I called the hotel to book a room using the TAJJ app FEX rate. Kiran who answered my call mentioned that the rooms under the FEX rate is sold out but can offer the rate which was AED 150. I asked him if I can have a late check out since i will be paying more than the FEX offer. His answer was ( you being a hotelier should know that the last check out time is max until 1 pm but i am offering you until 3 pm and that is final. I told him i mainly wanted to book on the FEX rate only because of the 4 pm check out time. This was by far one of the worst places I have stayed at, and he calls himself a front desk supervisor he was talking to me like he is doing a big favor for me by giving me a room to stay .Me being a hotelier for 5+ years I must say that the customer service is zero. The check in also was done by him. Room AC wasn't working at all. The temp I had turned it to 10 degrees as was shown on the thermostat but was not of an use. We also had a uninvited friend who joined us ( cockroach ). Take a look at the video to see the friend. I requested for a dental kit they dint have it. I asked for water and they said its chargeable. Complimentary water is asked for the next day as well. I was really looking forward for a lovely evening but sadly turned out bad. When i had called to book the room i should have understood its not a place to go to but, yet i gave it a chance. Will never come back to this place.

Worst Experience ever I have stayed there for more almost 40 days, they have lost my laundry and they used to deliver some different laundry to my room. After asking Many times at the front desk from a guy called Sam and many others they used to laugh and say its gone sir or they'll casually ignore the topic. I tried contacting their GM Mr Alex also but still he used to just make some excuse and run away from the topic. Very very unprofessional staff though the cleaning staff was good still they have made my stay very unpleasant. Now I have to write many emails and if I don't get any solution I have file a complaint against them.

One of the worst experiences I ever had & the biggest problem I am a regular guest they change the front dest people with people don't know the meaning of hospitality at all & even don't know how to talk with the quest at all. And even reading to the reviews the general manager is just repeating the same message to everyone that complained so I quest the problem is from the management. I never saw a hotel that change there staffs to the worst.keep it up I belive this hotel will close soon. Never saw a hotel calling at 9am to tell the quest that they need to check out at 11 bcoz there's another quest waiting or I need to renew my stay so I can continue to sleep wow. Believe me worst hotel in sharjah.

An old stereotype hotel, you will find anywhere throughout the middle east. Poor wify, broken bathroom fittings, stale of smoke and food, damp sticky carpet from the bronze age, unusually small pice of towels in the bathroom... The list is endless. The staff however is friendly, and the location is apt if youbare a visitor in Dubai/ Sharjah. Has a convenient store supermarket, just across the street.

Really overpriced hotel, lazy staff, nothing to eat at breakfast. You will never have clean room, even after cleaning. Management is not effective here. If you visit this hotel with family only one towel will be left in the room without any doubt. Stuck in the sink. Slippery floor in the bathroom. No safety for kids. Not recommend to stay here for more than two days. Or just choose the other one. Be safe, stay healthy.

This hotel has not been satisfying. Especially because in the room there has been mold in the bathroom as well as in the room itself. Furthermore it was not very clean. This hotel definitely is not deserving 4 stars.

Hotel staff need training especially this particular young man at the breakfast room who is extremely rude; always looking sad for the duration of 7 nights we stayed there. He behaved as if your stay at the hotel is free. Internet will suddenly stop working for most of the day but I must commend some of the reception staff (mostly men) are good. When you call for room service, just know that nobody is coming πŸ˜† For the price I paid per night, I don't think it's value for money.

Customer service is worst at the very first experience. Can't imagine the attitude the receptionist shown on us. I asked his name , he said, (BANU) . Very rude. Rooms are spacious and okay. The swimming pool closes at 6 pm for no reason, That's a minus. They charge for a extra water bottles as well. The TV in the room have very few channels and not clear also.

I had last week amazing experience in Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel (Sharjah). I would like to thank particularly management team, reception team and housekeeping team. Starting from reception representatives, Monette and Sampath. They were really supportive, patient with smiling faces all the time. In addition, Padam and Mukta from housekeeping team were available to help 24 / 7 ! their service was with good quality. along with that, prices were affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price you pay, it deserves 4 stars.. However this place needs improvement!! Rooms are good.. customer service is ok, you always have to chase them though.. Friendly staff.. Location is great in Sharjah and parkin spaces included woth your room.. I would say, despite everything I would say not bad, perhaps recommended as well..

Staff named Lazhar refused to let me enter in the room in the middle of the night because I forgot my id and passport in the office. He refused to give his name when I called, even after me asking multiple times. That's how they treat guest by kicking them out because the guest forgot his Id proof.

One of the best hotels in Sharjah because of its proximity to the Dubai Airport and Sharjah city center. It has a good housekeeping crew mostly from Nepal. Food was excellent, it had many Indian Veg options on the menu and the restaurant staff was also friendly. I stayed at the hotel for almost 2 months and had no complaints about the food/ housekeeping/ driver except for the reception staff who seemed to be very disinterested especially towards the Indian guests. Apart from this the hotel offers you value for your money.

The place is a premium standard above 5 star hotel, had it pool on top of the building, nice and lovely rooms well spaced, and the Hallway is wonderful with the floor rug.

A hotel close to Dubai airport. The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful. There are multiple hotels where you can get great breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. The hotel has it's own private parking which is a big relief if you have a car. Recommended !

Breakfast is ok, but a little expensive if you don’t pay upfront. Room service and cleaning could have been better. They didn’t give extra toilet paper unless it was completely empty. Some days we got only 2 towels. The gym had very little equipment and just a few dumbbells. A bench press with very little weights, a bicep machine, treadmill, bicycle and a step machine. The pool is much smaller than the picture. The Hotel is in Sharjah. About 30 minutes drive(without traffic) from Dubai.

Hello Dear Management(if any) Right now on 7th of Jan, i'm in 1107, I attached the photos. 1: your TV is broken 2: the room floor is full of long hair (lady hair) while i'm a single guest here. 2: the AC smells like smoke like some body is smoking near the generator. 3: the room telephone is disconnected at all. 4: i use my own mobile to call your hotel but no body picks it up. 5: even there is no 1 bottle of water available in the room. 6: if some body is in danger in your hotel and be unable to go from 11th floor to ground floor, then he/she may die and you are the last person to know as a manager. a copy of these email will be sent to hotels complain center(ministry of tourists and economy) Even 1 star is tooo much for crystal plazza hotel.

The hotel has very best & good hospitality towards the customer. It's placed in the heart of the Sharjah because of its proximity to the Sharjah city center, Dubai airport & 24/7 megamart etc. The services provided by hotel staff is very nice & the staff are very friendly & helpful to us. They has provided us very hygiene & good foods.

The hotel was clean, although there was some suspicious smell in the room but overall it was fine. The house keeping (Padam and Radu) at Lvl 10 were so professional and helpful and I would recommend to give them a raise in the salary as they deserve it. The internet connection was embarrassing to be honest. Day by day I have to go to him to reactivate my card, why is that? If my stay is long enough why do I have to bother to go over and over for card activation.

The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was rude. He was acting is we were staying there for free. Also , we got two more water bottles and we had to pay extra for that. It was my first time paying for water bottles.

The location is great and the hotel is close to almost all you need during your visit to Sharjah. The towels were smelly, they need to be replaced. I called the reception ma y times but no one answers. Overall, i recommend the hotel for a short visit and if you r not looking for a fancy place.

I stayed with these cheaters for a month, My mistake was to trust them and paying them upfront for a month i advance. They cant stay upto there commitment. They shown me a buffet section how my food is going to me for a month and took advance. after paying them they shutdown buffet after like week and started sending very small pathetic portions to the room citing technical issue which i learned later is a complete lie. they just couldnt stayed with the commitment and stopped room service as well. there wifi doesnt work for 80% of time. they close access to pool at 6:00 and expect you to visit pools during extremely hot hours. I AM NOT RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL IN FUTURE EVER AGAIN. And ask everyone out there to avoid this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for six nights, I was allocated a connecting room (two rooms are separate by a wall that has a door), in the first day of my stay I requested to switch to a non-connecting room as I could hear noises from the adjacent room but my request was not taken seriously by the hotel staff. - I also requested a non-smoking room, but day and night I was inhaling other people's smoke that was coming from everywhere to my room (it seems that most of other rooms in this hotel are smoking so you can't avoid the stinky smell) - The room had small paper cups only, and I got more paper cups when I called and requested for big glasses!! - WiFi keeps disconnecting even when the phone isn't idle. - Gym is a deserted dusty room with poor equipment. This hotel is poor standards and is NOT four stars.

When I checked-it, I went to my room. I saw the lights are not working. I asked to repair the lights, they just changes one light. Also, my room does not have phone and I asked for phone, they said they will check. But after 2 days, they did not provide me telephone for room. Moreover, I needed sleeper and shampoo and body wash, they said they have finished and did not provide me anything. I asked for room service, after 12 hours I backed to my room, I saw no one did room service and did not provide anything even water. I called to manager, he said sorry and he said he will see me next day morning. Next day, he did not even answered the phone and did not do anything.

Worst hotel ever , the team is very bad and aggressive, I already asked them before booking a room if we can stay me and my husband even if my husband passport is with the municipality because he’s making an emirates Id and they say yes we can . After booking , paying and going there they were so aggressive with us and are angry and didn’t let us enter the hotel because my husband didn’t have a passport and they denied that they have gave us an approve. Shame on You crystal hotel al majaz. The worst hotel and worst service ever

Lovely clean hotel with good services, good security and at a good location. Du Wong and Padam who provided cleaning services for my room during my stay were also amazing, efficient and great at their work because cleanliness is important to me. Breakfast has a buffet with variety of options and the restaurant has a lovely ambience. I will definitely visit again. There's much more to enjoy at this place so I would definitely recommend this hotel.
