2/5 sharat n. 3 months ago on Google New
I
recently
embarked
on
a
6-day
tour
of
Dubai,
and
my
stay
at
Golden
Sands
3
for
two
nights
left
me
with
mixed
feelings.
This
hotel/apartment
offers
a
central
location
and
some
positive
aspects,
but
it
falls
short
in
several
areas.
On
the
positive
side,
the
room
size
is
decent
and
comes
equipped
with
a
kitchenette,
fridge,
and
washing
machine
–
a
convenient
feature
for
extended
stays.
The
breakfast
choices
were
nice,
featuring
a
variety
of
options.
The
paid
Lavazza
coffee
was
a
delightful
touch.
However,
there
are
notable
areas
for
improvement.
The
bed
size
proved
to
be
a
disappointment,
as
it
was
not
a
king
but
rather
a
queen.
This
could
pose
a
challenge
for
families
who
are
travelling
with
kids
under
5,
making
it
less
comfortable
for
three
occupants.
The
bathrooms
were
another
drawback,
with
limited
space
that
only
accommodates
one
person
comfortably.
The
glass
plate
for
toiletries
is
not
only
small
but
also
fragile,
risking
breakage
if
additional
items
are
placed
on
it.
The
breakfast
experience
was
marked
by
chaos.
With
only
three
staff
members
managing
operations,
arriving
after
9:30
am
meant
facing
a
30-minute
wait,
with
a
significant
portion
of
the
food
unavailable.
The
lack
of
a
systematic
queue
management
system
created
a
scene
reminiscent
of
a
bazaar,
with
a
random
influx
of
guests.
A
peculiar
rule
at
Golden
Sands
3
is
the
one-bottle
policy,
regardless
of
the
length
of
your
stay.
This
cost-cutting
measure
seems
counterintuitive,
as
guests
would
expect
the
same
level
of
amenities
for
the
entire
duration
booked.
In
conclusion,
while
Golden
Sands
3
offers
a
central
location
and
some
conveniences,
the
overall
experience
falls
short.
With
other
options
available
in
the
vicinity
at
better
prices,
it
might
be
wise
to
explore
alternatives
before
settling
for
Golden
Sands
3,
especially
if
you
seek
a
more
seamless
and
comfortable
stay.
