Daily visits for all at 10am and 2pm (except Fridays). Parking space is available and you can also reach easily by the bus. You can only go around the Mosque and see the Majilis free of charge otherwise its paid. The cost is not a lot and includes arabian tea, coffee and snacks (unlimited) and a guide to explain everything there is to know about the Mosque and ready to answer any questions about their religion and practices (if you have). In the Majilis is the ticket counter. There is also a small shop selling some nice artefacts, you can click a picture with the falcon at 10Dhs, take a stroll upstairs where they have pictures from some other famous Mosques around the world. Washroom facility is also available here. The guided tour goes on for an hour. Before entering the Mosque, you have the option to wear the beautiful traditional attire for both men and women (needed to cover the head, for women, and if your dress isn't appropriate).

Absolutely fascinating tour of a very special Mosque. Great welcome on arrival, lovely local read and coffee while waiting for the tour to begin. The tour was very well presented and very informative. Lovely interaction with the audience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful architecture and open to people from all religions. Made entirely from white stone in the medieval Fatimid design. We visited here as part of our guided tour of Dubai. The area is lush green and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The mosque is quite spacious and can accommodate more than a 1000 worshippers. The area is full of tourists from various nation as it is one of the landmark places to visit in Dubai ! Recommended for both solo travellers and with friends/family.

Get free henna, tour a museum of neat artifacts from their culture, and then experience prayer at their mosque. 🕌 They provide clothing for those that need it. Which is so wonderful. Afterwards they open up the tour for questions

Visiting Jumeirah Mosque in Dubai was one of the highlights of my trip. They were very gracious and hospitable. The admission included a henna tattoo, food, coffee, and tea. They also have a great display of the history of Dubai. I got to pet a live falcon and even hold him!! Our guide was so wonderful and enthusiastically shared her vast knowledge of Islam with us. It was easy to get to via public transportation. I truly enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend it to everyone in Dubai. I didn't check in advance the times of the tours so I had to wait a little for the next one.

Jumeirah Mosque is a mosque that was built in the 70s by Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum one of the UAE's founding fathers. This mosque is open for the 5 prayers of the day for Muslims to attend the group prayer but as all mosques of Dubai the prayer hall is closed outside prayer times (&open for mosque visits, see below for more info.) The ladies section is clean and tidy ! ---- This mosque's uniqueness is in the guided tour titled Mosque Visit which started over 20 years ago by the Centre for Cultural Understanding. Visitors get to explore the mosque architecture. And they get a chance to learn about the religion of Islam. What's special about this visit is also the open mindedness of the guides who will listen to ALL questions about the religion without passing any judgement! Questions cover not only the religion of Islam but also the Emirati culture. One question I heard from the guests was "why Muslim women wear black ?". When I first visited the mosque I was an intern, and as a Muslim Emirati woman, it was an I opening experience and it encouraged me to be more open and welling to share my culture with the world. Oh & the experience doesn't need any reservation! Everyday except Friday. Twice a day at 10 am and 2 pm. The rate is 35 AED (keep in mind that this is for a non-profit organization). People of determination are free of charge. It's good to keep in mind that the mosque visits are usually open even during public holidays. ---- For me I scored it 4/5 because I think it can be better. Maybe more clarity for tourists and worshipers with signs outside the mosque as I think many are confused in the reviews section. And more light indoors would be nice.

The Jumeirah Mosque is I think one of the secret spots of Dubai and at the same time very underrated. Abu Dhabi has the biggest mosque but it seems just to be a tourist attraction not a holy place. The Jumeirah Mosque is a must see place for Muslims and Non Muslims. It has a beautiful architecture and is very calm and quiet. Definitely check it out, it’s worth it.

Very interesting experience! Learned a lot about Islam and relationships among the diverse religions within Dubai! The guide, Muhammad, was very nice and funny! If you ever visit here, definitely be there when Muhammad is the guide.

A beautiful mosque. Construction began in 1976; the mosque is built in traditional Fatimid style which originated from Syria and Egypt. Opened in 1979, the Jumeirah Mosque visit has been a key activity under the 'Open Doors. Open Minds.' programs of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding. It is said that it is the most photographed mosque in all of Dubai. Organized tours are available for non-Muslims. It is open for all to visit except Friday whether you're a Muslim or not. I could not go inside because I was there on Friday.

Open doors, open minds. What a beautiful experience to learn more of the Muslim faith and what takes places in their beautiful mosques. You get to enjoy some yummy treats, get free henna, tour a museum of neat artifacts from their culture, and then experience prayer at their mosque. 🕌 They provide clothing for those that need it. Which is so wonderful. Afterwards they open up the tour for questions. It was absolutely incredible and a must do on your trip to Dubai!!

It's a beautiful Masjid. Great architecture, enough space to occupy 1000 people. Couldn't get a chance to climb the minaret since I reached around the sunset. The silence and peace of the moment is divine. Non Muslims can also visit the Masjid with a specified dress code.

Serene place. Midway between Palm Jumeirah and Gold Souk. Worth the visit. Please make advance booking as the tour is guided one and starts only twice a day. The backside of the mosque hides the sun and is a bit cool than the front. Just a pro-tip. You can sit there for a bit and get respite from the heat. Calm place and good architecture. Do visit if in Dubai. Across the road are good food joints. In case you want to catch a bite after the mosque.

During our unexpected delay, with uncertain tour timing, we visited the heritage museum, where we were captivated by beautiful images of mosques from around the world. The coffee was exceptional, and we also had the pleasure of observing a magnificent hawk. As we explored the charming museum, we came across numerous artifacts from bygone days. Additionally, we encountered a very friendly and adorable black cat, adding to the overall charm of our visit.

So far this the best experience I had in Dubai. The guide was lovely and the museum staff was amazing. Highly recommend to experience what is Muslim religion is and how old Dubai lives. Also there is supermarket close by and small restaurant on the side of same building as supermarket. We had lunch for 70 Aed for 5 people. Food was amazing. It’s much calmer with traffic as well. Compare to centre of Dubai.

Superb. Tour at 10am for 35AED (as of Dec 2021). Little desserts and photo with a falcon are included. The tour guide was excellent and provided a good explanation of the Mosque and the Islam religion. You are encouraged to dress respectfully, but even if not, they provide free head scarves/etc to cover up. Combining it with La Mer, it would make a perfect half/full day itinerary.

Jumeriah Mosque is one of the iconic places that one must visit to explore and learn about Islam and local culture. The local Mosque representative was very polite and the lady explained 5pillars of Islam explicitly and answered all the questions with utmost patience. If you plan to travel to Dubai, Do not forget to visit Jumeriah mosque. Superb place to click lot of pictures. The mosque is built entirely from white stone in the medieval Fatimid tradition, with towering twin minarets framing a large central dome. When it's lit up at dusk, the intricate artistry and beauty are highlighted. Adopting an ‘Open Doors, Open Minds’ policy, local mosque representatives are on hand to conduct 75-minute guided tours. They also offer visitors an opportunity to learn more about the Emirati way of life and religion.

Honest, interesting, and respectful information provided in the presentation/tour. Emerati snacks and coffee beforehand were generous and tasty. I also enjoyed holding the falcon and having my hand painted with the henna. The museum and gallery upstairs were an interesting way to pass time waiting for the Mosque tour to start. A great value for money learning experience. Would recommend.

Jumeirah Mosque located just opposite to the La mer beach and the city mall is a place which has been now opened to non-Muslims. The visiting hours for the Mosque is 10 AM and 2 PM. You need to dress modestly while visiting the place. Also, they provide refreshments before visiting the mosque. There's a guide who explains everything in detail about the Mosque and the Islam religion. Should keep this place in your places to visit list.

Mashallah beautiful mosque. Prayed Fajr and Eid ul Azha prayer here during the covid times. Eid Salah was at 6:00 but there was takbeer from 5:00-6:00. After the prayer, there was a short sermon and then everyone was advices / requested to leave the mosque. Within 10 minutes the mosque was cleared and people were dispersed. Hat off to the team ensuring safety during these times. People who did not have their own prayer mats had the option to use disposable mats in the mosque.

We visited the Mosque through the Open doors, Open minds programme, it included refreshments and a guided tour. I really appreciate the initiative, and the little museum inside. Our guide Ahmed was kind and welcoming and shared a wealth of information. I don’t normally like tours but this one is a good balance, definitely recommend it.

This masjid is a stunning architectural marvel! Its intricate design seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, creating a serene and visually captivating space. The attention to detail, from the minarets to the prayer hall, is remarkable. The atmosphere inside is tranquil, making it an exceptional place for reflection and prayer. A true gem that deserves a solid five-star rating for its architectural beauty and cultural significance!

If you don’t know much of Muslim religion and the process of a mosque. This is a great place to visit. A ton of history and information. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. And the A/C works amazing inside the mosque.

Disliking a mosque is not the way to go but its because of the question I have is it a mosque or a display/ museum? I was in the area and hadn't prayed dhur yet so thought I'd stop by and pray inside to my shock the mosque was shut at 1:30 pm?!?! You can see in the posted picture where we had to pray at the entrance path of this display mosque as I would say. Very disappointing In summary there were tour buses waiting, visitors walking around the ouside relaxing under the trees and taking pictures of the structure and this guy with an egal......
