Despite being passionate about maintaining a high standard of hygiene, we were disappointed to find that the housekeeping service only tidied up our beds and toilets. They didn't touch anything else, leaving our room in the same state we left it. We even left a bottle of juice on the table for two days, and it was never moved until we checked out. Attention to detail in cleaning definitely needs improvement.

While there were some issues during our stay, the most disappointing aspect was the behavior of the so-called manager, Mr. Mohamed. Instead of addressing our concerns with understanding and empathy, he consistently talked down to us and displayed a condescending attitude. It was clear that he had a disrespectful attitude towards women, which is unacceptable in this day and age. We did, however, appreciate the kindness and professionalism of a Kenyan lady on staff, who was understanding and polite despite Mr. Mohamed behavior.

Excellent services, courteous staff, extremely clean interior and exterior and convenient location - this hotel is all that a tourist wants. However, the costing of the food available at its restaurant needs to be more economical. Currently, the hotel is charging astronomical prices even for basic food items.

One of the worst hotels I've seen in my life. Stained carpets & furniture, rust around the water taps, cracks in the walls... I was there just for one night, paid about 350$, and I was super happy to leave the place.

Excellent location, very close to the Dubai international airport, shopping and other amenities. Breakfast staff were very friendly and room service was quite accommodating. Great to have the guest laundry service, as well the gym and swimming pool on the roof! The waffle maker and omelette station are great and enhance the experience!

I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, the hotel is strategically placed near malls and more ideal for Africans as there are places they can get to sample African food not so far from the hotel. The staff are friendly & the rooms very clean. I loved their rooftop swimming pool. I loved the fact that they have daily shuttle buses to Dubai Mall.We were also served by two Kenyans in the restaurant and that felt like we were home. I will definitely be back and can vouch for this hotel.

Rooms need to be more spacious.. But still we liked the compact rooms.. Service was also good.. Location wise we were near to airport and exactly opposite to local shopping centre.. This made it easy for us to buy water and other stuff.. There is a nearby restaurant named OPK.. We would not have enjoyed our trip without the delicious food here.. Indian food is not what you get easily and in appropriate price everywhere.. Even for activities we would receive last pick first drop.. So happy to have stayed here.. Breakfast needs more variety in terms of Indian food Veg food and Gluten free food..

Its very nice hotel, with good view. Has a small swimming pool at top floor. Staff is very good. I was live on the 5 floor guy Abi all time worried about my stay. The meal in the hotel is very diverse. Nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The location isn’t bad. Rooms are small. House keeping is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful Especially waffles. Pool isn’t bad. Lobby is small and reception isn’t Pleasant.

Despite being located in what seems to be a busy and noisy area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and offers comfortable beds and good quality of sleep. You will get the best price by booking through the Hilton application and becoming an HHonors member. For the price paid, it offers good value for money. The hotel lacks some basic in-room amenities, such as slippers, bathroom floor mat and laundry bags. However, these items were supplied upon request but one would expect to find them in the room already. On the positive side, the hotel offers a satisfactory breakfast with sufficient varieties, including a fun make-it-yourself tasty waffle station. The staff at the restaurant and the front desk were friendly and helpful. On the negative side, I found the toilet area to be tight and the water temperature was oscillating during shower. If you have a reason to stay in this past of Dubai then this hotel can be a good option.

231128-29 just one night stay, arrived late in midnight and left early. the room had nothing to complain about, but the water pressure seemed a little bit small and the water temperature was not steady. no hair dryer equipped, called the receptionist and they sent one up to the room. breakfast was ok, self pouring batter and making pancake was quite rare to see, interesting and yum tho. the beef sausage was the best i had in UAE.

The stay is really good. It’s very near to a lot of happening things in Dubai, it’s also very near to the airport as well. I must say we had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were really kind and on their toes to help us with literally anything. The restaurant staff were real nice people and assisted us very much. They gave us a lovely, heart warming surprise on our last day which really left us in tears. They made us feel home…!!

I have enjoyed my 12 days stay at the hotel, very good and professional customer care, the cleanliness is top notch and the location is so favorable. The rooms are well maintained ,the beddings and all bathroom robes are very clean and fresh all the time. I will definitely wish to stay at this hotel or any of the branches, very impressed guest from Kampala Uganda. I would only recommend that on the buffet ,more servings of African foods are included to break the monotony of same dishes served daily.But regardless, the other foods are excellent too

A good value Hilton Garden Inn located 8 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms are spacious and the 24 hour gym ideal for a workout with the pool a nice after workout to cool down as you watch the planes coming into land. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about….

It was a trip that extended for seven days, and the reception and accommodation was very wonderful compared to the price of the hotel, which I think is suitable for the individual or for families, and even the food hall offers all kinds of food that suits all nationalities And the most important thing is the very high level of cleanliness, privacy and tranquility. In fact, it was a wonderful experience and I hope to repeat it in the future.

Marvelous stay at Hilton Garden Inn Al Muraqabat. My family and i were delighted with the exceptional service from the reception staff to the cleaning staff and the dinning staff. Received a warm welcome at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and rooms were large clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were so professional that I experienced no hassle at any point. The property is centrally located and provide very good service.

Disappointed, they need to improve hygiene and food variety at the breakfast buffet. The duvet had blood stains, the toilets were dirty and some cutlery in the dining area was dirty. Lift doors are dangerous for kids as they open and close very fast. The air conditioning in the room keeps playing up.

Stayed here for a 12 hour layover in Dubai. Rooms were neat and tidy. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the food here is not of the best quality.

Overall a very decent place for a short stay. Don't expect rooms to be too big. A short stay would be comfortable. People are good and helpful. Wifi access is free but variations are there in different spots. It is a very centric place to many places. They should add some more options in morning breakfast as well.

Stayed for 6 days here while in Dubai with my infant and husband. It was a great experience. The breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious, the washroom was great and the service, especially, was super amazing! They gave us complimentary sweets on Independence day as well!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat with my family for a week vacation. We had a family room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff, from the reception to room service, was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located in the Deira area of Dubai, which has a lot to offer, including different types of food chains, shopping malls, and a metro station on the red line, which connects you to the city metro green line. There is also a tourist office in the hotel, where you can book sightseeing trips. The hotel is a 15-20 minute drive from the Dubai International Airport. There are a few things that could be improved at the hotel. First, the swimming pool water was a bit cold for swimming. Second, the elevators do not have sensors in the doors, which means that if someone is inside the elevator and has pressed the button for any floor, the door will close immediately without delay. This can be dangerous, especially for children. My daughter was actually hit by the elevator door once because of this. I think the hotel should update its elevators to include safety features such as sensors. Finally, the washing machines in the laundry room were extremely loud. This was a minor inconvenience, but it is worth mentioning. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat. The hotel is family-friendly, the staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a convenient location, close to many attractions and amenities.

Great team of very welcoming staff, with wonderful approaches in explaining everything that one needs to know while at the Hotel such as but not limited to; the breakfast timing, the free self laundry services, the roof top bar, the free bus schedules to three tourist sites and quick house rules. Wow, they were doing their paid job in an exceptional way. These two gentlemen (Patrick & Zahid), really made sure I got upgraded to one bedroom suite whenever it was available as per Hilton Honors Policy on possible upgrade. 🙏🙏🙏... really appreciate you guys & keep up the good work. Room Services - Abbey, Ronald & Dilwar. I encountered these gentlemen at the different rooms & floors I stayed. There attitude while cleaning the rooms were astute because of how diligent & focus to very little details, making sure the rooms were cleaned properly. Having previously read reviews of the excellent staff of this hotel, I can confirm 100% over my 10 day stay, that the staff of Al Muraqabat are of the highest standard in their help and support to residents. All stays can encounter issues and the front desk staff of this hotel are the most excellent in their good nature and willingness to help in every way. the front desk staff were very kind and helpfull especially the shift managers Mohamed & Zahid. after so many hours of travel they made our check in and out easy, unlike our other experience with other hotels in Dubai. we will be definitely back again. thank you guys.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but maybe overpriced. We f you’re looking for a place to stay with decent hygiene then this is a good place to stay. Don’t expect a Hilton like treatment; this is not a five star hotel…This is Hilton Garden Inn; it’s just an Inn! In general, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was ok. Old towels and cheap toiletries it’s normal in an Inn stay. Asked for an Iron, the guy came in with two of them to try which one of f them would work; he even wanted to test both of them in my room….Both of which were old irons btw. Check in was too slow and the area was so crowded around the reception desk. There is a small booth next to the reception desk ( tourism company) where the guy has his phone on speaker ( very loud) while talking on the phone….unprofessional.

Rooms are a bit narrow. Food quality is good, yet variety is poor. Not suitable for large business groups, as the restaurant staff number is too low to serve large groups, and this results in service delay. Meeting room is nice, LCD is a bit dim.

Fantastic cozy hotel ! We loved our time here. The restaurant team are superb. Yashwanth is a rockstar, super friendly, ensured we were comfortable and had nice chats with us at the breakfast table every single day. A gesture that touched us was the team coming together and wishing us a great travel ahead. I sure recommend this place !

The hotel is nice. The water pressure is weak at times. The location is good for the money if you’re willing to walk a few blocks to the metro, and is near a lot of great and affordable restaurants. If you like planespotting this is amazing because you can go to the top floor restaurant and look over DXB.

Location is too far from Metro. Room was Hot. AC issues with coming on and staying on. Their save environment policy is just to save on electricity, so the entire building was hot. (in December). Staff was friendly enough and helpful. But I just would not recommend this location.

Though I didn’t get a chance to experience their hospitality, yet I have a great experience with their customer service. I booked the hotel for one night for my India-US return layover. However after reaching Dubai airport I got to know about new COVID policy. Basically it became impossible to get out of the airport and the booking was beyond cancellation deadline. I only sent an email explaining my situation. I got a prompt response about cancellation.

Service was lovely. Staff were great. The bar and breakfast service was a let down. The room was terribly small with a lack of amenities. The shower and bathroom in the room was barely big enough for a 5 foot tall skinny man. I’m neither of those things. Water pressure was non existent; a water bottle poured from shoulder height would do better. The rooftop pool and ‘lounge’ was abysmal. We checked out early and went to the Hilton Al Seef Canopy property for less $/night.

Great staff.. Good gym.. rooms are what you expect for a Business Hotel. Breakfasts are good. Ms. ALAA did great job on the front desk. Ms. Pooja is great in the Breakfast serving especially as it was busy.

This is my second stay at the hotel. It is exceptionally good value. As a Diamond member I was upgraded to a large suite but what I most appreciated was being allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was particularly impressed by Patrick at reception who has natural charm and warmth - an excellent welcome which really made me feel like a special guest.

I was happy to see some COVID-19 restrictions were waived off and we could have easy access to the breakfast buffet. Unlike it was in April 2021. I wish that a washing machine in the guest laundry room wasn't out of order. There was only one working downstairs and it was already busy with someone's laundry when we came. There was a big dryer there too. I had to take my mom's laundry to my home to make sure she had enough of clean dresses for her 10-nights stay in May this year.

Rooms were dirty carpeting has not been cleaned, When staff came into clean they never had any cleaning products. I watched him wipe the tub out with our used towels. Never wiped with sanitizer sink or toilets.We had to wait on clean towels every day. I carried my own Lysol and Lysol wipes. Very disappointed I stayed at this hotel in 2019 and requested it.this time for me and my group. Breakfast buffet was so sad it took 30/40 minutes to get a chef to make a omelette. Hilton say they have a pool however unless you brought a drink at the pool you were not allowed to sit out by the pool.

Stayed at this hotel while in transit. Good location, centrally located between the airport and the souks to get some shopping in! Good service and breakfast . airport shuttle is available for extra cost, but taxis are fairly cheap in dubai - and much cheaper than the hotel transfer fee

We had come down for a short holiday here at Dubai. This hotel was absolutely marvelous in terms of service, staff behavior, quality of food served, rooms were reasonably big and spacious. Special mention for all the Reception and Breakfast room members for proactively being helpful. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay here at Hilton Garden Inn. Kudos to all the staff. Keep it up. Very neat and affordable hotel in old Dubai. The service team was exceptionally good. I can definitely recommend them. Only critic I'd have is that the water from the shower was not consistent and permanently switched between hot and cold. I'd also like to add that the breakfast food variety was rather slim for a 4 star hotel.

This happens to be my hotel for the past 3 years and I am enjoying it every time I visited it again. The hotel have a very good location with proximity to many places of visit. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants where one can easily shop for all basic and necessary essentials. Also, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat is approximately 5 minutes drive from Dubai Airport and 2 minutes drive to Deira City Center. Well secured area with a popular police station (Al Muraqabat Police Station) close it. They have nice and clean rooms and also have a rooftop swimming pool.

Always a pleasant experience. Except for the need to add more variety to the buffet and shuffle, I enjoy the experience every time! Service - 5 Staff are highly professional, very friendly and ready to offer assistance. Accessibility - 5 people with physical challenges will find it easy around here. Clean rooms - 5 (you might have to ask for towel change sometimes though) It is also close to everything and everywhere!! Airport, malls, market, train stations.

Close to Dubai airport and Al Muraqabat metro station as well as few minutes away from Gold/Spice Souk, it gains points due to its location. The rooms are not large but due to the latest renovations, they are clean and comfortable. I gave 5 stars due to clean and new toilets. One can walk to the nearby areas to find good restaurants and super store. We didn't use the swimming pool at the roof top, but for the bare minimum it's not big and not too small and you can see the Airport from the roof top. We included a breakfast buffet and it was also standard and of great value.
