Worst hotel l have ever lodged at. The rooms were so tiny and not close to what was shown on the website. The bathrooms had slime very evident and one can see cleaning is not done through. The mini bar fridge was off, no flip flops and calling the reception was a nightmare. To think that the food would compensate things was even worse. nothing was worth in the resort. I was only happy with the entertainment part, the guys were engaging in the evening and at the pool. never visiting again and so are my friends. Oh forgot we got to learn there is a kid meal on day 2 dinner after struggling to feed my 3 year old son with the pathetic meals and he was served with only 2 chicken nuggets. And no bathtub.

Worst stay ever we had. We stayed in this resort for 6 times since 2012. But this time we really had bad experience from the hotel reception, room amenities. We took the package with full board and alcoholic beverages inclusive for two nights and they offered 10 min Kayaking or pedal boating. We made the booking directly with the hotel one week in advance. On the day of check in we were given two rooms adjacent and one room very far. The beverages we were charged for the complete stay was not accepted as per the operations team. We were only offered one day free beverage. For the check out date we are not eligible to have the drinks included in the package. We had been staying in the hotel from 2011 every year but never had this rule before. The food quality was really disappointed this time. There is no variety and no taste. We used to enjoy the food very much and it was mouth watering. But we never had any sort of experience this time. I will never recommend anyone to go and stay here.

The chalet was good. It is a little bit old but clean and organized. Mr. Alex was friendly and offered free upgrade so the view was amazing and the balcony was spacious. Access to the beach and swimming pool was smooth. Mr. Hannan was very helpful and assisted in transportation from the parking to the hotel by his club car. Breakfast and dinner was awesome and we got a discount for the dinner. The place is very nice and really good for walking and spending wonderful time!!

I am writing this letter after staying at your hotel today. This letter is about the poor condition of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. I chose your property after reviewing your website which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality. Ever since we checked in, our experiences have always been the worst. And that is encountering a very bad mouth manager that the only sentence he can say is "not allowed" for having some friends to visit us at our room..He was not very friendly, showing a lack of skill and sensitivity in dealing with guests.We checked out that night, despite having paid for. In the near future, I will not recommend anyone to stay here for once.

It was one of the best stay for me and my family. We went with 2 more families and were treated very nicely. Right from the start from reception when Mr. adnan greeted us and provided us with all the necessary info and arrangements. We were also provided with free room upgrades . Activities during the day were great . They always kept us entertained until late night. Hats off to the lifeguards also .. they were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, and in short, every single staff member was at his best to help us out It was my first stay. I will definitely be back again. Thank you BM resort team.

Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids 8 and 11 and only got 3 beds .When asked for the 4th bed we must pay for it .Why book for 4 and get 3 beds?? Room AC not working and you get workers coming and going the hole time .This place has such a good vibe and entertainment but the room we got was bad .Last time we stayed here it was much better. They must invest in upgrading some of the room and clean around the resort better.I really do like this place but please sort out the room 528 .The AC is ancient

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could without a second thought. The all inclusive package is a complete rip off. They give you the worst alcohol the worst food options. And if you asked for a better option, they simply say it’s chargeable. The staff is completely unfriendly. I asked them to open an umbrella in the restaurant not even moving it they refused! The food quality is awful and the selection is bad and limited. The coffee tasted like sewage water and when I asked for a proper fresh one, they told me it’s chargeable. So they know that what they provided is an extremely of a low quality. Facility and rooms are fine but the beach is not clean it’s full of algae & digesting! Stay away from this hotel!!

We stayed at the resort on Aug 18-20 with Full Board package. We are really happy with the service provided by resort. Swimming pool and aqua gymnastics are different kind of experience for us. Water slides were the most fun part for both adult and kids. Our daughter had an amazing time with fullest enjoyment. The food was excellent taste and continental dishes, and their event management team was simply superb, Morning yoga/Fun games/Aqua gymnastics and The best were the Kids dance and Mr.Hotel(Adult) fun and Belly dance programs at night were amazing.

Overall, BM has a lot of potential but massively fails to keep up with the standards of other 4 star hotels in the UAE. The all inclusive package is cheap for a reason... the drinks are a very small selection of unrecognizable (cheapest) brands. The buffet at the restaurant is complete mayhem and there is a smell in the restaurant that really needs to be addressed as it is very unpleasant. Quality of food is poor, it is just the salad bar that was worth it. The main pool has a pool bar which looked nice but the pool is packed with kids so made it difficult to access/enjoy. There were loud shows and dance competitions by this pool as well, so it is more suited for kids. Not tailored or suitable for adults to enjoy. Would recommend going to the Aqua Pool as it is a lot quieter and more calm. There is also a cool bar tucked away behind it. The beach was the highlight of the stay as it had a nice ambience, was very clean and had a great bar. However, again there were shows on in the evening which made it seem tacky. The courtyard area we were staying in was very motel like but had a nice porch which we ended up spending a lot of time on. Be prepared for a budget, cheap experience. Would not recommend for group of young adults.

We stayed at the resort on March End ( March 24-26). Took the Full Board package. Had a fun-filled family holiday.Really happy with the property, Rooms and facilities. Water slides were the most fun part. Kids and adults had amazing fun. The food was good. and not to mention their event management team was superb. best were the Dance/Kids disco programs at night.

Though got old but good place to spend your weekend. Rooms are just normal but swimming pool is good for kids as well as adults. There are 03 slides and kids will enjoy the rides. It is a dog friendly resort. Night they have some fun activities for kids and they have a nice kids room if you wish to drop off your kids and relax.

Great place to be. We were here last weekend and it was a fun filled trip. This is a nice resort if you are with kids, group or even couple. There are many activities to keep you occupied. Two swimming pools, huge area, good meals and a small water park inside and the resort is right at a lovely beach. There are daily activities every evening like fire show, kids disco, DJ on the stage and in the pool...overall you will enjoy there...they have club, spa, gym everything available. Taxi service too is available in case you are not using your own vehicle.. We booked cabana rooms which are like cottages with garden in front. Rooms are good but washroom was tiny. Very uncomfortable...other rooms have better view. Depending on rooms, all places are 2-3 min walk....i would highly recommend this place. Book all the meals and you will be fine as there are no restaurants nearby. Carry all your essentials as a supermarket is 5-10 min drive away.

Excellent stay at BM Resort. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent pool service. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. I appreciate Ms Alina (Yoga Instructor) who made our stay more memorable. I have stayed at dozen of hotels but this is now on the top of the list of best stays ever.

Went there for my anniversary with our dog and we had such an amazing experience. It’s pawfect in every way. The location is amazing as well. Every Friday there’s live music and a bunch of people come to listen. The Kerala restaurant on the property is a must-try. You can’t miss it.

I was very disappointed by your supervisor. We had booked family chalet suite and When we came to the reception, on the pretext that she will upgrade us she actually downgraded and gave us two rooms on first floor with connecting doors. Post our lunch when we went back to ask her why? And we wanted the original booking of family chalet. She promptly said one of the rooms is already booked now and we had no other option. Very disappointing indeed. I have lost trust in BM resorts and will not recommend it to anyone in future

Everything was amazing! Food, entertaining especially. But! Turned up with cold water and electricity shut off in the room a of a sudden. Looong time room preparation (over 2 hours)! Not very organised in this part.

So our group of 20 friends went for a staycation to Bin Majid Beach Resort and we booked the all inclusive package. We had a ball of our time . Drinks were free flowing and we had fun having a swim accompanied with the cooling drinks. They had a good spread of food with a combination of both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Their Sports bar is a must go to place specially for sun downers .

We stayed there for 5 days. We had a wonderful experience at BM Beach Resort. Staff was incredibly helpful. I would like to thank to Koko and Chiko. Activities were great; pool activities, games, beach volleyball! I've already missed all of these. I highly recommend this beautiful resort!

Very nice place for a staycation. All inclusive is nice but the alcohol drinks are brands of low quality. From the front desk to the entertainer all was very professional and helpful. Hamza and Hanan where the best.

The hotel has some serious hygiene issues. We had a premium room and yet it was very dirty. The floor was dirty and had stains everywhere. The toilet water was yellow and the seat wasn't even wiped. The sheets were not fresh and changed, there was stains and hair everywhere on them. The room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. The lock on the door is broken. We asked for a spray for the mosquitoes and new sheets, and even the new sheets were dirty. The hotel is just disgusting.

I would like to share an incident that happened to me on May 19th around 10:30pm at a famous place called Madison Bar. Madison is one of the best places and I was on my second visit with a female friend. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. I really enjoyed the environment and their service. I'm too bad to share but I had a really bad experience with a local customer that night. I was with my friend and was trying to open the beer but was not opening well and very little amount of bear was pouring out on them. They were sitting groups of people next to us. It was not a big deal but he came and slapped me in front of all the people and tried to abuse me. His friends and staff were trying to help him control the situation but his behavior was very bad and very rude. When I found he was under control then paid the bill and then left from the bar. People go there to spend some quality time and not to fight with people. I was just sitting and drinking with my friend without disturbing others. Being a local, he set a very bad example. I know the local people are very kind and helpful to others but he set a very bad example. Because of people like him, the reputation of others local people is being tarnished. Now I do not like to go there and I do not recommend people to visit this place. Please be careful while visiting this place.

Terrible experience - it’s hard to believe this place is in the UAE. In the space of a day, we moved room twice and then decided to leave at 21.30 due to being so unhappy and uncomfortable. From the moment you walk into the reception area, the unpleasant smell of food and stained furniture puts you right off. The rooms have a distinct dried urine smell, there is mould and mildew in places there shouldn’t be (mattresses - check your mattress!!). The bathroom is literally a washroom, the whole room floods when you shower and is covered in mould - this is in the premium room. The toilets have cracks on the seat and are stained. I paid an additional fee for my son and for a room upgrade and regret it. People are dressed immodestly, there is free flowing alcohol and so numerous public shows of affection - everything not to expect in the UAE. Alcohol is served in the same glasses as soft drinks and they’re offered cans, yet soft drinks come from flat, warm bottles. The lunch selection was minimal and disappointing- we chose to eat outside the hotel despite paying for all inclusive. The pool area absolute reeks of beer and urine and the beach is littered with beer cans and glasses. Worst of all, there’s not a single prayer room or facility available. Absolutely would not recommend- take your money and book into a larger (cleaner) chain hotel.

Guest-friendly hotel service. The rooms are not the newest, but we do not come on vacation to spend time in the room. The bathroom has very nice cosmetics and toiletries. My point is that the hotel should put water for animals in several places, because, like in Turkey, cats walk around the hotel yard, but the hotel does not care about them. It's very hot here, so I think that animals should have water provided, they live thanks to guests who feed them, luckily. The hotel cares about the guests, so maybe it would take care of the cats anyway.

Too crowded pools but the night ambience is quite amazing. Food tastes great with decent buffet spread. Chefs are friendly enough to cook vegetarian dishes if needed in a short time. Offers an amazing view of the beach. Check in and check out times are flexible and they are very accommodating.

Beautiful beach hotel. Room has balcony facing the pool or beach which is very beautiful. Great for staycation. Far from city and noises. A quiet and peaceful place. They have a private beach and nice swimming pool as well. The hotel has a nice club too.

I love the resort. It's very beautiful and clean.Food was nice and the staff very helpful. Special thanks to Vidya ( Front Office Supervisor). She is very lovely, kind and sweet. She helped us with the check-in and give us very nice rooms. She also helped us throughout the stay. Alex also helped us.Also thanks to entire BM Resort Team.

Enjoyable stay, would recommend bm Beach Resort. The staff are friendly and polite and cater well for children, especially with the slides. Rex was very helpful, our child has food allergies amd helped cater to what she can eat and keep her happy, would come again!

There were many problems in the room but I will choose to focus on the positive. The entertainment Sue, Sergey and their fearless leader the MC were amazing and we all had a great time. The restaurant service was amazing also. Special thanks to Rex and Jonah. Pool was clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Recommended!!

It was a day outing for us.. good time spent.. they had a live DJ with an open bar for soft n hard drinks in the pool.. They have a pool zumba organised for the guests.. had slides for adults, too.. which has to be cherry on cake for us.. Had great day..

A lovely family friendly resort with entertainment for children and parents alike. Assistant outlet manager, Mr. Rex was very friendly and professional both dealing with our questions and coordinating his team. The staff in the restaurant are excellent in welcoming guests, replenishing food and keeping tables clean during the fantastic buffet. Will be back when weather cools down a little more 😀

Had a good time there with a lot of amusements and activities. Water gym, volleyball, aqua dance and night quizzes. Nice pools and good food

Over all experience was nice. Good value for the money. We took the full board option and enjoyed the food. All the staff are professional and very courteous and we enjoyed the activities organized by the resort. There was a fire show on our first night, which wad amazing. There was a morning stretch routine which we joined and almost won the table tennis challenge.

The trip to BM resort was great. The property is well maintained except for the rooms. The rooms are average and need maintenance. Except for the rooms the rest of facilities were good. The food was tasty and choice was decent. The restaurant Manager Amit was very helpful and ensured the guests are comfortable. The restaurant and hotel staff are quick to action guests needs. The hospitality is very good compared to quite some resorts in the area. The entertainment at pool and evening hours is best. Live dj, dance,games etc keeps the evening joyful ,fun , happy. Overall it was a good stay and recommend guests to go with medium expectations so that you enjoy your stay and are not disappointed

Awesome. Went for a family staycation with an all inclusive offer and it was an amazing stay. Room was spacious and clean, with the door extending on to the grass and few meters away from the pool. Pool temperature was cool. Perfect for the summer. The slides were awesome. enjoyed a lot. there is live entertainment and games for kids and adults in the afternoon. Food in the restaurant was good with good choices. Only glitch was there is no table service . There is staff around but all they do is clearance and wiping of tables. But smiles were always on. Overall an excellent stay with an excellent offer. Will return back again. Well done to BM team.

We had booked from Booking.com for King Sized Bedrooms but at first, they did not give us King Sized. So upon approaching the manager with this issue, he upgraded the rooms with much better size and view. We went during public holidays so it was pretty full. Service is great for the price we got. Kids enjoyed a lot at the pools and slides. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was inclusive and tasted good.

To be honest, I had a terrible first impression of the resort and was absolutely disappointed at the state of the rooms. But it turns out that the real perk of staying here was the entertainment and the overall ambience of the place. Pretty good buffet and service as well. I’d like to specially commend Mr. Hamza for taking such good care of us and for organizing so many programs for us by the pool. If you’re someone who can overlook a few flaws with regards to the room and wants to have a great vacation on a budget, then this is definitely the place for you.

Giving only 3 stars as had to spend 2 hours for Check-in. Hotel knows in advance the guests checking in right? So they should be prepared. But this was not followed and all guests had to wait in long queues. We were upgraded and given a pleasant room but next morning had very disappointing experience with washroom and had to argue with the front desk for change of room. Earlier we were informed no vacant room available but when we raised voice and requested to see Manager we were given another room. After this it was a very pleasant experience. Property is awesome.

Bathroom in our room was full of bugs and had sewage problems. Bedsheets had sand on them, not sure they were changed. On the all inclusive package the wines were hot, including the white and there was only one beer available for the supposed 'all inclusive package'. Food mostly Indian. The salads were good.

We weren’t expecting anything magical as we got the offer at a good and decent price. Room was fine but basic- appearance could be modernized. Staff at the pool where fine and friendly. Restaurant staff where so unwelcoming and unprofessional- when asked if we checked in today and responding yes we checked in earlier a smug response was given back by the female lady, in a sarcastic tone of voice. She has no manners and shouldn’t be in that position as she’s supposed to model positive behavior infront of staff instead she should them how to be rude and unwelcoming to guests. The food was gross- not appetizing at all! The food served was extremely limited and only served a certain type of cuisine. For dinner, when we asked if we could have some chips they argued that only the children were allowed to have chips. We had children with us they were outside sleeping, the manager responded “the chef only cooks chips for children” 1. You don’t need to tell the chef who it’s for 2. It’s a cheap and fast food request 3. Children aren’t the only ones who eat chips and we have paid for all inclusive! It’s clear that management have not trained their staff on customer service or themselves and they really need to invest in this. Did we have a terrible time? No we had great company that made it worth the trip, would we go back to the hotel definitely not.

BM beach resort is a nice place to stay and relax with some fun and entertainment. There is a beach and pool bar, well maintained beach and nice ambience with good greenery inside the premises. A water slide which can be enjoyed by both adults and kids. Though Property located on a nice beach, though there are no waves in the sea which may not be a good choice for atleast a few. I felt bad sand quality inside the sea. I stayed in a chalet room which is of good size with a large balcony and closer to beach and outside view was a visual treat. Two pools which are decent. Rooms need a bit more make over and felt water scarcity in bathrooms at times. Breakfast buffet was below average in my opinion. But very friendly and helping staff.

We spent very nice and relaxing time in BM Beach Resort, very good service, very clean, rooms and very much friendly staff, especially Madu who assisted us in put dinner time. She was simply great. Also, we have came with very extra ordinary request they still tried their best to attend.

Nice weekend staycation haunt. Fully equipped with amenities. Good food and facilities. They have free entertainment shows (fire show), kids shows and various activities for guests. The resort has a serene, long shoreline. Two big swimming pools together with bars and music spun by a DJ. It's definitely value for money too. Would love to visit again.

It was an amazing experience. I love the ambience really. It's like you tend to forget the world for a moment. Just live in the moment....it's an amazing stay here....can spend the entire day at the beach or the pool and you won't be disappointed at all ❣️ the staff is polite and helpful, food is ok but hygienic... In all it's a good stay for a 2 or 3 day get away..

We stayed in the resort for 2 nights and our time at the resort was delightful. Supportive staff, great ambience throughout the resort and it was great to connect with nature. The beach was also good. Food could’ve been better in terms of variety and vegetarian options. Would recommend!

Beautiful well maintained staycation resort for a family outing. A good time spent on the pool side with bar. Kids can enjoy the slides. You may get good discounted offers on cabanas n premium stay right in front of the pool. You get to enjoy the continental local Asian cuisines. The deserts were the best. Well, if you are looking for a place to stay, the rooms are not the best experience. However, around the place is amazing as you have the beach ⛱️ and a bar next to it you can enjoy the atmosphere 😀. Specially now the 🌎 Cup, they have a great screen to watch the football ⚽️ games, and they have a nice setup of mix grill just next to you. You select your choices, and they grill it and bring it just at your place

Even though we had a bitter experience from their reservation desk, the timely intervention of management made our stay pleasant and thus the five stars! 4 stars to Food, amenities and hospitality and definitely 5 stars to the ambience and the cleanliness. We recommended this resort to many and they also had the same experience.

We had 3 nights stay with my kids and it is really an pleasant experience.. we took full board package and the room and pool are amazing. Though the resort was full we never felt crowded anywhere. Large pool and enough seat arrangements for buffet.. All the meals were good and special thanks for Ms. Pumu for her kindness and services.. All the staff were very kind even at peak hours . Kid's club is an amazing one and you can leave your kids there and staff there are very kind. They have many activities.. Rest I will leave it for you to come and enjoy.. Keep it up BM beach resort Team for your energy 🙂. Thanks and see you soon again..

The kids' play area with slides was amazing! In all-inclusive, breakfast spreads felt yummy! Need to include more variety in lunch and dinner! Staffs were welcoming and cooperative especially Ms. Madu. We enjoyed the kid's dance, fire show and DJ. The choice of room facing beach/swimming is a feature to specify.

impression of the hotel is 50/50. Upon arrival there was no room, we asked to spend the night in another room. And the next day, as an apology, they provided a room a class higher. Well done here, they kept their word. New Year's dinner burned down because we couldn't get to the hotel on time due to road closures. Who will compensate for the New Year's dinner remains an open question. The kitchen is normal, the guys work well. I liked the staff who clean the rooms, they are very responsive. I would also like to mention the employee Kamal, very responsive, friendly and helpful, he will tell you everything and show you everything👍
