Excellent place to stay !!! Had travelled with family (spouse and kid) and stayed here for a week. I must say that the place is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I very much found everything to my liking. The place is also very well located with proximity to supermarkets, metro stations, banks, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Best to explore the surroundings on foot !! Hotel also arranged for PCR test at room itself, so did not have to go around figuring for the same. Overall a nice place.

This is chill out place on weekends with friends @ freddys at fortune Atrium, spacious, good food, good service,offers on F & B, big screens to watch your fav games..overall the best freddys amongst others!

Good food, good ambiance, courteous staff, huge open lobby... but food service is slow needs to improve on that front only

At first we got a warm welcome from the receptionist also he was well groomed and had a charming smile on his face. The receptionist name I could not remember but we arrived at 5 o’clock in the early morning. Also the room and everything was so perfect and comfortable. Only one thing I feel so bad is for my guest they can’t even come to the room without payment its my first time i faced this issue . Normally they scan the guest ID card and let them inside. But I’m satisfied with the atmosphere of the hotel and rooms . Also got a great sunrise 🌄 loved thanks 😊

This is a hotel I have put up during my stay in Dubai last week. It is situated in a very beautiful and posh area. The cost of the hotel is quite reasonable. It is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms are properly cleaned, all the toilet items were provided along with new spotless white towels each and every day. The hotel provides high buffet breakfast with uncountable delicacies , snax, fruits, fruit juices, coffee and tea and whatever you can think of for breakfast. The staffs are well behaved, polite and very helpful.

Great ambience , perfect food , good quality service . All make it a perfect venue for hosting events , parties

Muhammad Adil at reception delivers exceptional services. Very kind, cooperative and gets things done quickly. He's an asset and star to the hotel. I rate the hotel 5 out of 5, due to service customer service and professional behavior.

The website says it's a four star hotel, but it's definitely not up to the standard of a 4*. I would rate it a 3* hotel as the rooms are too small to call it a 4* hotel. Also, the room service was way too bad as they would not receive the call most of the times and if they did receive the call, they would not get back to us with whatever we asked them for. They breakfast buffet was good as well as the lunch and the dinner buffet. Only issue was with the room space and the room service. Hence, the 3 star rating.

Great hospitality by Front Office Team, Rooms are upto the mark, housekeeping did its job well. The food here is great. There are several restaurants and variety of delicacies to choose by. Great for family stay as well.

Didnt give 4 star because the room was very noisy till 4 am due to the night club below. Staff is courteous and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located very close to metro

We enjoyed our pleasant stay at the Fortune Atrium. The Hotel has good conditions, bar, rooftop with a good restaurant (Ascent) and swimming pool. The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of Shivay who attended us more than once in room service. I recommend.

Very good property with all the necessary amenities perfect for long and even short stay. All the departments are well trained to make the stay even more comfortable. Front Office, Drivers bell boys all are always ready to help. I did not face any difficulty in my whole stay, everything was smooth. 10/10 for the hospitality.

We booked for 4 nights and had a nice stay. The staff was helpful and the location of the hotel is 15 minutes walking distance to the train station. The housekeeping team did a great job in cleaning our room on a daily basis. They have a gym, pool and several restaurants on property.

Room are not well lit, there is darkness in the rooms. Breakfast variety, combination and quality needs to be improved. No one likes to eat COLD Chapaati, Cold Paraathaa seems your giving out previous day's food. Food service is poor and very slow. 7:30am breakfast not ready even at 8am!!! Helper and Cleaning Staffs are very Good and Prompt. They are always ready to help. Receptionists are always in need of 5 minute. for everything they need 5 minute and 5 minute becomes 15 minute or more. In night, sound from Night Club and Bar can be heard easily and commercial girls can be seen wondering in and out. Overall, This Hotel does not deserve more than 2 Star at all.

Stayed here sometime back, It is one of the worst hotel in Dubai, and that is mainly because of the staff working there, specially a guy named ABHISHEK, I am taking his name because of the experience, why dont you train your staff with Customer Service, atleast train them on how to speak with People and Customers.

Nice place to stay as location is in main point where it is easy for you to access in popular market and areas in short period of time. Staying in hotel is also comfortable and it feels like staying in your home if you think to stay hotel in Dubai Fortune Atrium would be one of the best option for you.

It felt old hotel renovated. Rooms looks old . Washroom was very substandard. No sound proofing. We can hear noise in room of music and you can hear people talking outside room . It's not just possible for me to sleep properly because of lots of noise. For me it's just 2 star hotel . Metro station is far away . Never book this hotel again.

We were at the Freddie's bar and pub...It's just too much smoke around...They should separate the smoking and non smoking zone...Live music singer is great and so is the dj...

Very good hotel.. situated near to Burjuman metro station. Staff is very helpful and co operative. It has restaurants and aurvedic center inside. Roooftop swimming pool. The taste food in breakfast can be improved.

Went here for Easter brunch at Freddys. The place was small and compact. Dominic assisted us with the reservation. Food was ok. Music or live band could have been better. Overall the package was good for the price paid.

Had visited their exhibition of paintings done by a renowned Indian Artist. Was quite impressed. Most of the paintings of the great Arabian horses have all been sold out. A few ones which are still worth buying were on display on the final day of the exhibition.

Still staying here (Fortune Atrium) until I & family complete our quarantine of 15 days. Then we will be off to KSA. Staying here has been good by far and I hope we end up carrying some lifetime memories from here.

The live music and ambience in Freddys is delightful! Great and warm staff. Nice and friendly place to hang with your friends.

Took up the place for private function.. Amazing food and wonderful service. 👌🏻
