The moment I had to beg for clean sheets and towels while on the verge of tears is the moment I knew I would warn everyone to stay far away from this hotel. I have never had a hotel check me into a room in the evening, the room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest, and the front desk states I would need to wait until the next morning for the room to be cleaned. They really expected me to sleep on the same sheets the previous guest had slept on, use the same towels the previous guest used, and accept the overflowing bins and empty food containers that were sprawled across the room. Then to add insult to injury, I had to beg them AGAIN to have the room properly cleaned the next day. I am writing this review sitting in the lobby at 10am still waiting for my room to be cleaned after requesting that it be cleaned at 8am. Please avoid this hotel if you expect clean rooms and good customer service. It is the worse and you will regret it.

Had a stopover in Dubai. This hotel was so central to the metro transport, shopping mall and supermarket and local inexpensive eateries. Staff particularly Sithik,were very helpful and allowed me extra time in the room before leaving for the airport. Room was clean, cool and quiet. Highly recommend it for a female solo traveller.

It's very clean and new. The location is great if you have a car and your work is in Business Bay. The Metro or bus stop are not near. This hotel has a high security practice. I think it's unnecessary but ladies and others may find it attractive.

Just a bad experience from start to finish with no exaggeration at all. Typically I don't write bad reviews, but It is a necessity here. I check in and my room must have been booked so they "upgraded" my room to the suite which one level above what I purchased. With how bad the room was I dont even want to know what the tier underneath looks, or "smells" like. The room was extremely dark and gloomy with a horrible smell of old furniture, and damp/dirty carpet. Literally I had to keep the balcony door wide open for 4 hours until I couldn't take it anymore. I started to get a huge headache, which carried over to the next day. (my spouse already left the room and wanted to be at the mall for the remainder of the night.) At that point I had to complain and get the rooms switched, the second one was a bit better only because the smell was a bit less potent. Then I was told I can check out 2 hours later the next day and instead they rush me out at regular checkout time( which of course would never be a problem if you don't mention you will allow me to check out later it its not the case). All in all The pictures are so false and photoshopped it is nothing as the reality. It is dark throughout the entire hotel, we didn't even use the common area which is one of the main reasons we booked the hotel because it is just dark and gives off a dense feeling, with the restaurant and cafe not helping. The furnitures are extremely old/outdated now I'm sure they will do a full restructure soon because there "4star" hotel rating will not last and the price is much to high. You can get way better for the same or even less.

This isn't fair at all. Everything should be updated If you guys aren't hiring or canceled walking interviews. I even called but I got negative response they didn't even confirmed me I was on my way for interview Sadly I had to come back home. Everyone's time is important!

Good location for the tennis. Cheap and cheerful, the rooms are in need of updating but the very helpful staff made up for this (especially Jonathan in reception).

On arrival to the hotel, unfriendly and not helpful staff. Extremely rude to, had to pay more when they were suppose to upgrade room which was requested when booked. Disappointed with the service given as it was my first time in Dubai and the hotel. The doorman Johnathan was very helpful and kind. I wish him much success in the future.

Recently I went for the interview, it was not properly organised. Not worth of giving a one star. When conducting an walking interview "specially for all the departments" in a one specific day! the HR team should have split the interview for different dates for each job role.. The security team and the staff collect the CVs, but they didnt mention to write on the cv for the applying position.... Unprofessional...

Truly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Dubai (I have probably stayed at over 35 so far). We booked a room and told them ahead of time that we will be coming and need twin beds. When my roommate arrived, they mentioned they don’t have any doubles and are booked. When I arrived, they told me it’s very empty and there is space for everything that we need. Not sure why they lied. On check out day, 2 members of their team mentioned that we can check out at 2PM. Suddenly, a third person says 12:30PM or we get charged. I could have been charged without knowing. And don’t even get me started about the parking situation, number of guests (not allowed to have 2 guests in a double room??), quality of staff, etc. Very disappointed and never, ever coming back. Terrible service.

I have not stayed here but yes as a local guide i want to see the services provided by the heart of the hotel that is the Front desk, we can decide rest from there....i can surely say that the service which i got is exceptional from Hima. Exceptional way of dealing.. so slightly understandable the rest. Will stay next time will update the comment and the services

Booked a higher floor room and got a room on 2nd floor instead! To make it worse, toilet seat was even broken!! No doubt, after the complain they came to fix it pretty quickly.. Would rather pick other hotels

My review concerns certain employees of The City Seasons Hotel Deira. It is regarding an incident with a park cat, back in October of 2022, who had taken refuge inside the hotel. To cut a 5 day long story short: security & some members of the staff as well as the House Keeping Manager & one of the hotel managers tried continuously to rescue the cat & send it back to the park. After a few days of trying so many methods, the mission was successful & the cat has been back in the park, happily living ever since. There are a few names I’d like to mention as a thank you because all these little gestures count & mean a lot 🙏🏼 ♥️ Ihsan, Adil, Dil, Rakesh, Jonathan & managers ♥️ please don’t stop caring & thank you for all your efforts & kindness 🙏🏼 Just for knowing how caring the staff are, I would recommend this hotel 🙏🏼 From your neighbour, Nathalie Khalaf

This hotel is super neat ,the comfort of the big rooms gives a sense of luxury, comfort and peace. The customer services is super ,always on time and at your service, especially Hatem and Adil. This hotel is super clean, big room, great Location and the customer services amazing. Specially Jonathan and his Manager morning shift and the Night Shift manager, are friendly,helpful and always smile on thier face . Had the best Arabic coffee. It is a cozy place to calming and enjoy the beautiful pool. The room are cleen and great. But there aren't compmete hygiene service. We were at first floor and we did not have a good viewing of the city. The location is the best in the dubai. The price is affordable. You can use

After traveling 14 hours from the US, booked this hotel thru Expedia. I had to check-in late and the front desk would not check me in after 7 AM. When I asked what I should do and his reply was to sit at the lobby from 1 AM till 7 AM. I will be calling the management and letting them know personally. The front desk guy is from India.

I’m from Sri Lanka and booked this hotel for visiting Gitex. It was great to be in there. Staff were friendly and they offer wide range of services. Diera also conveniently located near the airport. Metro station also near where you can go anywhere in the dubai city. Breakfast has wide range of selection ls but same menu for the four days. Worth place to be during the business trips.

We spent quite a few nights at this establishment. It's a lovely hotel, but the bathrooms, furniture and TV's etc requires upgrading. Managers and staff could be much more accommodating, flexible and reasonable, which will make up for what the establisment lacks, but they're not. They're rigid and arrogant, acting as if its a 5 star hotel. The hotel rates also fluctuates greatly from day to day which is very inconvenient. Happiness of the guest clearly does not enjoy top priority. I would not recommend the hotel.

Hotel has one staff that could make it unbearable during your check in- acting all busy but not producing. Though the rooms are available she is burnt on sticking to the international check in time. Finally we have to get the managers involved! Never have I experienced this in my over 20 years of travel.

It was very clean and quiet hotel and all devices were good. It had a very good breakfast. It’s swimming pool was acceptable

The overall room was nice but if we see closely. The furniture was full of small scratches. There were scratches inside the cupboard too. It doesn't suit to a hotel. Swimming pool was small and there was no city view from the rooftop of the hotel.

The reception was slow because most of the time it's only 1 staff, some rooms can be loud and can't sleep at night because you can hear everything outside. No hot water

10 minutes walk to metro station, exit 4 and Deira City center mall. 24/7 Food Party store behind hotel also Zam Zam Mandy in the vicinity, highly recommended. Hotel has a phone charger station in the lobby. We stayed in room 706, room was very clean. No balcony in the hotel and no alcohol available. Multiple TV channels not functioning and TV system needs upgrading. AC very noisy at night. Breakfast buffet was not bad, an egg station would be nice. Friendly staff, will revisit again.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Bad smells everywhere, bad furnitures and very old. I booked in this hotel because i was in hurry and it was the best available with reasonable price.

I had an amazing time staying here I had two bookings for 6 nights and 3 nights in two different rooms but they were able to accommodate me into one for the whole stay! Staff are always available and the cleanliness and Covid protocols at the hotel were amazing! 10/10

When I first stepped in the room in fact it did not look 4 stars hotel room I made a complain about it as it's failed my expectation for 4-star hotel they have compensated me with renovated room which was much better than the room was initially assigned to me, to be fair thevroom was assigned to me was a 4-star Hotel,I later knew that they have some floors which have recently undergone renovation, the upper floors we're not really renovated You will nerd to try hard to get the best value for your money The breakfast was definitely not a 4-star standard and I'm not sure if 3-star standard will be fair, however the lunch buffet was much better than the breakfast but you have to pay 50 dirham My overall evaluation for this hotel is as follows well if you are looking for a good location this is the right hotel for you it is very close to the airport and shopping centre but if you're looking for the value for a 4-star which worth the value for your money it is definitely the wrong choice

It's clean, calm and well maintained hotel. Staff is friendly. Pool available. Food can be ordered from restaurant, however, nearby food court is available and at walkable distance. Close to metro rail as well.

Stayed there for one night due to it's proximity to the airport but was quite disappointed indeed. There is a horrible smell in the lobby, all the time. The breakfast is to be avoided for the same smell as well. The only positive point i found is its bed being large and comfortable.

The concierge was very unpolite, unfriendly and rude. He was with no patience and was also arguing with some guest. The kind of crew that doesn't know to deal with people. Very bad experience with him!!!

I can smell cooking smell in my room. When I shower I don't have hot water. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it's an ok place if you are help for a business not spending time in the hotel other than sleeping.

The hotel is bad in all respects The furniture is old and the smell is annoying. The rooms are not clean, the sink has small hairs and the bathroom has small insects. Bed sheet is stained and the floors carpet is filthy. On the weekends, in front of the hotel young men were drunk and harassing the guest and the girls. Not suitable for families or girls on their own. I was booked in it through work, so I had to complete the three nights in it. There is no security. A man followed my friends to their rooms asking them to with him.

Good location, near to the metro station, in a quiet part of the city with a reasonable price. The room could be more cleaner but everything else is good.

The hotel was good but had some weak points like cleaning. For example, we had to remind the cleaning guy every day to replace the bath towels and put enough shampoo for 3 people.

It's nightmare...The breakfast table is completely empty after eight in the morning, instead of charging, they say you should have come earlier!Wi-Fi is interrupted ten times a day. You have to call ten times for everything.

A great hotel with spacious and nicely decorated room. I love the mint green tone and the peaceful pictures of Dubai in deep gold frames, which create a really relaxing atmosphere. Staff is super helpful and the buffet in hotel is surprisingly good, especially the cakes and sweets. Plus their bed and pillows are very comfortable and gave me a good sleep.
