Went to recieveba guest and the receptionist actually gave me water and tissue keeping in mind that it was 44 degrees and hot

Is okay breakfast has to be upgraded, cleaners have to carefully clean the rooms some of the rooms have to be repainted furniture's have to be changed expecially the 1st floor lobby

Low budget hotel ..good in small price

The location of hotel is perfect for people who want shopping from small shops (near Naif souq & bus station). The staff of the hotel specially the manager Qamar-Al Den , Ritchard & Malika are very professional, with good attitude & smily faces. Their management shows professionalism, trust & respect to residents hotel & you can get help anytime with them. These three staff are HIGHLY recommended to manage your stay in the hotel Bcoz they make your stay safe & pleasant. The hotel is clean & every day there is room service for cleaning & there is always staff help you in carrying your bags to the room.

Good hotel. Very near to market gold Souq and other food and shopping. Recommend this for family as well. Although their check in service was ok. But staff is good. Their is free weight measuring machine of bags available in hotel.

The staff is friendly. It is near lots of shops for shopping. Easy access to malls via taxi but check in could be better. Mini fridge in room however too small. The rooms are clean however they could be larger.
