During my last stay at Golden Sands, I stayed for one night. It was the first time I encountered one issue in my life. The telephone rang in the morning, and I heard a call from reception regarding food delivery. The truth is, I didn't order anything, but I assumed my friends would take care of it since they live at the Savoy Park Hotel. After obtaining the food, I tried to contact my two friends but they didn't answer. After eating food from what I picked up from reception, I received a call from reception informing me that it was not yours, it was a mistake, why did you eat someone else's food, they asked me. Taking this matter into consideration, I hope you remember your receptionists and manager well. In order to prevent a similar incident from occurring again, it is necessary to hold all employees accountable and follow proper protocols. I had a bad experience there. For instance, the receptionist should have double-checked the order before handing it over to the customer to avoid this kind of mistake. It is understandable that the receptionist was concerned about someone eating food that didn't belong to them, however it was a mistake that occurred and the customer should not have been treated this way. It is important that all customers be treated with respect and that any mistakes that occur are addressed professionally and politely. The customer was in the wrong and should have been treated with respect. The main term here is'respect'. Respect is defined as a positive feeling or action displayed towards someone or something that is considered important, valuable, or worthy.

In the heart of the city. I could commute to anywhere I wished. My family thoroughly enjoyed it, as there were many facilities open to us. The service was great and the owner even took time to talk to me. Mind you this was a few years ago and I still remember it like yesterday. And that is about it. Perfect location for my family in what was a legendary holiday

Overall a good place, internet was good, the studio is spacious, service is very good. Breakfast while normal still good value for money. Location is great but depending on your plans. High value for money compared to other places around.

Ideal for what we were after, location is great, walking distance to old Dubai, and the Frame. Rooms are getting a bit tired, cutlery etc not checked before hand and quite a bit missing. Housekeeping kept taking towels and not replacing them. Pool(s) and gym were excellent and front desk very helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Golden Sands 3 Hotel Apartments in Dubai. The location, rooms, and service were all excellent. Special thanks to Merceline and Evan at the front desk, who were exceptionally helpful. The complimentary bag storage on the day of checkout was a valuable service, especially since our flight was late at night. The hotel's proximity to various eateries and grocery stores added to its convenience. The location is perfect, just 10-20 minutes away from many popular attractions in Dubai. The breakfast was outstanding, catering to all age groups. Whether you're visiting Dubai for the first time or returning, it's a great place to stay.

Room was good but no fresh felling and had little bad smell at the lobby itself , service was not as expected , while Check in we got wrong room key and the room was occupied by another gust. we felt the lady inside the room scared while we try to open the room door. then we got another room and there was no drinking water, No bath towels, room service took more than a hour to reach after call. we used to stay at GS5 which was very good, hence we expected same service in GS#3 too. Gym was fully equipped. Location near from Sharaf DG metro station.

Currently I am staying at the Apartment Hotel. My company "supposadly" has a Corporate Status/Rate with this hotel. On day 3 of my stay, that is today 24 Sep, I requested for a bottle of water in the room. - 2105 hrs - First Call to Housekeeping. Their response of Housekeeping was "Yes we will send it" - 25 minutes later still no water - 2128 hrs - Second call to Housekeeping. No body picked up the call - 2129 hrs - Third call to Front Desk. Their response, No complimentary water, have to order from Restaurant on payment. - I agreed to make the payment. - 2140 hrs - Still NO SIGN OF THE WATER - 2158 hrs - I went down to the Reception and expressed my displeasure at the delay in getting a bottle of water. - The Regular Cutomary Sorry and Apology offered. - Was told that there was no Manager on Duty to make a formal complaint. PATHETIC Situation. ONE FULL HOUR AND STILL NO WATER I WENT DOWN TO THE RECEPTION THE FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE HAD TO GET ME A BOTTLE FROM THEIR OFFICE.

Apartment was very bad. Day 1 the room which was allocated had pot clogging. Next day room got changed but the hotel completely had hygiene issue there were cockroach in room and balcony had lots of bird potty on it. Morning breakfast was stale. It smelled and tasted like they are serving an older cooked meal. And staff was less cooperative. I paid extra for my break fast but they didn't allowed to take it in room. Overall a charity i did because hotel was not of value for money.pics on Google and real property is very different.

I would highly recommend the place. Great pricing and welcoming staff for check-in as well as any other concerns. Quick room service. Spacious suite with all the facilities available for a family. All attractions close by.

Pretty average stay… the staff was accommodating and helped a lot about getting to know local places. The rooms were okay, there were insects at times, the washing machine worked but buttons were broken. The location was close to restaurants and transportation. The rooms are old overall.

We decided to stay here for 7 nights, as per my fathers suggestion. The apartment is extremely nice, clean and well maintained. We booked a studio, but it was spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us. The apartment is equipped with all the utilities and hence made our stay very pleasant. Mr. Amit from the golden sands front desk, made sure that we didn’t face any issue. The area of golden sands is Al Mankhool and it’s nearby to a lot of restaurants, Meena Bazar etc. Even ADCB Metro station, Burjuman Station or Sharaf DG all are within 5 mins drive. I recommend this to everyone who are looking for a comfort stay!

Its a good hotel with good breakfast. The location is very good and connectivity to places for shopping is very nice. Good food joints close by if you wish to explore. Had a great stay will be back soon.

I had visited someone nearby and walked in the reception and asked for a washroom; which is a basic necessity. The guy simply said they don't have washroom. I mean what kind of reply is that. So such a big staff stays and operates there without washroom it means for the whole day. Such a poor experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was my second visit to Dubai and I intentionally opted for Golden Sands 3 because of how amazing the services, rooms, ambiance and the staff were especially Gulab Singh, who was always available for the guests and accommodated us whenever we needed. My mother especially Dr.Shazia Asad loved the relaxing and cozy home-like feeling of this hotel. Its like a home away from home for us. My recent trip was on the 28th of June and the hotel, like always never failed to impress me with their hospitality.

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport and short taxi drive to key areas. The area is also fairly quiet. All the staff helped me a lot when one of my bags didn’t arrive at the airport and tried to make sure they made everything as easy as possible. They also have a desk to book attractions which were also very good. Room had all amenities and was very clean. Nice variety at breakfast time too

I recently stayed at the Golden Sand 3 Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. However, I would like to highlight the need for a separate counter for Jain food in the restaurant. During my stay, I requested Jain food, and I was pleased to see that the restaurant staff was accommodating and prepared Jain dishes for me. However, it would be even better if the hotel could have a designated Jain food counter. This would not only make the ordering process more convenient but also ensure the separation of Jain and non-Jain preparations, which is important for those who follow a strict Jain diet. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and the responsiveness of the restaurant staff in catering to my dietary requirements was commendable. I hope the hotel management considers the suggestion of having a separate Jain food counter for a more seamless dining experience for guests with specific dietary preferences.

My 9-day stay at Golden Sands 3 Hotel Apartments presented a mixed bag. The prime location and spacious rooms were positives, but the high room rent left me questioning value for money. Service, though polite, lacked promptness and attentiveness, impacting the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained, providing some respite. With pricing and service improvements, it could be a top choice.

Visiting Dubai for the first time, and I booked a 6 nights stay at this hotel with my family. It was absolutely amazing !! Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is wonderful. Lots of restaurant and shopping in the neighborhood. I definitely recommend this hotel and will consider it again for my next visit to Dubai.

I recently embarked on a 6-day tour of Dubai, and my stay at Golden Sands 3 for two nights left me with mixed feelings. This hotel/apartment offers a central location and some positive aspects, but it falls short in several areas. On the positive side, the room size is decent and comes equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine – a convenient feature for extended stays. The breakfast choices were nice, featuring a variety of options. The paid Lavazza coffee was a delightful touch. However, there are notable areas for improvement. The bed size proved to be a disappointment, as it was not a king but rather a queen. This could pose a challenge for families who are travelling with kids under 5, making it less comfortable for three occupants. The bathrooms were another drawback, with limited space that only accommodates one person comfortably. The glass plate for toiletries is not only small but also fragile, risking breakage if additional items are placed on it. The breakfast experience was marked by chaos. With only three staff members managing operations, arriving after 9:30 am meant facing a 30-minute wait, with a significant portion of the food unavailable. The lack of a systematic queue management system created a scene reminiscent of a bazaar, with a random influx of guests. A peculiar rule at Golden Sands 3 is the one-bottle policy, regardless of the length of your stay. This cost-cutting measure seems counterintuitive, as guests would expect the same level of amenities for the entire duration booked. In conclusion, while Golden Sands 3 offers a central location and some conveniences, the overall experience falls short. With other options available in the vicinity at better prices, it might be wise to explore alternatives before settling for Golden Sands 3, especially if you seek a more seamless and comfortable stay.

This is a standard 3star Hotel Apartment. The rooms are well maintained despite having seen better days . The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Merceline. She went beyond her duty to give us information. I would recommend this for families on a budget. The washing machine in our room didn't work 😔

Everything what is needed is present in the apartment. Cons: 1. Curtains needs a revamp 2. Bathrooms need a drain for accidental water spillage 3. WC ( Flushing system is awful) definitely have to be changed Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend it others.

Visiting someone who stays here. Inside is surprisingly nice, considering the building is old and used to have reputation years ago. The lobby is cozy with a coffee shop. The room i saw is a 1BR with kitchen. Spacious and well maintained. The management did a nice job in keeping the place well and affordable.

The hospitality offered to the Indian community was heart warming. Mr. Niyash (Duty Manager) was really helpful and accommodating. His help with respect to all our accommodation needs is greatly appreciated. The entire house keeping staff also displayed utmost professionalism and affinity to work.

Great hotel apartment in the price. Location is bit off so you have to get taxi for most of the stuff. No restaurants around. Either you order food or cook yourself most of the times. Breakfast is more of Indian type. But staff is great

Comfortable and enjoyed uninterrupted WiFi. Very friendly and decent address in Dubai. Rooms are reasonably spacious and well maintained. Cleaning staff is excellent and attends to all your requests, special mention here of Omananda. Friendly staff, all food deliveries are just minutes away. This is my regular place and never disappointed with anything or property has given me any reason to complain. Thanks

Good overall experience. They don't give u water bottle after checkin day. Also it is difficult to get local Radio taxi directly at the hotel and you end up every time ordering cab on taxi booking apps. Overall good still.

For all my trips to Dubai, I have been staying with Golden Sands since 2008 and throughout my stay I never had any unpleasant experience and I always enjoyed my stay at Golden Sands Apartments. The facilities are amazing. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. All are very friendly and professional. Couple of times I came across for inquiry and I found Mr. Amit at the front office is very helpful, caring and always with a positive attitude. Recently I met Ms Anuja at GS3 and she is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Great place to stay.

This is a very nice hotel Appartment. Excellent service provided by staff and receptionists. Food is just perfect even brunch. Many options for breakfast plus lunch harder food. Drinks are perfect. Ms Thea was so cooperative in check in and out and during stay for quick responding. Karim is such a nice concierge guy. I liked the place and will come back again

I rated this hotel (Golden Sands 3, hotels and apartments) excellent, because our stay(my family and I) was great. Our holiday was fun and very enjoyable. We checked in on the 23rd of August, 2022 and checked out on 5th of September, 2022(13days) . The hotel is very clean, close to important places we needed to visit, except for the marina boat cruise, which was quite a distance. Let me take this time out to acknowledge Mr. ABDULLAH at the front desk, who was such a great personality with a very pleasant disposition and positive attitude. Very warm and he made our stay worth the while. He deserves an award for real. Also Thomas, a janitor, a Ghanaian, was humble, hardworking, very dedicated. There was also a janitor from Bangladesh, I truly want to commend him, always smiling and dedicated as well. I really don't have any negative report to give, and pray there there won't be, because we intend to make a repeat stay at the hotel whenever we travel to Dubai again.

Golden Sands 3 Hotel Apartments Google review summary 4.1 Very good 1,793 reviews Reviews Search reviews People often mention Ubong Jackson 5/5 8 minutes ago on Google Checked in date: August 23, 2022 Golden sands 3 hotel apartment is a beautiful place to be. Comfortable, clean and tidy all the time. Warm and friendly staff to mention a few: Abdullah at the front office, is a pleasant fellow, he was of tremendous assistance to us, at all times. He really made our stay comfortable. Also to mention is another fine gentleman from Bangladesh, I have forgotten his name, who always cleaned up our room, wearing a great smile on his face always. He was excellent at his job. Also to mention is another cleaner named Thomas, a Ghanaian: a very nice guy, very thorough with his work. My family really enjoyed every moment of the stay at Golden Sands 3 and would always make the apartment our second home, anytime we visit Dubai

Hi everyone, Our stay at the hotel was good. The property is decent and comfortable. The service is a bit slow and they have limited utensils but it's a worth stay at a decent price. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Ms. Sapana Thapa one of their staff at the reception was excellent in handling our queries especially when we had a late night flight. She was helpfull, friendly and assisted us to her best knowledge. She even suggested us few points in exploring Dubai and she always had a warm smile when she greeted. All in all the experience was really good. Hope to visit soon..

Fantastic serviced apartment. Room serviced kept the place tidy quite well. Price was very reasonable (my stay in this apartment I think was in ~May of 2020). The complex has a gym which is well equipped. I would stay here again, no problems with this place.

Good apartment hotel. Two swimming pools, gym, plus friendly staff. Our sports team stayed there for a week as we were competing at the Dubai 7s tournament. Nitu and her colleagues ensured we were catered for. Very patient in accommodating a medium sized group. Thank you!

Good Experience for the price payed. They locked the money on my account with the deposit included as soon I arrived. Then before leaving they charged me again for the full amount without the deposit and they told me that I would get my money (first charge) back on the same day. It’s been 10 days and 3 emails and NOBODY answered back… I want my money back now!! At least answer back to one of your customers!!
