The best iced coffee in Dubai ( my recommendation the iced Spanish latte ) I am coffee addicted person and the place it’s my paradise 😍😍😍😍 Chicken 🍗 avocado 🥑 salad, pastry 🥮, brownies are mouthwatering. If you are in Mall of Emirates, don’t forget to grab a coffee in the coffee shop on ground floor. 💗💗💗

Good coffee, great service, very quick to serve and staffs are polite and helpful. I liked their cappuccino and hibiscus tea. It’s located in ground floor opposite Centre point. They have smile BOGO offer on coffee.

As frequent visitor of Mall of emirates, it was first time I tried here coffee.I ordered Latte, it was really good one.Then I ordered salad with avocado and chicken. Salad was average, not bad but too healthy for me:D, I still want to try carrot cake, try instead of me and write your feedback. For finito I took for myself cheesecake which was good, but I wish there more crispiness.)

This is my first time in Kava & Chai. The staff was very friendly and the service was really fast. We had a very good reception from Jerry who was more than helpful and informative. Best service with the friendliest staff. Croissants are always so warm and with such a great variety of flavors. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to sit and eat or grab and go. Very convenient locations with beautiful interiors. Also love how they introduce new drinks almost every week!

Best coffee in MOE. Price wise - a double espresso at 15 for something so tasty is amazing. I come here every chance I get, friendly service, quiet, lovely for meetings and casual chats. A hidden gem.

I can confidently say that Jerry is an outstanding barista who goes above and beyond to provide an incredible coffee experience. What sets Jerry apart from other baristas is his genuine care for his customers. He has an incredible ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Whenever I visit the café, Jerry greets me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in how my day is going. He takes the time to remember my preferences and always offers great recommendations based on my taste preferences. It's clear that he genuinely wants each customer to have the best possible experience. The café itself is cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The service is prompt, and the staff are friendly, but it's Jerry who truly elevates the experience. His dedication to his craft and his customers is unparalleled.

Their Karak tea is very good. Their cookies are fresh. I would have rated it a 4 star however the seats are old and worn out with spots and marks all over. The staff Ugo and Aldrin were amazing and very helpful

One of Dubai’s Gems if you like coffee and great ambient atmosphere for meeting friends. There Kava and chai drink is a yummy warm signature that is a must-try. This place will always makes you feel good specially the friendly service and kindness of the crew

The karak tea and Mocha Frappe are the best. They have so much on their menu and each item is way better than any coffee in Starbucks or Carribou. Simply Love it ❤

Croissant is not as specified on a display stand. Actually out of deep freezer and looks like someone was sitting on it. Served in plastic plate.

Ordered : Kava Chai Latte (8/10) Normal coffee latte (6/10) Picollo (7/10) Red velvet cheese cake (9/10) And Kunafa cheese cake (10/10) I would say they should have few more reasonable combo’s !!

Hidden GEM in MOE at the end opposite carffur serving staff are amazing specially mark with charming smile one of best cappuccino I had since arrived dubai came strong hot hust as I like price is very reasonable compared to other places and quality they provide will always take a rest here while my shopping day

I recently went here to have tea as the name had chai in it. Orderd chai latte and kadak, they did not had an option of no sugar. The tea took a waiting for more than 10min and when it came it was the worst thing I had tasted. Chai latte tasted like milk with sugar and kadak tasted like milk with sugar and cinnamon. We just took 1 sip and left the whole chai there. I read in comments that their coffee is good, maybe they should serve only that.

Not bad for coffee and tea

The cafe is cozy and the architecture is quite unique. I visited the cafe with my friend and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our order had multiple alterations which the staff member handled perfectly with no errors 😄 The red velvet cake was a bit of a disappointment but the red velvet brownie was good and the coffee was mediocre.
