Just
a
bad
experience
from
start
to
finish
with
no
exaggeration
at
all.
Typically
I
don't
write
bad
reviews,
but
It
is
a
necessity
here.
I
check
in
and
my
room
must
have
been
booked
so
they
"upgraded"
my
room
to
the
suite
which
one
level
above
what
I
purchased.
With
how
bad
the
room
was
I
dont
even
want
to
know
what
the
tier
underneath
looks,
or
"smells"
like.
The
room
was
extremely
dark
and
gloomy
with
a
horrible
smell
of
old
furniture,
and
damp/dirty
carpet.
Literally
I
had
to
keep
the
balcony
door
wide
open
for
4
hours
until
I
couldn't
take
it
anymore.
I
started
to
get
a
huge
headache,
which
carried
over
to
the
next
day.
(my
spouse
already
left
the
room
and
wanted
to
be
at
the
mall
for
the
remainder
of
the
night.)
At
that
point
I
had
to
complain
and
get
the
rooms
switched,
the
second
one
was
a
bit
better
only
because
the
smell
was
a
bit
less
potent.
Then
I
was
told
I
can
check
out
2
hours
later
the
next
day
and
instead
they
rush
me
out
at
regular
checkout
time(
which
of
course
would
never
be
a
problem
if
you
don't
mention
you
will
allow
me
to
check
out
later
it
its
not
the
case).
All
in
all
The
pictures
are
so
false
and
photoshopped
it
is
nothing
as
the
reality.
It
is
dark
throughout
the
entire
hotel,
we
didn't
even
use
the
common
area
which
is
one
of
the
main
reasons
we
booked
the
hotel
because
it
is
just
dark
and
gives
off
a
dense
feeling,
with
the
restaurant
and
cafe
not
helping.
The
furnitures
are
extremely
old/outdated
now
I'm
sure
they
will
do
a
full
restructure
soon
because
there
"4star"
hotel
rating
will
not
last
and
the
price
is
much
to
high.
You
can
get
way
better
for
the
same
or
even
less.
