Great place to have lunch or take a coffee. Many options to choose from. We ordered from the bakery, a beetroot coffee and a peanana smoothie and both were good. Service was a a little bit chaotic but the waiter was nice. Normal prices for Dubai.

Was here for shopping for Kitchen utensils and items and not for the food. Review also pertains only to the shopping. The range of items is good though with limited options. The staff in the kitchen area section are clueless and not helpful should you have any questions. Another thing which one of us keenly observed was that the staff were following all the brown / dark looking people (letting the fair people to their free will) which was very bad and reflective of the store staff. Had never experienced such behavior in Dubai having been here for long and also visited multiple stores in Dubai mall. The last we experienced this following (like we were thieves to steal) was in the West and having experienced this I personally chose to ignore it, but others were uncomfortable and hence we left without seeing properly. Will probably not visit this store again. We went from here to Lakeland store and bought items there where people very warm, friendly and know how to respect customers.

Was there twice last week as one of my friend is a regular there due to the place being spacious and cozy sofas. Service is kind a okay. Tried the Newby Earl Grey tea both the times, it was good but prices are high for a pot of hot water and tea, They should work on the prices and portion sizes as this will increase footfall more. In hope of better prices will come back again.

What can one say about a place situated inside Dubai Mall, as expectations are like the tip of a mountain and in reality it take a lot of effort to sustain the concept. In saying so this place is a very unique place and it caters to many craving one needs in terms of having a sip of hot beverage or cold and to add to that it savory items to top it all. I do understand it's a bit expensive if your don't want to compromise in the taste and quality, then it's totally fine as I was more than satisfied for the food that was ordered and served. The staff are very helpful and professional in having to deal with customers daily and bring about a ethnic feeling when dining at the place, you cannot miss out as the place is viewable from outside and inside the premises. Thanks to the Management for catering to customers the high standard bench mark it has to offer.

As food lover I visited to this restaurant multiple times, but this time service made me to write this review . Always staff are friendly and their dishes just amazing, fresh, tasty and presents in a proper way. This time I wanted to try soup and thanks to Mr Shalin for his recommendation (Prawn Laksa) , food was amazing and as it is as he described. Restaurant is located in Dubai Mall, on the 2nd floor of Galeries Lafayette. It’s good to visit here as most of restaurants in Dubai Mall are full of noice, here atmosphere is very nice

Perfect place for dine and work, great atmosphere, really nice staff, feel so comfortable as home! Food is fantastic wether you take breakfast, the egg Benedict is the best, or lunch try Sea bas fillet with risotto, real delicious!

Galleries Lafayette Le Gourmet do not match with “Indian” food esp run of the mill dishes and all spicy foods. One expects French dishes, regardless of being gourmet or not. Also eating with one’s hand (typical Indian way) also doesn’t go well with a “gourmet” place. So why on earth an upper class brand chooses Indian cuisines, I don’t know. Hence the one star

The Galerie Lafayette restaurant is a hidden gem in dubai (shouldn’t be telling you this) every time I come the food has always been delicious. This is one of those restaurants where you cannot make a mistake whatever you order. It’s hardly ever full and the atmosphere is pleasant. The waiters are always attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend Thai green curry.

We booked one area for the adults for my son's birthday while they were playing and the staff there did a very classy set up. The staff took great care of our guests. We ordered some light bites, mini viennoiseries, petits fours and they all looked and tasted gorgeous.If you like quality and authentic French Pâtisserie Galerie lafayette is the best place. We also ordered the birthday cake with Pastry chef Danny and it was exceptional. This chef is amazing so passionate about his creations, his cake was delicious and looked so good. I cannot wait for Christmas to order his chocolate log, bûche again! A big thank you to the Galerie lafayette team for a great venue.
