotels like Ritz and W from the Marriott family. Some observations: 1. Facilities are impeccable and well maintained: rooms, the pools, garden, beach, etc. 2. Extremely well-trained, friendly and smart staff. 3. Unbelievable quality of food in the main restaurant Brasserie 2.0. We have little kids so having a choice helps. 4. Pricey but you know what you are paying for. 5. Area around the pool gets busy on the weekends so night owls do not get beach chairs :) 6. The sea is not as clean as one would want. But this is not hotel’s but rather location’s fault.

Good place to stay. Probably the biggest beach in the area. Caters to everyone from a couples retreat to a family get away. They have amazing restaurants on the property. Probably some of the best in Dubai. Service is great and everyone is there to help. The rooms were alright. Could use some updating. Will for sure come back again.

Totally outshines any other hotel we've stayed at. Service, cleanliness, food, rooms, the standard is so high it deserves 7 stars at the very least. The staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Highly, highly recommended this place.

10/10 experience. Several immaculate and spacious pools on large well kept grounds that you can meander through down to the beach. Impeccable and attentive service with a smile. We popped into Ritz Carlton next door and found Le Meridien to be more modern/less "stuffy" and with nicer grounds and more of a relaxed vibe so glad we didn't book RC. Booked with the free upgrade to half board which was great value and the food so good.

Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is an exceptional destination that epitomizes luxury. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stunning beachfront views, impeccable service, and an array of top-notch amenities. The elegant rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and style, making every stay truly unforgettable. The resort's multiple dining options cater to diverse tastes, and the spa indulges your senses in relaxation. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying the pristine private beach, this resort is a paradise that pampers and rejuvenates. It's a world-class gem where hospitality meets sophistication, and I can't wait to return for another extraordinary experience.

Just wow! The room, deluxe sea view, was beautiful and a great size, the food at Brassiere 2.0 was tasty and the variety was great, the grounds so clean and several pools to choose from including the beach. However, the best part of this hotel is the customer service. Everyone had a smile on their faces and could not do enough for us, from the smooth check in, Nicole who showed us around the several room/view options, Don, Kelvin and all the waiters and managers in the restaurant, the entertainment singers were amazing, Abhi who gave us free late check out, Asif the security guard who always greeted us every day and helped with our luggage and our lovely house keeper, Akil, who daily checked if we needed anything extra. Honestly I can 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. All staff done this hotel proud.

This is simply a wonderful hotel - classy, not chintzy. Respectful, friendly and attentive team who work here and make it a pleasure. If you’re after a place to relax for a few days, this is it. Lovely rooms, great gardens with 3 fab swimming pools, private beach. About 15 different places to eat - Indya was the best Indian food I’ve had - great gym and spa etc. Pretty much all you’d need for some relaxing time. Plenty of shaded sun-loungers both in the gardens and the beach - all superbly attended with towels, drinks etc. We had the Exec lounge which was a real plus for breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour drinks - worth it! It’s a family hotel and there are kids running about, but not too many; ours have grown up now but it seemed to have plenty of kid friendly pools, play area etc. Most of all - the people, simply wonderful. From the moment we stepped through the front door, to the moment we left - every single member of the team were friendly, attentive and made us feel at home. Whoever does their training - well done! Consistently excellent service, thank you.

To be honest, I expected more. + : beautiful area around, nice pool and restaurants, clean room. - : old hotel, loud music from neighboring hotels in the evening, unpleasant worker at the front desk (I don’t remember the name, she works the evening shift). I didn’t like the fact that the employee checked the minibar from 9 am every hour before we left the hotel.

Fab hotel. It's definitely worth upgrading to a room with club lounge access as the club lounge is great. It serves breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening. Fizz with breakfast is a nice treat. They also prepared some special vegan options for us, which I don't think we've had before in a lounge. Our room included very nice transfer from the airport. That was well worth it too ! We had an amazing suite with fab views. Gym is pretty good too. I think the hotel is on a really nice part of the beach. Its got very busy up the other end. If you want busy it's an easy walk to get there. Also it's luxurious in dubai now to have so much open space in front and the gardens and pool area is really nice. Its 20 years since i was last in dubai and it is extremely different now !

The resort's location is great with picturesque coastline. It has azure waters and powdery white sand. The beach itself was pristine and well-maintained, providing ample space for relaxation and fun. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious getaway to unwind on the beach.

I’ve stayed at 5 star resorts in the US and received top notch service, but it’s been years since that happened. No one’s fault, maybe- everyone suffers from post-COVID personnel issues. But this place reminds me how upper echelon hotels are supposed to work- everyone manages to remember my name, brings me amenities before I’ve even asked for them, and takes customer service to the 11th level. This stay has been nothing short of cathartic. Thank you to all of the staff, as every person with whom I have come in contact has gone above and beyond.

Hospitality 4.5/5: The hospitality at this establishment was commendable. The staff made genuine efforts to ensure a hospitable experience. While there was a minor issue with one of the dining staff members, it was promptly resolved, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction. Accommodation 4/5: The accommodation was pleasingly modern and clean, with no complaints. It provided a comfortable and welcoming environment during our stay. Dining 4.5/5: Dining at this hotel was an exceptional experience, rivaling some of the best worldwide. The variety of dishes, tailor-made meals, and the welcoming atmosphere truly stood out. The only reason it falls slightly short of a full five is a minor issue with one staff member. Special mention must be made of the dining manager, who was brilliant. Premises 4/5: The hotel boasts a pleasant ambiance, although it may not compete with the very best in Dubai. Nevertheless, it offers a nice resort experience that many would appreciate. Location 4/5: The location is highly convenient, situated right next to the walk. However, one drawback is that the hotel's entrance may not provide a grand first impression, as it's somewhat tucked between other structures. Nonetheless, the overall location is favorable. *Overall 42/50:* In summary, our stay at this hotel was impressive. With an overall score of 42/50, it offers a commendable experience, particularly in terms of hospitality and dining. While it may not reach the pinnacle of luxury in Dubai, it's a location that many would find appealing for its modern accommodation, excellent dining, and convenient location next to the walk.

Our third time using the pool and beach areas as guests of Grosvenor House - still great, but some notable changes since last time e.g. no more complimentary water by the pool, and the food menu isn’t as good as it used to be. They have also added peacocks to the grounds - I’m not sure what they add, other than being a nuisance! They climb on sunbeds so you can’t relax around them, and they are very noisy.

I stayed here for 9 days on business, and the property has pretty much everything you need. The restaurants were excellent (really), especially Indya and Al Kaima. Staff was kind and courteous. It's located in the Marina district right at the base of Palm Jumeirah which is perfect if you're just here to relax. If you need to be closer to the primary business district further north, be prepared for heavy traffic and plan accordingly. I stayed in the Deluxe tower and had a fabulous view. The only downside (for me) is there is a HUGE level of noise coming from the beach club two properties over. I also happened to be here while they were constructing a massive pavilion for their NYE party so construction noise started quite early. Overall, though, I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family have just stayed for a few days over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. Without exception, the staff were amazing! I have never experienced a hotel where literally every single member of staff is charming, engaging and polite. Special thanks to Kelvin who gave us exceptional breakfast service. Our children are older and loved it but if you have younger children I highly recommend this resort, especially on Xmas Day, the children’s entertainment was brilliant. The grounds are so spacious it is easy to get some adult space also.

This is a staple fave of ours for weekend beach and pool fun. We grab a day pass and camp out on the lawns or sand. It's not overly crowded and there is no club like music so it makes it a good choice for families. Day passes also include food and beverage vouchers so we generally choose the prawns and a Greek salad with drinks, plus sliders for the kiddo. Pool design and layout is good, probably prefer it to the beach. Service standard is also overall very good.

I stayed several time in this hotel. Location, room, service all were perfect. The only thing that the room and the cleaning service is better in the club building. Special thanks to Said because I always book in this hotel because of his services and professional in my second visit

We are regular guests coming back every year multiple times. We like the hotel, its friendly and professional staff. Also, we love how they treat their home animals in the resort. There are a lot of people looking after the animals so guests and staff and pets can live in perfect symbiosis. We really appreciate that and that’s one of the main reasons we go back again.

This is a fantastic resort, everything was top class, friendly and helpful staff, very attentive! Breakfast offers absolutely everything you could desire, the rooms are always looked after, fresh towels every time you return to your room and you can find everything you need is included. Amazing beach and pools with plenty of room and absolutely no worries about personal belongings. A 5star hotel that lives up to it's reputation.

Visited this beautiful Resort with my family and our stay was amazing! Hotel staff is fantastic, pools, garden and beach facilities are top quality and the restaurants and food are just perfect. The service received is outstanding and guests are truly taken care of all day. If you want to have a fantastic stay in Dubai, then go to this Resort, you will have an amazing experience you will not forget!

One of the best, if not the best hotel in this category. It's a beach resort and spa with a big garden. One of the biggest patch of green available. Huge open space, great skylines view good patch of sea. Close to Skydive, you can see the parachuting. Lots of spaces for outdoor activities, kids playground area 3 pools and many many restaurants: Mexican, Italian, British, Seafood, Indian, Arabic, Pool Bar style, sport bar as well, you name it...

  • 5/5 Asli V. 2 years ago on Google
Very big area for pools and the beach. They have 3 pools. Good for kids and adults. Staff is experienced, a bit pricey but it is normal when you consider you are spending your day in 5star facility. For daily access, you get a vaucher, it is like min spend rule. Which is very good actually, you don’t pay for entrance, you need to spend money inside. A meal and couple drinks which you would do normally.

  • 4/5 Marie M. 2 years ago on Google
Great hotel overall - we would definitely come back after this 1-week stay - the overall hotel and the rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean - the pools are very nice with most of them being adapted to young kids too - we tried all restaurants except for the Mexican one and they were all quite pricey but excellent food and service, including for the breakfast buffet - the main downside to this hotel is the music everywhere which is quite loud (+ the live entertainments). It was very difficult to find a quiet spot to have dinner.

Lovely hotel, lots of beautiful birds, beach access . Room service is superb and it’s a nice location in general. Big pool. You can walk in the marina area if you are interested in exploring the outdoors. Taxis are easy to access. One of my favourite places to go

A fabulous 10 nights at the Le Royal Meridien. All of the staff were great and we tried most if the restaurants which were all superb quality and service. Rhodes was the best restaurant (and also the most expensive) but all are excellent. The multiple pools, beach and expansive gardens mean you have loads of room wherever you decide to go and are all well maintained. An absolute delight and highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Masks and desinfection dispensers are everywhere. We had a beautiful ocean view room on 7th floor. View was absolutely amazing. A bit noisy but it didn't bother us at all, still slept with balcony door open. Housekeeping did an amazing job even tho i was very messy :). Fresh fruit selection daily in the room. Location for us was perfect with supermarket, pharmacy behind. A short walk along the beach and u reach the walk where u have tonns of choices to eat and shop. The only negative i can say is some of the other guests behavior, but this had nothing to do with the hotel. Mistakes can happen but that should not be posted here like some people did. Definitely recommend it for a stay. Thank you

Fantastic beachfront resort in Dubai Marina area. Great for families, couples or singles. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach vacation. We stayed here as a family of 3 including a toddler. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a Dubai 5 star venue: impeccable service, luxurious decorum and a host of restaurants to choose from. We stayed in a city view suite which gave us more than enough space as a family. Beds were comfortable and incredibly wide. Abundant storage. Multiple comfortable sofas. Dinning area where we easily hosted friends. The suite also comes with free transfer to and from airport and option to have breakfast in your room with no additional charges. There are three pools on the property, two of which include a swim up bar and one being an infinity pool (although doesn't give on any exceptional view). There is a baby pool where our toddler could stand up in the water with head just above water which was a great option. Also a large play area for kids, although we didn't end up using it. Of course the best option is just to walk down to the beach and grab some loungers. Sea is warm and waves are soft, perfect for standing in the water and letting your stress wash away. There is a wide gap between the loungers and water though but not an issue for us. We chose this hotel for the food options on site and boy did it not disappoint. Lots available including Indian, Mexican, Japanese and Steakhouse. I've written separate reviews for each under the respective restaurants if interested. In room or pool dining is fine but nothing special and be aware that only the brasserie and Indian are open at lunch. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

The grounds are enormous with a huge stretch of prime beach but most importantly the staff were just amazing. They couldn't do enough to look after us and knew us personally by the end of our first day. One example is returning to our room on our last day to find balloons and a cake for my daughter, whose birthday is coming up soon! we were delighted at every turn. The location is excellent on the end of the JBR walk with its array of family-friendly restaurants and near the fantastic marina. The beauty of this hotel are its huge grounds, immaculate condition and the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. We will not hesitate to return and thank the entire team for making us feel so welcome.

The best service I have received from any hotel/resort so far. Right from the minute I walked in, to the time I collected my baggage and ordered a taxi, I have only had good impression of the hotel services and people. I would especially recommend the spa and massage center - would definitely go back there again!

From the moment we pulled up to the hotel I thought "this is going to be great." We were served refreshing fresh juice and water as we checked in. The room upgrade I chose was basically all inclusive I thought it was just breakfast. The room had an amazing view of the pools, hotel grounds, the ocean and Palm Island. Amenities in the room were top notch and included high end design and decor. Everything was so comfortable, the bed, pillows and seating. Each piece complements the next throughout the entire hotel. Food was amazing! We mostly took advantage of the Club Lounge and they had enough variety to mix and match daily. Dinner at Zengo twice everything was so delicious. Drinks by the pool were amazing! Late night appetizers and drinks at Shades and in room dining. Outdoor amenities included multiple large pools with 2 large bars. Numerous lounge chairs at the pool on the lawn and down by the beautiful private beach which also had a bar. Peacocks and other interesting birds roamed about. A few of the restaurants had very nice outdoor dining areas and bars. We're considering being our children because they had plenty amenities for the kids. Service was of the utmost importance to everyone, I could feel the pride taken in all areas of the hotel. We were spoiled and really didn't want to leave. Overall a highly recommend hotel due to the polite and attentive staff. Attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Amazing dining experiences and the beautiful outdoor resorts styled pools and private beach. Every corner inspires a photo opportunity. Thanks for being apart of our 10 year Anniversary experience!

I would like to thank Wessam El Raked for everything that she did to make sure we had a very pleasant stay at the beautiful resort which we visit every year. She upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was spectacular and the family really enjoyed their stay. We are thankful to the whole team working at the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa from the reception staff at check-in to the Chefs especially Sham who went to great lengths to make a special dish for us everyday. Also Mr John in the Brasserie 2.0 who made sure we had everything we needed and catered for our every need. I would like to thank everyone for the magnificent stay we had and we can’t wait to be back next year 😃
