Rooms are pretty cramped up and the beds are also very small. The furniture is dark and dull not practical . Would definitely not recommend this place .. Overly priced. Worst experience

NOT RECOMMENDED. Dull furniture, old and rough sofa covers, smelly bathrooms, old and out of service electronic appliances. During my stay, almost daily maintenance. Apartment was not pre-checked and ready. Smelly bathroom, both the exhaust fans were out of service. Electronic appliances were old and partially damaged. Hotel management kept harassing us to provide replace and new appliances. We wanted to enjoy vacations and Hotel Manager made sure, by harassing and creating troubles, that we do NOT enjoy. Worst experiencing with hotel management and this apartment. I have long list of issues; I will post more after my check-out. The house-keeping junior staff (cleaners, housekeepers) was helpful and caring.

I stayed here for 7.5 months straight. Let me be very honest, it was Homely. There may be many fancier hotels, but the staff, their services, and the rooms made my stay wonderful. They are so very helpful too. Not all the big hotels have this.

Great new place in Almajaz that offers furnished apartments. Excellent location and high quality. The view is amazing at the top floors. Parking available as well and convenient. Excellent welcoming also. Every requirement is available in the area. Also the city centre is walking distance from the place. Highly recommend.

I have been staying in this Hotel Apartments since eleven ( 11 ) years and Alhamdulillaah enjoyed very much staying every time. This Apartments is well maintained and staff is very courteous too.

It’s a good star hotel and main think it was located on al majaz park it was one of the biggest park in sharjah and best place for spending time with family, and in this hotel all staffs are friendly and helpful, and also have indoor swimming pool and gym with sauna and steam room.

Try not to be in emergency any how, because the hotel policy is very strict even if it is for providing a water to their guests, after 2 calls from the children in the room asking for water, when I was away at emergency, and after I called them too begging to deliver water to the room, the answer has come, they have already provided them in the morning,!!!

Good place to stay. Walking distance to al majaz park & near to city centre mall. There are convenience store and restaurants in the nearby areas. Big apartment with kitchen utensils & toiletries but the unit is not clean so clean, some things from previous guests are still kept in the drawers.

Since which i care about most is the cleanliness of the place, my rate for this place just lost two stars.. when we arrived we saw a baby crib in the middle of the corridor (which looked really disguisting..vomit all over and damaged) and then called to ask for one and we thought they wouldnt bring that one cuz its so dirty obviously. Sadly they did.. wasn’t acceptable at all..

I am a current guest and very unhappy with the towels provided. The towels are so old and shabby they need to be changed immediately. I cannot believe this kind of hotel will provide such tacky towels. The bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment is so stained and needs to be updated . Communication is a problem here.

The place is best for a family like us. First, we tried the city view, which means no view at all because it's just the next building beside us. So, this time, we tried the lake view which is wonderful becausewe can view from our own balcony the Al Majaz Waterfront which is a very memorable place for me and my family when we were staying in Sharjah. Staff are cordial. No complaints at all.

Place looks good and the location is excellent but everything is not important if costumer service is poor. Egyptian manager started to argue with a guest because he cannot explain normally that 1 bedroom has just street view. Many thanks to miss Samira for cooperation.

Great hotel apartments. Spacious and well furnished. Cleaners do a great job. They deserve a raise. 3/4 of the location is surrounded by other high rise buildings blocking beautiful sea front. If you there for just the accommodation to visit other Emirates than its ok. Walk away from the sea front and Al Noor Island. Grocer nearby so all is easy.

This is the fifth time I have stayed in Al majaz Premiere Hotel with my family. Everything was excellent. Staffs were so good and good hospitality with nice smile of Madam Krishna was amazing please keep it up guys and all are so helpful for the visitors. Thankyou all we see you again. Great location, services and professional employees the only downside is no Dreyer available, only small area to hang your laundry on the balcony in a humid weather. still I love it and I will stay in the same hotel apartments. with the exception I will choose lake view. the area is great with a lot of restaurants, super store ,and easy access to major malls. difficult parking lots to guests.

We booked 3 bedroom apartment... there was leakages in 3 bathrooms .. one heater was not working and damaged as it was leaking from the false ceiling... also the blanke6in main room was dirty as there was blood in the dovet it self and it was covered by the duvet cover 🤮... the swimming pool attendant said that its only allowed to stay for 1 hour in the swimming pool !!!!!! And I don't have to mention the front desk kareem and Jaweed .. very unprofessional personnel to be hired and deal with customers... hope that owner takes action as the location is perfect however with this kind of employees and maintenance soon they will be out of business

I have been staying here for the last 3 years approximately 17 times. I always have a good experience and the staff is practically family. The housekeepers are very helpful and my kids are messy little ones but Sajjad, Chandra, and Uresh always clean with a smile. Lindsay at the pool is pretty cool too!!!

When i recived my 3 bed room appartment one of the rooms ac not working i asked the manger to refund my stay since two nights i havent got what i am looking for the manager agree at the beging then he change his mind only offer me brekfast which i dont need i have my food with me since the appartment has kitchen this is the althou i am regular custmer with them but this will be my last visit the kitchen celling was flooding water toelits excesaries old and not working ptoperly
