Very satisfied with our stay in this hotel I want to give a special compliment to Mr. Romeo who did a great job every time he made up our room.this man deserves a raise .very kind and professional in his job and fulfilled all our needs during our stay. Just one star for breakfast and location, reset don’t expect the five start hotel service; it’s terrible. Just Imagine with an infant; we waited three hours in the lobby because our room wasn’t ready after a 12 hrs flight -18 floors smell strong paint - Parking is ok - location is convenient - Staff needs more training If you asked me if I would revisit them? Hell No!!!!

Amazing food! Great selection of all kinds of food! Everything fresh. The cooking staff was always willing to help. The staff was super friendly. Ryan and Mahmoud were extremely friendly and professional. In the kids area, Pauline was super fun with out daughter. We are definitely coming back! Our daughter also enjoyed her time and the cooking class!! What an amazing brunch!!! The best in Dubai!

I stayed at the hotel with my family and had an amazing time. The hotel is located in a good place, and you can easily access the mall from the ground floor. The breakfast had a wide selection you can choose from and everything was fresh. Dawaynne gave us amazing service in the breakfast buffet, as he was very nice and professional. And he was an immense help! Our overall stay was a great experience!

The hotel is amazing. I really enjoyed my vacation there. Great location, fabulous room view, clean wide room, delicious food and more important is the staff. All people were incredibly kind and helpful especially Mr. Ezz Eldeen. He was SO helpful and so cooperative. I really appreciate his kindness and help. I do not recommend this hotel... fridge and microwave were not working the day we checked in..by the time fridge was sorted out all my food had defrosted! Rooms are comfortable but definitely not 5 star! Breakfast was exactly the same every day and quite average Location is in the old part of dubai.. not exactly pleasant views and far from tourist attractions.. metro is not simple to use! I will not stay here again

Swissotel hotel is an amazing hotel it has many things such as free breakfast, a pool, great rooms and more! the service is great workers show lots of respect to people for example a worker named Patrick helped us and showed us lots of stuff in the hotel he is a nice man. everything about this hotel is amazing there is even a mall right beside it! Can’t believe me? Well if your going to Dubai visit Swissotel hotel and maybe even go to the mall :) I hope you enjoy your stay!!!!

I love this area and the hotel is connected to the mall. We have been staying here for a year and the staff has made it feel like home. Especially thanks to Romeo for keeping the place extra clean since i have kids crawling all over the floors.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. It’s an amazing experience at the Restaurant, the ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Food is pretty good, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding,the staff's are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The service we received from Mr.Sathyam was so delightful and very professional, made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Great hotel in a central location. Close to the Union metro station and lots of restaurants. Rooms are specious and well equipped. Pool is big enough but in the sun most of the day. The staff is fantastic. They will do anything to make your visit special.

My afternoon high tea experience here is one of the best, the food is a complete package, there’s a variety of Asian dish and not only savory and desserts/pastries. I am enjoying the unlimited coffee and tea in a very reasonable price. And of course the very accommodating and one of the nicest staff, Andrea. My third visit here and still get the same good service.

It was a very memorable experience indeed! We are very glad to decide celebrating my Birthday and our wedding anniversary here in Liwan. Our server Tom was really friendly and accommodating. Really gave us 5 star service. Also the other guy named Raymond he offered me freebie as well. The food were also amazing, as pregnant, my cravings were all satisfied. The cozy ambiance also gave us the romantic vibe. Over all it was an amazing experience here! Recommendable!

Very helpful staff. It felt very welcoming! The men at reception especially Ahmed was very helpful regarding taxis and any other concerns. Getting our bags in went smoothly. I was invited to a bday party held at one of their hotel apartments. I was surprised how spacious the room. I love their kitchen area, the bedrooms, the balcony and the living area. Over-all experience was superb. Kudos to their staff! Roderick & Reprey were amazing! The manager, Mr.Joseph visited us to ensure we have a memorable stay--you're the best! Love this hotel . Conveniently located close to the international airport , is a very good option for travellers. Friendly and courteous staff , facilities , services all came up to the expected level .Food too was of great quality and variety .One of the doors leads to the mall and there you will find many known retail brands including one carrefour selling all essentials. Great location with a mall next door. The house keeping Staff Mr William is doing a great job with his excellent service. He makes sure the room is clean and comfortable for you. Some of the staff members in Liwan restaurant needs training on customer service. Especially during peak hours they’re only focusing on clearing the plates while people are still having their meals. Sadly, we experienced this multiple times. There were a few pleasant staff members working with great spirit and smile.

We enjoyed a perfect stay at Swiss hotel. They Lindt after noon tea with sweets was a great new experience. The waiters are smiling and always ready for help. I was served by Paulina at lounge area and she was a great help. The events and food are well organized by Mr. Khalid. Great experience overall. Give it a try!

Very pleased, room was soo big and very comfortable. Pool was nice, location great right next to the mall and not far from metro either. Altogether, no complaints at all. Well exceeded my expectations, the water pressure was great too. Breakfast was decent, more middle eastern and western options.

We stayed at swissotel living and I have to say the staff, the quality, the food, cleanliness and everything you would want from a high class brand such as swissotel you would be pleased to know it was money well spent and a place which you would call home. As soon as we faced any inconvenience the staff would make sure they helped and assisted us to the best of there ability. The stay was immaculate and would 100% recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. The food & beverage manager Khalid was extremely welcoming with his smile and ensured guests are at home. His managerial skills were transpired through the staff and a huge thanks to him.

Excellent hotel which is centrally located. Good breakfast and easy access to Al Ghurair mall which makes shopping so easy. Special thanks to Miss Jessica at the front office for making our stay wonderful. Our travel agent messed up our booking big time but thanks to Miss Jessica we were upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel.

Everything begins at the 1st point of engagement! Hosni was awesome accomading us and he went out of way to meet our needs, thank you The rest of the staff are well trained and very attentive. Beds and pillows are dangerously comfortable. Breakfast has a huge buffet range, some known some food unknown to me, but most was good. The rooms are huge, we were 3 but there was enough space for everyone. Hotel is linked to a nice small mall. This 5* hotel and its 5* staff needs the appropriate 5* review.

Ordering room service was new for me. When I came to Dubai, I had some questions about altering the menu to fit my vegan lifestyle. When Rushdy came to the door he had great answers for my questions and was very kind, attentive, informative, and accommodating! He even told me to call and ask for him if I had any more questions. This made me feel much more comfortable and confident ordering food, knowing that there were people who cared to make my experience enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. From check-in up to the time we checked out, staffs were very helpful. Especially Saber who is very professional and kind. We will definitely come back and let our friends know about how nice our experience was when we stayed in Swissotel.

Stayed for few nights, had an amazing time. Very good service from reception desk to concierge. Room was clean, very spacious. Like to mention Ajith and Pranit from the housekeeping team who have done a wonderful job of keeping our rooms clean. The breakfast was delicious as well. Will definitely visit again. 💯

This was an amazing array of fresh food. From the drink at the start to the sweet bites. Khalid was very thorough in explaining all of the food. He was very kind and showed his passion and knowledge of creating food delights. Will definitely come again!

we stayed there during weekend to celebrate my wife birthday, overall experience is really nice, we booked the city view and we get what we expected, just couple of note: they know that its my birthday from the reception. we didn't even ask they said that they will give ask cake and fruits basket, 😊 so we thank them in advanced.. we expect that we will receive it anytime soon nothing come to ask..that is ok... just next time keep this in mind... better to suprise the guest than to give them false promises 😅. but again hotel is amazing safe and clean good amenities food is also amazing. definitely we will go back anytime soon

Kudos to all staff that assisted our team of 30 ladies. Everyone did an amazing job of accommodating us from reception to the massage therapist and to everyone else who took care of us. The facilities are awesome and the massage was relaxing 🫶🏻

Overall, the breakfast staff led by Mr Khaled gave a good service, especially during our breakfast when we were assisted by Ms Karen. I needed another hand to help me with the food. And she was very kind to give me drinks. The food tastes well too.

I enjoyed my stay at the Swissotel. Lots of amenities with a mall attached to the hotel for easy and quick shopping if you need anything. The brunch in the morning was very tasty and had a very wide selection of items. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

From downstairs at the concierge, you wouldn't expect this absolutely breathtaking and stunning hotel once you come up. Service was lovely, rooms are lovely and the employees were always ready to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Alex (assistant on the floor) from breakfast run that always assisted us each morning with a smile. We connected as we are also from Africa.. and he worked in my hometown, Port Elizabeth. Hope 2 see you all soon.

The hotel had a shopping mall right next to it, which was amazing (especially with the food court). The staff were very helpful (especially Zing). The breakfast was alright, but it would have been nice if we could get our hot beverage as a self-service/buffet instead of staying in a line and asking the staff to serve us.

The hotel is amazing, with really good facilities. The service is impeccable and so are the staff. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Food at the restaurant have been great. Staff are very accommodating specially Mr Khaled. He ensured that the kids were happy and well entertained. Our 2 bedroom apartment was comfy and large space for the kids too. They have an amazing kids club too. We are definitely coming back.

The customer service needs to be improved. If you ask for something, be ready to wait for 2 hours (literally). The decor is outstanding. Very beautiful and lavish. The mall attached adds a lot of convenience but if you want a stay in hi-end locality then this is not the place. Spa is amazing. Swimming Pool is nice.

Stayed here for 11 nights and each day spent here was awesome. Excellent services at front desk by Ann, Alyssa, Irene and Eileen. The rooms had every amenities that was needed and room services was very good. The spa services here are awesome. Amazing customer services in all departments. Visited the little explorers brunch in Friday. Wasn't too busy. The Mexican themed buffet was amazing, one of the best I have tasted in a long time. The shift manager was not very welcoming but the support staff was very helpful.

Me and my husband stayed here for almost 3 weeks. They exceeded our expectations. Excellent services at front desk by Saber. The rooms had every amenities that was needed and room services was very good. Proper maintenance and had good time staying here. Will surely stay here again when we’re back to Dubai.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are wide and welcoming. The staff of the hotel are well trained and accordingly their behaviour towards the customers is exceptionally good. The hotel is situated to in a nice place which is 5 minutes away from the center by train. The train station is like 5minutes walk away. Mr. Ezzeldin is exceptionally helpful and will go out of his way to look after his customers. Mr. Eric of the reception staff also is very helpful.

Very nice hotel with shopping center and metro station nearby. Everything from checking in to leaving the hotel was fantastic. Housekeeping was very helpful, rooms are disinfected and cleaned thoroughly, towels and amenities replaced upon request very fast. Will definitely come back again.

Al Ghurair is always 5/5. However this time I could only give 4/5 due to the service standards dropping a little. Throughout the hotel and especially in breakfast it seemed service wasn’t a priority at times. Although it was still great by majority especially Saber at reception who saw that we were struggling for time and gave a late checkout. Thanks, will definitely return as I always do however hopefully when its less busy as I believe this is what caused the only minor downside.

The staff were kind and very helpful. The services were as advertised and were perfect. The hotel is clean and whenever you call for anything they respond quickly. I surely recommend staying here again. We were super excited with everything. The service by Ezzeldine and reception team was superb.

This is my favorite hotel in the world. I have been to 52 countries. Every time I come to Dubai, I want to stay here. The staffs are very friendly. Especially ambassador Mitch was very helpful and cordial. She is doing an excellent job.

This review is specially for Damien because I always forget due to my busy schedule. Swissotel is home away home. No other place comes to my mind when I plan to come to Dubai and the one person who shines in this hotel is the manager Damien. He takes care of everything during the stay and he is always just a call away to fix anything. Location is very convenient and you can always get a taxi from main entrance and metro is just 10 mins away by walk. It is connected to mall which makes it more convenient to get some quick bites from food court. Overall it is always wonderful to stay and thanks to Damien for great hospitality.

We ate several times in Liwan for Iftar and it always turns out special. Good food and great service. What made it really special is how personable and friendly the manager is, Khalid. Going the way extra mile to check on us and our experience. Keep it up!

Great hotel with great service. Room check out with La Oru was great. Cleaning of the rooms on the 11th floor was perfect! That cleaner deserves a big compliment. The rooms do need an upgrade and some maintenance but overall good deal for the price.

Dawynne was our server today at breakfast. Good service at the hotel generally but he was extra helpful to our table. Patrick checked us out. Hotel was very busy & there were times that the service was a bit unhelpful. But I would recommend the hotel to others especially the apartments.

We had such a lovely stay at the Swissotel Al Ghurair. The hotel stuff was always ready to kindly assist and always efficient. This hotel is still in the same perfect condition it was from our 1st stay many years ago. Check in and out is smooth. Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping does a great job and the breakfast is amazing. I honestly can't complain Its a pity that the mall has lost its touch and is not as exciting as it was

We went for an afternoon tea at Yasmine lounge and we truly enjoyed it. Not traditional selections when it comes to afternoon tea as there are no scones, nonetheless, everything offered is so good. Savory dishes were excellent and desserts were equally so delicious with just the right sweetness. The unlimited drinks is unquestionably great value for money. Also, superb service by Andrea and Tia. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We are going back soon for sure!

We enjoyed the Sunday family brunch a lot! Delicious food, pleasant service (our waiter was Benny, always helpful) and cooking class and playroom for little ones to keep them busy. Highly recommended, especially for upcoming hot weather.

Anything we needed was swiftly delivered to our rooms and overall, the hotel was fantastic. It was an awesome 6 days stay a Swissôtel Al Ghurair. First of all I would like to thank Ms. Hiba (Reservation) for her nice gesture to hold my booking reservation until arrival in Hotel due to issues for online payment and Hotel Management allow me for late checkout. Overall service is excellent but I believe they have room to improve specially on Breakfast menu (Multi Cuisine instead of repeated items of Indian cuisine only)

The hotel is very good... the staff are very kind, especially Dawynne at Liwan restaurant who was very friendly and supportive... but the room service is very late to my request ... the rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is great and most importantly; There is a direct way from inside the hotel to Al Ghurair shopping center... In general, the hotel management works very well.
