    One of the worst hotels i ever seen.. very bad experience and not sure how its a 4 starts hotel? The relevant authorities must inspect the hotel and downgrade it to the correct category. Definitely 4 stars is misleading hotel's customers. I paid for the meals but they have refused to provide drinks with the meals .. i had to pay for every single meal to drink a juice or soft drinks. Moreover.. they provide only Indian foods !!!! Look at the rice bags picture, on the ground with the civil materials !!!!! Look at the iron they will give you if you asked for it 😁. Mate, it's your choice to book in this hotel.. However.. I just wrote my experience with this hotel.

    All services was 100% poor… I don’t have a single thing which I like during my stay… No other facilities just dining room and your room there was one bar…. Where not everyone Can go… most of the port or charging was not working ask for room change… answer was no and giving excuses till the end of the stay no one fix the problem… there were no shower curtain in the bathroom me and my husband almost fall every time when we came out of the bathtub.. floor get wet and water stay there because no curtains we ask but answer was this type of room doesn’t have shower curtain….. than why you guys keep the thread and hook there literally I can see they doesn’t want to do there work… ask for towel everyday for 2 person only 1 towel we used our own towel everyday…. Can’t imagine if we didn’t had a back up.. Food was lower the grade breakfast everyday same they can’t give 2 eggs omelette for free they are charging extra extra money for everything we ask extra. I ask for Salt the 1st answer was let us check if it’s available….. I was like are you kidding me your hotel doesn’t have salt guys…!!!! List of lies everyday… For housekeeping you have to call them everyday no one will for it by themselves…. Floor cleaning is not included in the room cleaning… bathrooms were same after clenching too. I called housekeeping everyday in 5 days not single person answer and the number was absolutely correct I double check every time I call… receptionist also not so useful not great answer or helpful. They were only doing there job they doesn’t care if people like it or not or what they want… Never going to come back to this hotel and no one whom I know or my friends coming here… if this will the last hotel in Dubai for stay I’m going to cancel my trip but not going to stay in this hotel. We selected 4-star room but service was 0 start. No suggestions…..

    A good hotel option to stay whether you travel alone or with a family. Location is prime. Just few minutes walk from Al rigga metro station. They have in-house travel desk if you want to roam around in a town. The hotel is well maintained, clean & they also make sure about hygiene & safety precautions like mask, sanitization due to ongoing situations. All staff are polite & humble. There are few guys with whom I have good experience of services like Mr kumar, Mr Gautam, Muthu the house keeping guy, Mr Maqbool & one more srilankan guy was there but I don't remember his exact name. Only one point where would like to see improvement is the few amenities which should work properly i.e. Electric kettle ( it was broken) , mini bar (cooling problem) & shower tap ( broken). Apart from quite good spacious room, hotel has bars also if someone interested to have some fun 😊. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Aravi deira. Thank you for making my stay safe, hygiene & peaceful.

    New management deserve 5 stars. Great location and great breakfast. They are really trying to get improvement from the old management and they are doing such a phenomenal job. Friendly staff and great manager. If you have any issues ask for Mr. Shahab, he will take care of the matter instantly. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for an economical hotel in the heart of Dubai.

    Aravi Hotel is an old-fashioned Indian hotel in a good location of Al rigga area. We stayed here for a couple of days. The room was spacious, but the A/C was too chilled. The staff are friendly and offer good services, except the restaurant manager. As the construction work is ongoing opposite the hotel, that was very annoying. Overall, it is a good one in this area.

    This hotel didn’t deserve 4 stars. This was because we had 4 people booked and they only provided us with one double bed, after a late night of flying we had to argue with the management to get us two more beds. After that we still didn’t get the two beds we needed but only one. We had to go to sleep in those terrible conditions. One person I stayed with couldn’t sleep in light and the blinds didn’t blackout. The bathroom was mouldy and dirty. It was so bad we had to pay extra to get an airbnb. Would not recommend this AT ALL. 😭

    The rooms were clean but the hospitality services were very bad. So me and my friends stayed for 7 days we were 3 people in a room but every day we needed to remind them of extra towels and water bottles, The staff are also very rude here.

    I have visited Aravi hotel yesterday. It is really very large and beautiful. The staff is very cooperative. You can get your booking done any time even after 03:00 am. The overall experience was amazing. I would suggest you to visit Aravi hotel al least once.

    The rooms have an older feel. We had a bit of a mix up when we arrived but the manager Ravindra took care of us well upgraded us to a suite and made our stay amazing. This hotel has 3 clubs, a spa, a salon, a business floor, a rooftop pool, and 24/7 room service!!

    Used to be Avari and at that time was a great place to be . Nobody came to clean room although personally told a housekeeper. He just said he will send a friend. The phone line is busy and no one answers the housekeeping line. Very stingy on giving water and tea materials .

    After a long time and COVID-19 ease. Visited this hotel ( I am senior visitor in this hotel) and find that management has been changed . services and hospitality is not as previous. Reception girl in night duty my God , not help ful at all. Room cleaning is very degraded. Everytime has to ask for towels and slippers. Bed sheet not changed in my room till I was there for week. Very disappointed . Breakfast is very low quality and service .while it was my favorite in previous management . Overall not satisfied . Will not stay in future hopefully . Not feel like in Dubai . Cleaning wise not up to the mark . I imagine how they follow rules for COVID-19 as they are not changing towels and bedsheets regularly? Need to improve services ! And kindly teach hospitality to reception lady to keep smile in face at least .

    The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked well. My stay was made even greater by the amazing staff who served us. Rhoda was a gem, she went out of her way to give us an exceptional experience, and for that alone, I will be back with my family soon !!!!

    Stayed a couple of times here and really enjoyed! Had so much welcoming and coordination with the front office was so pleasant, definitely experienced in their work specially Vilma who checked us in and provided us with the necessary details of our stay. Her energy is so contagious when talking to you. The hotel is a bit old but cozy and accommodating!

    We have stayed in Aravi for 5 nights. It is not a safe hotel. We have a strange experience in this hotel which was stealing our stuffs from the room! When we told the issue to the reception, they showed no reaction and just ask the servant and nothing was happened. In addition, the breakfast was awful, and it does not have international taste. There was not even any coffee or tea... Any cheese... Poor service... No cups... A long queue for egg or omelet... Small space for sitting and not enough tables, Everything was spicy and hot (rice, pasta, chicken liver,...) for breakfast! Very poor service, not safe, not responsive, very old building (tiny refrigerator, broken safe box, one towel for two guests, clogged toilet, not any slippers even we asked them). Do not recommend at all!

    Love my stay and love every aspect of service, specially staff members are very helpful and cooperative, Clean & comfortable rooms with proper amenities. Conveyance is easily available and hub of different communities living around including stores and small restaurants. Staff is cooperative and quick to help. Good location,cozy and ambience thanks to my love vaishak house keeping staff

    Nice Ambience, room cleaniness and Amazing staff. Excellent hospitality given by Ravi staff present at reception. Amazing people they make you feel as if you are in India. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed . I will definitely stay there again.

    The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the malls, train stations, and airport. Lobby is very nice and elegant. The staffs are very welcoming as well. Reception is very friendly, especially Vilma. Very helpful indeed. Rooms are also well maintained. Highly recommended.

    The worst experience of my life Our group was accommodated in the Aravi hotel during the period 12-16.12.2022. The hotel was paid based on the issued invoice in advance. Upon arrival at the reception, they refused to accommodate us because we had not paid for our stay. They refused to communicate with us. They withheld our passports and restricted our movement. They made us pay another amount explaining that they were not satisfied with the rate given to us by the former hotel staff. We paid the amount under pressure, with the understanding that they will issue an invoice. Not even 3 weeks after this situation and constant contacting of the hotel from our side, we did not receive the invoice. No one responds to e-mails, and when we contact hotel by phone they only state that the request will be fulfilled. Among other things, the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4* hotel at all. The hotel was under renovation. The photos of the hotel were not identical to the reality. The rooms were dirty, after entering there was an incredible smell. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, dirt everywhere. Certainly never again and we are going to solve the whole matter at the embassy, as the hotel has unjustly enriched itself.

    We booked room for our family, at a very affordable price and the room was more spacious than normal. We were given a high floor room with a wonderful view thanks to Ms. Vilma and Ms. Frances at the reception! All of the staff were extremely amazing and friendly. The housekeeping staff are all so attentive to our needs, whether we request for something through phone. The restaurant staff were also so very helpful as we were a group of 4 and most tables were full or only for 2, they were so polite when they asked us to wait, and we only waited for 3 minutes to be seated. Great deal, clean room, and affordable too. Will stay again, hopefully!

    First of all dont know how the Hotel got 4 Star. we stayed there in the month of November. Rooms are spacious. That is the only advantage of this one. 1- The bathroom was having water logging issues. water in the bathroom was having flowing issues & was always having a pool of water. Stayed there for 4 Days with family & no one bothered to check it even after multiple complaints 2- Front office staff told we haven't given passport, but after a thorough check the same was found in a corner!!! 3- Some other persons came to the room in already a checked in room. When enquired, the front office staff told that she forgot to put check in in the system!! 4- This hotel has got night bars. If you are staying in the first floor you cant sleep because of the noise from the bars 5- Pathetic complementary Breakfast - We got only some 3 items out of one will be a rice. Nothing was served hot!!! 6- You wont get any services if you call the front office Better look for some hotel if you are in Dubai

    Not recommended at all. First they will make you wait for 2 hours even if you have the reservations. It happened with others as well who were with us. Bad food in so call Breakfast buffet. House keeping staff was good but overall management was not professional and bad.

    Being a vegetarian this hotel was suggested to me by my tour planner.Food portions are good. Hotel staffs are friendly ,accommodating. A special shout out to Raksha for making sure my special request for kids foods are met and ensuring the food is as per our satisfaction. The hotel rooms needs an upgrade which I hope the management works upon.

    The location of this hotel is its single positive feature. The level of service is appalling. lower than usual. The employees are impolite. The cuisine isn't all that good. This is not a four-star hotel. Though not very clean, it is rather clean. In order to receive good service, stay away from this hotel.

    Good location. Rooms are good, should have more light or some way to get natural sunlight. We stayed for seven nights but were there only for sleeping. We used to leave early morning for and return back late nights so can not comment much. Overall stay was good.

    We stayed at the hotel for three nights..rooms are spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities except the dental kit. Breakfast is also good, mostly Indian food. People complain about loud noise from the bar,but we didn't get any as we were given room in 6th floor.. carpets should be changed with some pest control must be done.. location is great, nearby to metro and other good restaurants

    Pros: Comfortable beds and decent space. Cons : Seemed like room service/utilities were lacking staff. Had to call multiple times to get things done(fixes). Basic amenities were not refilled or replaced . Things like soap / shampoo / towels / floor mats are like hospitality 101 but even those were a miss on some days. Toilet flushes were broken. Breakfast was average with some days being better than others. Lack of hotel services with any form of transportation to avail. They couldn't arrange cabs and we had to rely on Kareem. Bathroom water leakages. One of the receptionists was thoroughly impolite and unhelpful. (This applied for both the rooms we stayed in)

    I have no words for this place. Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in!!! Save your money and do your self a favour and stay somewhere else. Upon arrival not only did we wait in the hotel lobby for hours despite paying for early check in, the hotel corridors reeked of Cigarettes and as some with asthma this was already issue. Once we were allowed to check in our room which was supposed to be ready was still being cleaned by the staff. The bedsheets weren’t changed and literally stank of bio. We had to ask the housekeeping staff to change the bedsheets as they were claiming they were already done. How unhygienic! As we thought the cascade of problems were coming to an end.Both rooms that we had booked the neighbours were fighting the entire night literally didn’t get a wink of sleep. I informed this of the hotel receptionist who mentioned a compensation and told us to wait for the hotel manager who was apparently in a meeting. But I am yet to hear from them. This hotel is also apparently 4 stars which is absolutely shocking! Need some serious revaluation.

    The hotel was nice. It was a pleasant saty for me.But guys never go for the Rasputin bar it was one of the worst bar that I have seen in dubai. Staff's were arrogant and during checkout from the bar my card was declined due to some technical reasons the entire staff ganged up in me. The next time they shipped it it was accepted. This type of behavior will affect the hotels reputation.

    This hotel was the most disgusting and the worst hotel in dubai please do not book to this hotel . The bald guy receptionist is not approachable. Secondly rooms are not clean full of dust floors have stains all over toilets are not so clean,dirty and smells bad not as seen in pictures and has broken showers and door locks . Its so suffocating. Please dont waste money and time here in this hotel.

    Very disappointing. The room is very dirty and smelly. They can't even change the curtain and bedsheet. The shower isn't working. The bald guy receptionist is very disrespectful, rude, and unapologetic for their very poor service. We had a nightmare stay at this hotel.

    Well, I am delighted to share that it was my 4th stay with this property. This time I checked-in on Sep 28th 2022 and stayed until Oct 5th 2022. I have to mention this categorically that the hotel standards are above 4 stars and they have maintained it pretty well from front desk service to their overall experience. Moreover, the best part was that the hotel staff was aware that I was arriving on Sep 28th 2022 through my booking status and were also aware that I stayed at this property a few times earlier. They were familiar with my preferences and my requirements within the room. I am pleased to mention their Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Ramesh extended his service by keeping the room ready before my arrival and that too for an early check-in as well as receiving me at the front desk personally. Mr. Ramesh always stays on a round during his shift to make sure the other junior staff is working thoroughly well and all needs of the guest are fulfilled from time to time. He has been taking his responsibilities carefully and performing the duty like a protagonist; that is very much impressive. To add, Mr. Hem Raj was the housekeeping executive taking care of my room cleaning etc. during my stay this time and he decorated my room like a 7 star property/hospitality. The room prepared by him every single day during my stay was meticulously clean and in an order. He sensed my requirements from the beginning that I needed an extra clean room; likewise he prepared the room with extra precision keeping no reason to complain. He also prepared my room in my absence whenever required without me being asking him or his team. He was very careful not to touch or alter my belongings as I kept expensive watches or cash in the open at many different occasions. He also applied extra efforts to keep the floor clean all the time and keep the restroom fragrant. He always set up my coffee bar so well that I never found any debris or spots on any utensils or crockery to be used. He always knocks on my door from time to time to make sure all the cleaning duties get performed without me asking him or his housekeeping team. To encapsulate, I sincerely appreciate the work of Both gentlemen named Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Hem Raj for their exceptionally good service and hospitality during my entire stay. I send my best possible wishes to both of them. Henceforth, I look forward to staying with this property again during my next visit to Dubai as I felt like home here and more than safe during my entire trip; which made me collect a lot of memories and this hotel is an example for the best human service experience anywhere around the globe. Thank you again !

    I have a wonderful stay at aravi hotel, having a good staff is hard to find. Specially the front office that facing all guest complaints and inquiries.     I don’t think it was a 4 star hotel cause it was not clean enough inside room and specially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very poor. They were not charging Shampoo and things on daily basis. One day a lady in lobby of Hotel in front of bar was very loudly shouting to bar personnel and even she called police. The reception was very rude except a lady called Rudo. Generally speaking i never come to this hotel. One of the worst hotels that i have stayed

    Our 12 night stay at Aravi. Hello friends, me and my wife stayed at Aravi for 12 night and we do not recommend it, please read the following: our room was dirty and wasn't properly cleaned even though we did most of the cleaning every morning but still they refused to do anything other than make the bed. We regularly received dirty towels (really really dirty) and we had to ask for clean ones I think they did it to get tips from people. no hair dryers, slippers, irons or proper amount of shampoos and if you want any of this you have to wait a long time and have to ask multiple times. the staff were the rudest people every especially at the front desk, I still can't believe how bad they would treat people, they wouldn't help with anything and act like a simple request like please give us clean towels is a chore, especially there is a bald gentleman (I'm using gentleman very very loosely) who every single time I had to interact to I was very respectful and every single time he was rude I'm still in shock. if you value dignity, cleanliness, or your money please do not book.

    The hotel is located at a convenient place, walkable distance to Al rigga metro station which connects to main tourist destinations. Hotel room and amenities were also good. Breakfast could have been better. They served the same menu throughout the week and sometime they didn’t have enough of few items. They offer a luggage storage facility. Overall the experience was good.

    The attitude and service we have received for the second time from the front office staff Ms.Rhoda (i am not sure if it is the correct spelling , it is a philipino lady ) was very rude and unprofessional you can not even call it customer service.What shocked me was she had the same rude attitude towards all guests during our second visit also.Me and my husband stayed there twice for the last 1 year. And thats it we will never go back there and not recommend anyone to stay there also . Security guards they treat you like you are illegally entering the property even though you were staying there for more than 4 days .Ms.Neelam from reception was very kind and professional
