My son was brought to NMC in the morning at around 9, he was diagnosed to be admitted to the hospital at 12, ever since we are waiting in the ward, awaiting their kindness. A 6 year old boy is kept in waiting for 6 hours (and counting) then to allot a room. Then for what they are recommending to be admitted? All they care about is insurance approval and the money they can get from it, after that they goes silent. They charge the insurance for room and everything that are not provided to the patient. It's a scam. My wife (patient's mother) long with our 10 moth's old baby waited here from morning 9 and finally left home. All this despite there is an insurance approval that they sorted for admission. The lady here is quite rude, and doesn't cooperate on inquiries.

Will write everything right from my real experience at this hospital. You enter- they have valet service which has 5 guys outside doing nothing but chitchatting and will accept your car only if its brought at their feet. They refused to accept my car just because it was not on the hospital door and just opposite parking as soon as you cross the road(mind you which is still in front of the hospital). As soon as you enter you will be welcomed by atleast 4 staff asking you the same question where do u want to go etc which is annoying. The only thing I am happy about is the Doctor I am attending Dr Shashi. She's been helpful with giving me right tips a strict straightforward person and I love that about her. Nurse Jain is also supportive. I am hoping a very speedy recovery. Overall operationally my consultation was quick but I always have to wait for my turn even after taking an appointment atleast 30 mins. Anyway, won't complaint about it but it's difficult when it's an urgent appointment. Once your appointment is over if you go to the valet(another day) they ask you to go to the basement where you need to wait another 15-20 mins as there is only one guy deployed whereas atleast 4 guys are sitting at the entrance doing nothing. This is poor management. Overall I am visiting only because of my doctor or I wouldn't have preferred this hospital. This is my feedback, please have your own experience.

My experience in this hospital was fine, some things I liked like having proper and good treatment, cleanliness, staff nurses talking behavior nicely to people, taking care. *Some things I did not like like waiting for 2-3 hours in emergency reception. Where as in emergency the patient should be admitted as soon as possible which takes a lot of time. *** I would advise those labourers or people with low salaries who find it difficult to get treatment here, if you have the right insurance thn definitely come and get treatment.. #Shukran 😊 (From my experience I would rate 4 stars)

We were referred here by our Pediatrician. Dr. Gaurav Jadon provided excellent treatment and my baby had quick recovery. The nursing staff and other management was really good. They provided healthy food and on demand yogurt and other things that my baby could easily eat. I will definitely recommend this hospital for anyone with kids. The room had a foldable sofa for the attender too. My only draw back was when I initially went for in-patient admission the male person at the registration was very rude. He was so skeptical of my insurance covering here and said that I will have to pay consultation fees if the insurance does not cover. People are worried sick when they come inside the hospital and hence you should provide a warm and smooth welcome and not scare away the patient. He took my baby emirates ID and said he will give it only after admission confirmation.

It has been more than one hour waiting at the operation theater entrance, the male staff seems so rude and treating us as if we are aliens…no satisfactory answer except putting us off….the boy is hungry and he cannot eat unless the surgery is done….I don’t know whether this kind of situation is so common at NMC Al Nahda…I was pleased to receive better service in DIP hospital….hope that a member of higher management shall contact to understand the situation…I wanted to take photos of 2 male staff but due to UAE privacy law I could not do so…

Went to NMC for corona test but they took around 3.5 hour's. I agree they informed 2 to 3 hour's but the problem is they didn't have clear display or anything for the token number. We don't known who's going and what's happening. In the meantime whoever comes as a friend of the manager or someone works there they will fast track the queue. When you shout then they make it fast. Way to improve, thye have a display for token number so whoever goes will see how many people waiting and they can make the decision. Also they should consider family line as a fast track as its hard from them wait that long. I know its cheaper than other hospitals but still it's not they way to treat the people.

May God bless him and his family ceaselessly beyond human expectations Amen Thank you dear Dr for everything you did for me.🙂

Very disappoint with their service.Yesterday we went to the emergency room at 7.30 a.m. because my daughter was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. They provided us the basic medication and asked us to complete the ultrasound scan by 11 a.m. I queried the radiology doctor about her condition at the time of the scan, and everything was good. He stated that everything is normal. Following that, the doctor arrived and requested that we get a CT scan. But, after the basic medication and one drip, my daughter was feeling fine; she had no vomiting and no pain. So, I asked them to be discharged at that time, but they stated they needed to undergo another CT scan based on the doctor's referral. They ask that I refrain from feeding meals for 6 hours before the scan for my kid. And later, she was absolutely fine; she only wanted to eat something. She is also really hungry. They wouldn't let her eat or drink anything since they needed to do the CT Scan. As I previously stated, her status is normal, and there is no need for a CT scan for a 6-year-old child. I told them that I wanted to meet with the doctor again if the scan was necessary. The doctor then convinced me that there was a possibility of appendicitis. But they had done an ultrasound before, and everything was fine. They saw I had insurance and wanted to squeeze us for everything for their gain. They are not concerned about it because it is a 6-year-old child, and they wanted me to go through these procedures. We had waited so long for this scanning, and my kid was starving at the time. They finished the scanning at 7.30 p.m., and they informed me the results will be available in 20 minutes. After that, we had to wait another 2 hours for the results and medical consultation. We arrived at the hospital in the morning 7.30 am and left around 10.30 p.m. It took us an entire day for nothing, and the end result was that they said nothing to worry. They merely want money only and unconcerned about radiation or anything for this whether it is a small baby or nothing. Whatever treatments they want to do to get money, they will undertake all the unnecessary and expensive procedures, and the doctor is also quite clever in convincing us.

Don’t even think about doing Covid Test there. You may have to wait for more than 2 hours just to take the sample. Poor staff performance and lack of coordination. Just says not enough staff. If there are not enough staff to facilitate your customer volume, just shut it. Why should we waste time there. Anyway first and last attempt. Really horrible compared to other centers, not recommended at all.

My wife and I had the Most horrible experience in this terribly inhumane hospital. We had used this hospital for all her ante natal period. Few days to her EDD, she started having persistent headache. We went for checkup and they had Covid and influenza test done on her. The emergency doctor who recommended the test said the Covid was necessary so as to know if she would be availed one of their isolation Rooms whenever she’s in active labor. We were home when we got the message of a positive Covid test. As a family, we were worried and confused. The following day, they made it worse. We got a call from their labor room that and I quote “Dr Babita said you should not bother to come here again for your delivery since you are Covid positive. Go to any government hospital. Call them now but don’t come here, we will not accept you in”. They said it was DHA directive. Our fears worsened. We started looking around and making calls for the whole day. We were blessed that Aster hospital Qusais accepted us even with the Covid positive test result. We begin to wonder why the same rule didn’t apply to a much bigger and established hospital as Aster. NMC let their patient down. Rendered us stranded. That was a wicked, callous and devilish thing to do. What if my wife got infected with Covid from their hospital during one of her consultations? They had facility that could accommodate her but perhaps race and colour played its part. That’s unfortunate. Dr Babita was her doctor and we understand she gave the wicked directive. If this hospital is the only left to safe my life, I’ll prefer to die with my pride. I’ll not stop telling everyone about this treatment of my family especially the community I come from. Well the delivery was one of the easiest I’ve seen, thank you Aster Hospital.

Very pathetic pharmacy service, approx. 60% agents seat vacant (6-7 agents seats vacant out of 9). 1 TOKEN NUMBER MOVING AFTER 50MINUTES, and most of the staff are simply roaming here and there and chatting each other. Counter 4 shows same number for more than 50minutes, whereas we saw 4 different people sitting and getting the medicines from the same counter with token number shows same. If the agents needs to serve patients upon their personal interest there is no need to maintain the token system at all. Ladies, kids and pregnant women are standing for so long whereas the agents are chitchatting and roaming here and there. First of all, hospital management should make sure minimum of 50% staff availability atleast in the peak hours, here there is 30-40% only availbale, and those available less staff are not serving properly as well. If I would have option for giving negative review, I would have given (-50) rating for pharmacy. Doctors are sooo good in all departments, but that only is not sufficient always in terms of service fulfilment. Thank you.

The courtesy and helpful nature of staff, especially Nurses, Brothers, support staff is Out- standing and over-whelming. Been in UAE for 16 yrs and has seen many hospitals and clinics, they are good , But witnessing the experience of surgery for elderly person in family at NMC Nahda was outstanding. A special mention of Nurse Prisila (working for Doctor Mehendi Hasan Ansari). She is a GEM of a person. Always smiling, always helpful , finds a way to help u out. Attentive and remembers in her busy schedule if she has promised to followup or call back. She deserves Kudos and special thanks and appreciation. Also Brother Sandeep, George and Dharam working in surgical ward were so helpful and available to attend and answer the silliest and smallest of our request and question. Last but not the least, The biggest and Heartfelt appreciation and Thanks and Wishes to Dr. Mehendi Hasan Ansari. What a wonderful, confident, Relaxed, intelligent, caring, friendly, Expert, Outstanding surgeon. No words can describe his ability to attend to Patient and give patient the comfort. For sure he is brilliant at his surgical work, but even outside the OT, the confidence, the relaxation, the calmness he demonstrates and provides to patient and their family is mind-blowing. By Far he is a fantastic person and a superb Surgeon. We wish Dr. Mehendi Hasan Ansari all the further success in his wonderful work.

I would recommend Dr Krishnadas Nair ( Orthopedic) for his attention to details, care, patient,professionalism. The surgery I went through on my finger was a total success thanks to his great work.I had his full support during my recovery as well. I was lucky I was treated by such a great Doctor. My wife jacqueline cruz admitted to the hospital last june 26 due to DVT and handled by Dr Shahzad Sarosh bulsara. When the doctor said what surgery could be done my wife was scared. in her 1st surgery from doctor skill my wife fear turn into courage. When it was said that in the 2nd surgery to be used is local anesthesia and knowing my wife fear, i am pretty sure she could not really handle. She could not even sleep well in fear, thought removing ivc filter it would be passed through her neck. Yet the doctor and nurses was so good that my wife fear disappeared and at the time of surgery she even cooperated well. Thanks to the amazing nurse in Pediatric ward. EUNICE, VIJITHA, MARIATHU, JASMEEN AND BLESSY. And to ward attendant PRIMA and MARIBEL who never fail to visit in the room to check us if we need anything thank you so much epecially maribel she always turn our worried to laugh shes one of the reason why we keep requesting Pediatric ward. To all nurse's in OT abanous, ukesh especially to Grace your hand is really amazing thank you for taking care of my wife on the day of her surgery. I had my Knee Meniscus tear issue for a few years now, and it's been put off each time for various reasons. Dr Krishnadas Nair successfully did my arthroscopic surgery. He gave me very positive energy when I went for the consultation. A doctor's caring approach is very important to any patient who arrives at the hospital. He is an example of what a doctor should be. On the second day after the surgery, when the doctor made me walk, I was scared at first, but after a while, I became confident that I would be able to walk. Generally I am nervous in this kind of situation and this approach of the doctor helped me a lot to walk. Ten days after the surgery, Now I am able to walk comfortably. Thank you so much doctor for all your help. And also the care of the hospital staffs at NMC Hospital is also really appreciated.

In my 15 years of stay in UAE, we always approached NMC Specialty Hospitals and here the staff and the Doctors are well qualified and present very good hospitality for the patients with lots of love and care. Good facilities, not crowded................

Although there was a crowd, staff were able to manage everyone. Sanitization points everywhere to keep everyone clean and safe. Staff worked quickly and efficiently to move the lines. No unnecessary delays. I went in for a COVID 19 test and I got my results promptly in about 5 hours even though they said it might take 24 hours to process. Accessible entrances for everyone

There are a lot of hospitals nearby our place where i live, but I preferred to go to NMC Al Nahda. The quality of service that the staff is giving is excellent. They wouldn't let you wait for long time to be assisted. Receptionist is superb, especially Ms. Janine. I could see that she was busy attending other patients for the registration but she handled the pressure very well. Keep it up NMC!

I was suffering from left thumb tumor for many years and I consulted many doctors for the same in India as well as UAE. But I could not find any satisfactory answer regarding my thumb management. Then I consulted my routine surgeon Dr. Mahesh Kumar at Prime Medical Center who advised me to see Dr. Sanjay Saraf at NMC Speciality Hospital, Al Nahada, Dubai. Since I live in other part of Dubai, i was hesitant to travel to Al Nahada. I spoke to Dr. Sanjay Saraf on phone and was very convinced with his very friendly behaviour like I know him for ages. Then i made up my mind to see him and consulted him. And i was thoroughly convinced with his knowledge, skill and expertise. He diagnosed my case within minutes and advised a surgery for the same. I consulted my sister in the US and she also approved of the plan after googling doctor's profile and management plan. I know my surgery was difficult but Dr. Sanjay executed it very well and now I m recovering well. He is not only a good surgeon but also a very good human being which is definitely a big asset to NMC as well as for the patients. I even noticed him helping so many poor patients which really filled my heart with gratitude and love towards him. God bless him, his family and all his patients. I SINCERELY RECOMMEND anyone suffering from hand injuries or pathology to consult him. You will never be disappointed.

One of the worst hospital ever. I did my vitamin D test and doctor told me in Al Ain that they will call me for results. After 3 days I started calling and they not even reply as doctor always busy I left my phone number but never recive call . After 10 days I manage to went there by myself and Doctor she rudely said you have vitmen D deficiency . Another case I went to NMC in Al.Nahda branch to do covid test . They took test and take 370 dhs and claim test will come with in 48 hours. And they said they are going to send samples straight away to DHA. I start calling them next day as they said I can check with them results can come early , staff continuesly refuse that they dont have results yet. I Called DHA for results i thought they might have and need to update in system but DHA staff refuse they do mot have recod of mine. I called again NMC Al Nahda branch then they start claiming that it was not send to DHA lab it was send to an other lab . Cutting your finger deeply was a traumatic experience. Going to an operating theater for a surgery when you least expect it, was scary. I am just so thankful that NMC Al Nahda has a Surgeon in the person of Dr. Sanjay Saraf. Never come to this place. Arrogant stuff very long waiting time even in emergency services. Poor stuff with no help. 1 start is too high for them. Zero zero zero. Till today still same issue same place. With covid now even don't dream of being accepted in emergency if you got a small fever regardless of what your sickness they will tell go first to test and come back. If you get a heart attack die in peace in your house better than on the sideways.

Thank you for your cooperation and treatment of finger plastic surgery for my niece. It was severely damaged because the finger got stuck with the door. I mean common guys what if there is an emergency for someone and needs information. What are you upto guys? I’ve been trying to call last two days there is no response but if you book appointment online they will call you i mean how bad is that. This is so inhuman of you guys. This hospital has got the best doctors in Dubai. I have been here thrice (once for myself, once for my wife delivery and once for the surgery of my 20 month old son) for inpatient service. All the 3 times, felt blessed to be in the hands of such wonderful doctors. Having Skilled Nurses is a big asset for any hospital and NMC has many such admirable nurses. Not to leave behind the admin staff, ward boys, ward girls, housekeeping staff, everyone has a smile while attending the patient and this boosts us and give immense strength to recover soon. No matter where I will reside in UAE in the coming days, will be going only to his hospital for treatment. Without any second thought, highly recommended place for the international standard treatment at an affordable price for those who doesn’t have medical insurance.

I had very bad experience from your emergeny department.Triage assessment staff ( in between 9.30pm to 10.20 pm).she is very rude.I went to this hospital with my two and half year old daughter.I asked about the delay ,she told me to go and check there ,we don't know where to go because first time visited there. My daughter had intermittent fever since morning and started bad cough from evening,again started fever at 7.30 pm(38.6c) I gave her panadol syrup.But i felt the cough little worse.That is the rason only we went there .

At first I was quite nervous because I get extremely anxious whenever I visit the hospital or the dentist, but It was a great experience from the start. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The costumer care Sham was super friendly. She noticed how anxious I was and tried her best to make me feel better which was quite helpful. I was impressed by most of the satff there almost everyone speaks two or three languages. Thanks for taking good care of me and all other patients and for all your efforts.

I would recommend this hospital if you want to have a patient friendly and yet cost effective treatments. I like the overall environment within the facility, beginning with the entrance, welcoming faces, and yes they have good doctors. I visited around 4 of them and i wouldn't say all were amazing but yes most of my experience was good. Nurses followed up on my case properly and the process right from reception to the doctor was smooth. The only downside is the call center for me... I had to spend around 15 mins to book appointments, to check my insurance eligibility and to inquire for doctors. Keep up the good work.

I have recently had an ACL BTB arthroscopy by Dr. Krishnadas. The day I met Dr. Krishnadas for consultation it took me 10 minutes of conversation with him to make up my mind that he is the perfect doctor to perform surgery on my knee. He is very professional, kind and has a good sense of humour. He provided me all the information about the patella grafting method. I was a bit skeptical about this grafting as compared to Hamstring graft but he cleared all my doubts and I finally decided to go with it. I have also had ACL surgery in past as well 10 years ago(hamstring graft) but his time the surgery site is very clean and has far less swelling as compared to the last time. The recovery is also much fast as compared to the last time. I can now walk without knee brace after 20 days(after I got my stitches removed 15 days) and earlier it took me more than 2 months to walk without the knee brace. I have been going to physiotherapy now and he is continuously guiding and motivating me to get to my full potential. I will recommend Dr. Krishnadas to anyone who wants to get her/his body re-engineered. I also want to thank nurse Remya as well who is working with Dr. Krishnadas. She is very kind and helpful when it comes to any concern.

I went to bathe and held the shower in hand and an iron wire poked my finger. I tried to pull it out with bare hands but half of it remained deep inside my finger muscles. I would give this hospital a 5 star. I just delivered my baby on 01/08/2020 under Dr.Sireesha Edamadaka supervision. Initially I was a bit sceptical because I had my first delivery in Welcare Hospital and was concerned about the level of service. But, I must say, I loved the service. During my surgery, the anesthetist was pretty calming. No hurry. Everything was done in a very smooth way. I stayed in the hospital for 2 days and the service, the food was on time, medicines and my injections...the nurses were available at anytime when I needed help, the cleaning service... everything was really good. The billing process was fast, we dint have to wait for hours. My overall experience was really good ?. I would definitely recommend to my friends and also to Dr. Sireesha as she is really a sweet doctor.

I went to NMC Al Nahda Hospital for some treatment. It took more than 1hour 30 minutes to have BP checked and I waited an additional 1 hour to get doctor attention. This is the worst hospital experience I have had ever. Best I had walked into a pharmacy and get over the counter medication

AMAZING ! EXCELLENT service by Dr. Lydia and Dr. Diba, Nurse Sweety and Lab. Staff Shaima / Soumya. Excellent going the extra mile, understanding needs, handling and follow through. On 16th evening around 18:00 hrs, I needed to do COVID RT-PCR Test urgently and get the results urgently by night, as I had flight at 3 am on 17th. Dr. Lydia who was on her rounds at the reception heard me talking to the receptionist. Dr. Lydia came forward to understand my needs, understood the urgency, went out of her way to talk to the concerned Doctor Diba who kindly agreed to help. I was assisted by Nurse Sweety who completed the swab tests and paperwork quickly and ensured to note the urgency on the paperwork and the system. At midnight, around 21:25 I called the lab and Anna told me the test results are awaited. At 00.30 hours of 17th I called the lab and Soumya/ Shaima said she will check on the results and with Dr. Diba. By 00:30, I received an email from Shaima with the report. This report was critical for the airlines as well as Indian Govt upon landing and ensured my travel to the final destination was approved. I would like to place on record and thanks the NMC team, Dr. Lydia for listening and going the extra mile, Dr. Diba was understanding and helping, Nurse Sweety ensuring to do her role accurately, and Lab Shaima/Soumya ensuring to follow up and send the report. She had seen doctor for endocrinology and internal medicine where she is satisfied with doctors Sandeep and pavan but later for an eye issue she visited doctor Gurav sud from where she extremely get upset with doctor unprofessional behaviour ,he was having chewing gums in his mouth while consultation , he was passing flirty jokes with my sister which is not at all tolerable in a Muslim country moreover I am worried my sister who working in DHA has faced such disrespect from doctor then what about other patients privacy.. is it secured ? My wife had an accident and her upper lip got a deep cut. We rushed to one of the close by hospital and and her upper lip was stitched. When we went to NMC sharjah, we were suggested to go NMC Speciality hospital Al Nahda. and meet Dr. Sanjay Saraf, specialist plastic surgeon. Want to share my experience with you all, on 27 April I damaged my index finger while working in kitchen & because of corona no hospital was admitting d emergency patient but Doctor Sanjay Saraf of NMC took my case & I went for 2 surgeries on 29th April & 20 May with full safety precautions & my finger is improving now all thanks to doctor.

I am a cabin crew and I had an incident that required an immediate surgery. Dr. Sanjay Saraf went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of in the best way. All staff in the hospital (NMC Al-Nahda) were helpful and caring. He is very patient, friendly and professional. Gave me a detailed report after my surgery. So far I am happy with the treatment. I would like to appreciate Mr. Terrence Fernandes, Radiology Technician who did my MRI. I was very anxious and apprehensive about undergoing the procedure but Mr. Terrence was very understanding and cooperative throughout the whole procedure. Worst experience ever with a Gaynecologist. I visited the hospital a week back I was referred here by my Gayne doctor for a surgery procedure that can be done in limited hospitals due to my insurance policy. I was referred to Dr. Babita Shetty the Head of Department. The nurses were good but the Dr had an attitude and was rude didnt even listen to my concern or check my reports properly and just gave the reason of DHA putting a hold on non emergencies surgeries and asked me to see another doctor and gave suggestions that I didnt needed at the moment. Never visiting this hospital again or refer them to any of my friends and family.

Visited Dr.Rajendra Neurology in NMC Sunny Al Shaba. Most inefficient doctor, he hardly talks, he made us do Vitamin B12, Thyroid, Vitamin D, Arthritis, Liver enzymes EOGT, and Liver enzymez EOBt al to know why is my hand paining, And at the ends he says he does not know the root cause of arm numbness, then refers me to GP, then the GP refers me back to Neurology saying that MRI should be done to check the arm nerve. All wastage of time and money behind uncapable doctors.

Doctor sanjay is amazing, did a really good job on my surgery when i got a small cut in my face, still healing but after removing the stitches the scar is not really visible. So happy about it, Kind and professional. He really is an expert. nurse nisha, is also nice and helpful she will try to make you feel comfortable and safe.

When I went to the PCR test at the NMC hospital al nahdha, Dubai 11/9/21 Saturday day, the security staff and the reception staff told me that the way they treat the patients who come there is very expensive. This method hurts a man. The hospital is there as a business. The UAE government say maximum charge of PCR test 50 to 85 AED, but NMC hospital staff say you receive PCR result within 24 hours you can pay 120 to 150 aed. It's not hospital service , it's business.

And the Valet parking is the worst saying sir we are booked already with customers so you have to park in RTA parking. Then what's the point of taking appointment??. With appointment hospital says come 10 minutes early. Even if you reach 30 minute. Still they won't care about you. Sadly, good hospital, best doctors but the worst staff ( nursing, admin in reception, valet)

Unprofessional team with very bad customer care, i had been calling since a week to get an appointment with Dr. Ajit (Neuro), every time I was told he's on leave and the schedule is yet to open, please call again by the end of the month, and now today I called again and the reply I got is "appointments are fully booked till 10th Sep". why don't you have simple list of callers and call them back, to make sure they are updated that the schedule is open and ask the patient when do you want your appointment, since the dr. is back and here is his schedule for the week. you guys are zero at customer service and Hospitality. customer care manager, call center manager shall be looking into what's going on there.

We went to get a PCR test done for a friend who was travelling to the US. We met Mr.Ambadi there and told him about our concern. From the time we reached the hospital, he was with us throughout until we left the hospital. He even followed up with us to check if we received the PCR test result on time. Dr. Harikrishna Nallapati is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my foot injury, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is very rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care. They ensured i had my smooth surgery and follow-ups. Dr. Harikrisnha is knowledgeable, informative and has empathy towards his patient. The staff were great as well especially Remya Ammini, she has provided and shown GENUINE concern. I've had nothing but great encounters with them. How i wish i can mention the anesthesiologist during my surgery, i was not able to take note of her name (surgery last july 21, 2021 @5pm). And lastly and most importantly...Dr Kishwer...thank you sooo much ... This is the staff i may hav forgotten some names...but on the whole the entire staff was amazingly supportive throughout the pregnancy and delivery... Next is unfortunately my child got jaundice and was in NICU FOR 3 days...the NICU doctor Rafique Memon was his treating doctor and was very patient with all our queries..made us feel comfortable as we had so many thoughts about our new born and how quickly could we take him home...also i would like to thank all the sisters at the NICU ...

This is for the Sharjah branch. Uncoordinated staff. We waited almost an hour just to get the vitals after the reception. Some numbers are being callled inside the doctors room only to be sent back since no one has taken their vitals yet. For such a big hospital, only one GP is available and 2 nurses!

My own advice never go to this hospital the will let u wait for at least 2 hours .. one person at the registration desk and she literally spent a minimum of 15 min with each patient they don't have an answer to any qsn and the nurse was taking pcr test with the same gloves touching everything and then doing the pcr no one is complying to the rules .. i didn't want to give Ny stars bcz its not worth... my advice u can go anywhere else cheaper pcr beyyer services and quicker results... never again this hospital

Apparently, looks like here doctors or nurses are not bothered to call back after insurance approvals and do not remember / prepare themselves even when patient takes appointments. One of the worst Pharmacy I have come across in the recent times.We have to wait so long to get even a single medicine. Recently we had to wait with my six years old son for 1 hour and 15 minutes with a single pharmacist handling around 18 customers. When I asked he said the rest of them have their day off's.It was not his mistake it's the head who is managing and not planning properly. I had to go complain the hospital head or the manager who was available at that time.But he was also helpless.Kindly understand even others have their work / job and personal work . Very badly managed.Earlier it was very good is what I have noticed,things were pretty fast except the insurance approvals. Hope higher management make some changes to serve the customers much better and efficiently .

Our experience with Dr. Manohar Mamani (Urologist), and her nurse Ms. Amitha was wonderful. You feel at home at their hands. We had minor surgery with our boy and he felt very comfortable. From the Appointment to Anesthesiologist scheduling down to the check out process was all accommodating. We will definitely recommend Dr. Mamani and NMC due to its spotless facilities, from Rooms to the Public areas. I just had my minor surgery at this Hospital and i can say awesome from the first day i meet Dr. Madiha Mir to the day of my surgery. Her whole team is really amazing this hospital is trully caring with their Patients they will really make you feel comfortable, at ease and relax. Again i would like to thanks Dr. Madiha Mir for taking and making the procedure so easy. And also to the Surgical Ward Team who took care of me that time. NMC HOSPITAL is trully lucky to have you serving them. But one thing i dont like is the person seating in Admission Counter seems Customer Care Service training should be given to him again.Not to mention is fullname Mr. V But amongs other all are well i feel well cared and treated.

Did my ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr. Ravi Nayak. Doc is the best!! Doctor explained the problem very well and what needs to be done in order to sort out the problem. I am 6 weeks into rehab and able to walk properly now. Looking forward to healing fully and getting back to action. Please visit Dr Ravi once and you'll not think further
