Stayed there for a week with my wife. It was not a 4 star hotel experience at all. The furniture of the room is really old and deprecating. The iron board had a lot of marks on it. Bath tub was not working. Complained 4 times to multiple people but not got it fixed. The lock on the window was broken. So the window was not fully shut and we could hear the traffic a little bit. Instead of fixing the handle they screwed the window that too not tightly enough to prevent the noise from outside. The TV was so old and broken, the picture quality was unwatchable. The wash basin was missing the cover. Toilet seat cover was also missing, was installed after the complaint. Bathroom door handle was broken. The towel hook in the bathroom was also broken. The hotel staff had no etiquettes and manners to greet the guest anytime someone comes and goes. The remote for AC was faulty. Sometimes it became very cold and sometime not cold at all. This was the case in other rooms as well. Disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

Located extremely close to the airport terminals, this hotel offers flexible booking options for 3, 6, and 9 hours, making it ideal for extended layovers. While the rooms have a peculiar odor and outdated decor, they are clean, albeit with some wood in the bathroom showing signs of rot. The affordable price, safety (especially for female travelers), and helpful bell boys contribute to a positive experience. The staff is attentive, the property well-maintained, and rooms are tidy with essential amenities. The hotel's proximity to shopping and transportation, just a 2-minute walk to Deira City Centre Mall, adds to its convenience.

Bad choice of mine booking on Agoda honestly, from the entrance a very bad odor perfume was sprayed , wet mopping , smell in the room and i was told its an upgrade room and I’m attaching the video. Not a family visiting place for sure. The front office guy i approached and he instead changing the room said the guy is coming up just go up else we will change the room. Look at the room and decide yourself its worth it or not. Also please bear in mind the walls are false ones gypsum walls so you can well imagine how much privacy will there be

Smelt... Mostly the toilet in the rooms... And shisha and cigarette in the common areas. Also air conditioning is not working.. TV remote no battery. Bedsits and towels are already expired.. Bed room carpet are rotten.. Breakfast is terrible... Front desk staff are not respectful. The building if renovated and staff changed could be a four star hotel... But now is a cheap hotel less than 2 stars

A welcoming hotel, set in a quiet, calmer area of Dubai. The price of this hotel Is very good compared to most you will find in this rapidly growing city, but this comes at the cost of sacrificing the location you are staying in. While the area is nice, you will find yourself having to take transport to any of the main attractions in the city - this can become costly and time-consuming. The rooms are small but spacious, and the beds cosy. Air conditioning is very warmly welcomed when you are trying to escape the dry, intense heat of this hot country. The bathrooms are clean and have good facilities, including a shower with good water pressure and a big mirror overlooking the sink, with lots of space for toiletries. This hotel is certainly a good choice for those who won’t be spending too much of their time in the centre of Dubai - as the other areas do have plenty of appeal too - but, if you wish to spend most of your time in the more populous areas, you may find that the money you save on accommodation will be spent on taxi fares.

Stayed there for a week during Christmas and New Year, and the entire experience was okayish. We were given the standard 2 person room (not deluxe) and it was pretty underwhelming - Air conditioning didn't work, tea cups were broken, a tiny TV had only Arabic channels playing, towels weren't so clean. However, the hotel staffs kinda make up for the deficiencies as they were all super polite and helpful to fix any issues, and the morning breakfast was quite good. Hotel is located in a nice, accessible area and there is a mall right across the street.

One of the best places to stay in Dubai. Very helpful staff and receptionists. Excellent breakfasts. So many amenities. Great location. Metro and shopping places are very close by. Very cooperative management. A perfect stay.

My experience at the Leela Hotel in Dubai was very bad. Maintenance there is very poor. No adequate repairs have been done recently. A 4-star hotel is not even the standard of a 2-star hotel. Top-level management is very bad here. The front office, bell desk, and housekeeping staff are very good and friendly. Breakfast is very bad. Repeat the same menu every day and never recommend this hotel.

Superbly located place near to the airport. Nice entrance and many restaurants and a club located within the hotel. Good views in the evening. Rooms are clean and Bathroom and amenities are clean. Prices via Agoda may be cheaper than hotel direct prices during 24hr flash sales. Recommend for Adult visitors and try ask a room on a higher level

Less than 7mins walk to Deira shopping mall. If you are into fanciful hotels maybe not but an average hotel, it works. Rooftop view and night life amazing. Nigerians would love the fact that you can walk to the shopping mall no extra cab 😄😄

We had a 5 days stay there. 1. Cleanliness is a major issue in the hotel room. Even after calling them twice i had to go myself on reception and ask the manager to get my room cleaned. When i went back into the room they left the carpet dirty and filthy. 2. During my stay of five days nobody cleaned the bath tub. 3. I asked housekeeping staff to collect the trash but no one came to collect it. 4. You have to call them numerous time for teabags and coffee sachets.

Cons- Very odd odor smell in the morning coming from the bathroom, running water sounds coming from the top daily, receptionist have very low experience and have trouble communicating. Pros- housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the room. Overall our stay was ok at the Leela hotel and would only recommend this hotel if you have no other option. Thanks.

I booked this hotel for a 5 days trip with my wife. This is not the real ‘ The Leela’ . While completing the check in formalities the receptionist was hinting dual meaning things because of which the hotel didn’t feel safe to me. Coming to the rooms. Pathetic it is! I am not sure how can this be a 4 star hotel. The mistake i did was to book this hotel without going through the existing reviews.

Staff during the night were so rude, they stoped us a couple of times from the elevator to ask for our emirates id if we are really the one who booked it. They treat us like scammers. The bed sheets doesn't smell new and i think was not change. The tiles on the floor noticeable its already old and not flat anymore. Needed more maintenance. Cold water doesn't even work which is very important during this summer, you have to bear the hot water when you take a bath which is very uncomfortable to skin and hot water hurts a lot.I have to finished my bath in 5 mins or else you will burn your skin. Breakfast has less option, doesn't even have meat for non muslims. I loss my appetite because food are tasteless. Pool area have so much stuff on the sides and not pleasing to the eyes. I booked a hotel to relax but the hotel and service was so disappointing. They need a lot of renovation to keep this hotel on the map and running.

I stayed in this hotel from 1st to 5th Oct,22 with my family. It was a worst experience of staying in any hotel in last 10-12 year. 1. Food quality and taste was below the average of any 2 star hotel, don't know how come hotel got 4 Star category tag, Insacts were hovering around food items, very limited option for vegetarians in breakfast, they offer only one veg dish. You will not find cutlary and tissue paper in the restaurant. They are managing with very limited staff. 2. Service was very poor. I requested for bath mat but on day 1 but till the time of check out they did not provide that 3. They offered only 2 bottles of 500 ml water complimentary and after that charged INR 118 for each 500ml bottle 4. Rooms were clean, This was the only positive thing 5. They have put good pics on website with good lighting in the hotel just like any low grade hotel of Paharganj, Delhi This hotel is being run by the agents who insist you to stay in this hotel as they must be getting good amount from the hotel, Please avaoid staying in Leela Dubai

F first of all , their service is like a 1 or 2 star hotel. 1. One day I have them the keys to clean my room and when I came back I found that my room door was already open, it wasn’t locked. 2. Resturant is cheating customers. If you order something that is not clearly mentioned in the menu, the charge double the price of the item and tell you that’s it’s their monopoly. On first and second day of my stay , I was charged onion kulcha 067 AED, and after that the same onion kulcha, I was being charged 20 AED. When I asked them why it’s like this, they don’t have any valid reason but they will keep arguing with you. Overall not happy with the stay. Definitely not something that I expected from a very well known 4 star hotel.

Let me start off with the positives. The location is great if you want to be near the airport, and there’s a big mall nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and always available to help with any issues you might have. They don’t have a lot to work with which leads me to the rest of the review. The hot water takes 10 minutes to get started which is a waste of water. The rooms and halls and bathrooms are dirty. I lost count of the amount of gigantic stains I found. The hotel seems to be falling apart from the inside with floor pieces moving around and the wall caving in. There’s also a really bad smell that randomly appears which explains the presence of a scent device in the hallways. The thermostat in the room is unintuitive and the room will always be frigid unless you turn it off completely. Many of the doors in the rooms don’t open because they get stuck. The club downstairs plays the music so loud that you can hear it in your room at 3am on the top floors. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel at all.

The property was good and well maintained. Rooms were neat and clean with all the essentials. Staff is really good here. Everything was nice. The hotel is well suited, being close to shopping and transport. Just 2 min walk from the hotel to Deira city centre mall.

Exceptional Value for Money at The Leela Hotel Dubai - Outstanding Service and Memorable Upgrade! Our three-day stay at The Leela Hotel Dubai exceeded all expectations, and we attribute the exceptional experience to the outstanding service provided by Umey, the receptionist manager. His unwavering dedication and assistance with local knowledge, taxi bookings, and more truly made our stay special. Special recognition also goes to Milton from Housekeeping, who maintained our rooms to perfection. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite room, enhancing our stay with an extra layer of luxury. This gesture not only reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction but also significantly contributed to the overall positive impression. For future guests seeking tranquility, we recommend opting for a room on the top floor to minimize any potential disturbance from the bar sounds. While our overall experience was fantastic, we believe there's room for improvement in the restaurant area e.g. by separating fruit buckets rather than creating cocktails. Additionally, a bit more focus on the restaurant environment could elevate the property to a complete 4-star standard. It's important to note that our ratings are considered in light of the price performance ratio. The value for money we received at The Leela Hotel Dubai played a significant role in our positive evaluation. Despite a few minor suggestions, we left with an overall positive impression and would eagerly return for another delightful stay, appreciating the exceptional value the hotel offers.

We (a group of 46 people) stayed there on recent Dubai tour.Rooms are not so well maintained. In Some rooms bathroom doors are broken. Some rooms the toilet flush doesn't work. There were cockroaches in my room. Some people were saying there were fleas as well. Although room service is done daily but, since floor carpets have become dated it still looks dirty. The rooms smell very bad. The hotel claiming 4 starred is just a blatant lie. The only positive thing about the hotel is the food. It's pretty good. Hence the 2 star rating

Beds were good. The room size was good. They said triple room but it was just a double room with a bed added to it. They only gave 1 key card and didn't have a second one when asked. Toilets didn't have lights working. Not a 4 star experience. Hope these get fixed.

Very bed experience. hotel staff is very rude specially manager. Poor quality of room service specially bathroom service they provide broken outlet in bathroom and then charge 250 AED. Hot water is not coming, they provide used and old towels n food quality is also not good. Overall not recommended place on Dubai

The hotel is great, location is amazing; you are only granted 1 card per room. The room seems that haven’t been maintained (bathtub is busted) (AC coldest temp is 22). Overall decent but not amazing.

We booked a room to stay near Deira city center. Rooms are unpleasant and smells old furniture. We have read good reviews from Agoda however we arrived very dissapointed. Reception and bell boy staff are very nice tho. All in experience, we will never booked again on this hotel.

The good thing about hotel is-it is located nearby tourist area and city center deira. Otherwise I will not recommend to anyone. Says 4* but don't even look like 3*. Congested and dirty looby. Rooms are not so clean, stains everwhere- curtains, chairs, blanket. And the mains thing is smell of hotel lobby and rooms, it literally stings. Lobby smells like hukka. Breakfast is of indian taste and style with Bollywood songs 😄.

Stayed with family for Eid holidays. Got a good online offer. Hotel staff had a confusion about the booking. Through phone it was cleared. Later again in the reception the same confusion happened. But it was the online portals communication mistake. It was sorted very fast. Friendly staffs. Ample parking space.

That hotel is zero service and its staff don't t have the lowest levels of reception and the equipment in the room doesn't t work and is not clean as required, furthermore I was smoking in front of the hotel and a person called Islam came and told me that the robe is not allowed and I have to take it off or he will call the police for me, it is the height of lowly morals and disrespect to say that to a guest, an experience that I will not repeat in that hotel due to the low level of service and the intense noise that the bar makes on the ground floor until 4 am If you're looking for comfort, this isn't the right place for you. Absolutely terrible experience!

Super close to the airport terminals. And you can book in 3, 6 and 9 hour bookings too. So it’s useful for long layovers for flights. The rooms have an odd smell to them. And the decor is old. Though it’s clean some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. It’s great for the price and felt safe (we were two women travelling). The bell boys helped us a lot with our suitcases and called us a taxi when needed. The staff were generally very helpful and attentive.

5 months ago on Google We had a 1 night stay, and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. specially housekeeping team and supervisor. The check in didn’t take 10 minutes. The hotel prices are just brilliant, and our room was excellent. It was everything that we needed to stay the night. The hotel is quiet, Not to forget they have underground parking perfect for people who have a car. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend a stay at this hotel. Thanks you

On the outside it's not much to see but inside is very elegant with 2 different of lounges reggae, pop, and then u have a bar. Free wifi cafeteria that stays open until 2am and buffet breakfast 7-9am. My room was clean the whole time. Last the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like it stayed cold in my room even when I changed the temp but it wasn't so bad coming from outside in the blazing sun.

Please do not BOOK. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life. To start off the hotel management was very unprofessional. You don’t have the rooms cleaned on time upon checking. All the towels are dirty and with blood spots. It is the most unappealing welcome ever. The room you get no matter what has the most horrible odor and does not go away. Management staff will not do much but just keep switching you into a different room that’s the exact same. Also expect to wait 1-2 hours extra to get your room

Rooms are very good with good space and location is also good.Restaurants, Deira city centre Mall and metro station is on walking distance..only issue with separate Bar on ground floor which become very noisy in night and may disturb your sleep.if booking room so always try to take 3rd or 4th floor onward.. swimming pool area is also under construction.

We've had a really good experience staying at the hotel. Check-in is a breeze and the room is pretty straightforward to book, organized, and clean. The staff is pretty effective in what they do and everything is in order. Location is walking distance to the train, close to the mall, food places and also a nearby park where you can jog. The place is secured and you will never feel threatened even when walking at night. We've really enjoyed, I will definitely recommend this place!

Positive: - nice and modern room - helpful 24/7 reception - breakfast buffet was amazing! - hotel service including 24 hours cleaning service is stunning Negative: - night club sound was a bit disturbing for sleep (sometimes audible till 4am) - washroom had black Mould (for me that’s a no-go) - bathroom often started to smell musty

I have booked a room through Makemytrip on June 18th. I wanted to reschedule the date to next consecutive weeks. Makemytrip was not able to do as hotel management denied. I lost my money. When I emailed hotel I came to know that this is not Leela group from India. And when I called the reservation section they were very rude. No good customer service. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great experience in budget price, if you are from India you have good experience of food as well. Tasty feeling of spices. Staff of hotel is also good in nature. Best part of hotel is if you love party you can experience the disco, bar and party environment in same hotel.. roof top DJ also great. Near to shopping mall City Center Deira. 4-5 party place in same hotel, you can choose daily according to your taste.

The hotel is located at a very good location. As all the places like Burj Khalifa and others are just 15 mins away from the hotel. The breakfast provided by the hotel was best and served freshly with alot of varieties. Also the room service was very good proper cleaning and hygiene was maintained.
