I called them to acquire about a fish tank I recently bought from somewhere else and yet was clueless on what I’m supposed to do with the cloudiness of the sand. However, the phone guy was VERY HELPFUL he instructed me on everything. I don’t recall his name but I really appreciated your help and now my fishes are living happily :)

I’ve never never met someone as nice as this guy here! My fish were dying because another shop where I bought them didn’t tell me NOTHING correct about fishes and how to treat them in correct way! Mohamed is the most good person for it! He knows really EVERYTHING and he treats fishes like sons! Even if you are far from the shop go to him! I did 45 minutes in car but it is worth 100% and he is also a very nice person. I could stay there and talk about fishes and aquarium for hours! He is very prepared. I recommend this place hundred times! Big thank you ♥️

They don't have knowledge about fishes..ive asked them if i can mix the oscars to arwana and they answered yes..so ived purchased to them Oscar's,sad thing is Oscar's almost killed my arwana..😔

Good place for buy fishes

This is one of the best places I have come across the staff is really polite and helpful if you have a question they will answer and they will give you all the needed things you require in regards to your fish tank. The best part is that they will guide you if you don't have any knowledge about how to take care of a fish tank. Another important thing is if any 1 of you are looking for a quite motor for the air pump only these gave have it here. Its a German brand that I got it from them and trust me it works as described by the staff. The motor is so quite you can't even hear the noise of it. They have a good variety of fishes for sale and good fish tanks as well. Got the IQ3 fish tank from them and they as well set it up and gave me. Thank you world fish karama for making my shopping experience a happy one. I will definitely back to shop soon with you guys.

Good collection with reasonable price.

Couldnt stay inside the store for more than 2 mins. It has a real foul smell maybe due to bad maintenance. Lady at counter was friendly but we couldn't stay much for dealing with her. Less options noticed for small fish

Poorly treated fish overcrowded aquariums and staff is not even knowledgeable kept a few male Bettas in one aquarium and just kept putting tons of food over feeding and dirty water in the tanks when I said don't those fight when put together they said not a problem we get new ones often. It's just sad that people don't care about their aquarium pets in this place it's surprising that they are able to keep customers coming back.
