I want 5 star for the market but for the sale staff inside retail unit they are crazy they don’t want to serve you if u dont buy anything from them. For the sales staff actually no stars they must practice sales. parking slot not an issue but a bit traffic on Fridays. And a very clean market . Good luck

Worst experience I had with this Birds shop. Never purchase anything from this shop and never buy any high valuable bird or animals from this market... Total cheaters and cheating people are thr. From the shop I attached here I bought 2 parrots. While inside the shop only we saw a parrot dying. The shop guy said it is bcos it is returned by someone who kept the birds inside the car and left without ac for sometime which affected the bird and it died. He confirmed the bird I bought is very good in condition. Believing that I bought 2 and one died today within five days. I told the matter to the shop guy but he was so rude, he was not accepting any of the things happened on the day of purchase. There is a bulk guy who is really an uneducated third class fellow. Pure cheaters and never accept their mistake. Don't buy from this shop or from this market. You get unnecessary stress and lose peace of mind. They never even have a concern or care about birds or animals. Especially from this shop.

Pet market is very good compared to the other Markets in UAE prices are low and sometimes stock is very good. The reason i am giving the Poor rating is because of the Shop keepers unfair deals and cheat people. I had taken a cat from shop 50 and the cat was returned because it had some issue so he promised to give back the cash i was ok of he deducts 50 for service etc but after 2-3 weeks of waiting that shop guy was not willing to give money and said the cat died and he had full intension of cheating and was so rude. I suggest not to buy anything from this seller as he is cheating. I think his name is Asadullah choose other options over this shop.
