Edge Creekside Hotel is one of the best hotels in the area. I have my own tour desk located in the hotel lobby, where I entertain the tourists and visitors from the different countries around the world. An average of 12 people check in daily, but it depends on the seasons. Mostly, people visit the UAE in winter when the weather is moderate - starting from mid October till April. On staff: The hotel staff, particularly in the hotel lobby, including security guards, receptionists and bellboys are very polite and pleasant. The hotel is very neat and clean with world class facilities. Tourists: So far, I have interacted with the guests from the following nationalities: Croatia, Iran, Iraq, Ghana, Mozambique, Morocco, and other European countries.

Why go for less while you can go for all? First; the staff are all very friendly Second; you get yourself great breakfast from Feta Restaurant, then there's this Asian Restaurant at the entrance Halo Halo😍- the food here will only be calling you like "halo halo😋". Third: the rooms are awesomely spacious 😊 the views are just breathtaking and the cleanliness is on top! This is really a good place. It really feels home away from home❤️

It was my first time at the beautiful hotel edge!! It’s first of all very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and most importantly impeccable professional hotel workers. I have dealt with the front desk reception workers? Amazing people, very professional and kind!! Me. Nuzeullah khokhon, an amazing person, he went the extra mile for my husband and I. My husband somehow checked us into a separate bed room, and once I mention it to mr. Khokhon, he readily upgraded my room to a more luxurious room with one huge bed without any extra charge. Otherwise I had to Pay 100 dirhams extra by shifting to this room. He’s truly an example of an excellent customer service!!!!! I just wanted to thank and appreciate the management of this hotel for having such wonderful employees like me. Nuruallah khokhon!!! I look forward to coming back to this hotel with my kids and husband!!! Thank you for making my experience a more positive and a memory to remember and cherish!!!

We booked a suite: 2 rooms, living room, 3 bathrooms and kitchen. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and fully equipped Room service was excellent. Information and staff was very friendly. Spacious car parking. Prices are reasonable. The hotel was very quiet and in very excellent location. The only point which was not very attractive is the breakfast; it was not varied and little kinds available, not suitable for every person, although the restaurant staff is friendly and cooperative.

I have been a long term stay. It is a beautiful hotel with great hospitality and facilities. Amazing food at both restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Abubacker especially did an amazing job keeping our room clean and tidy. He definitely works in excellence.

We had a dinner but food at all not as per menu quantities of food not enough for a child to eat We ordered mix BBQ it comes with 4 skewers ( 2 chicken, 1 kabab, 1 beef tikka) The taste of kabab and beef tikka very bad and not cooked properly We ordered shrimp, also it comes with 4 small pieces, really not worth it to eat in this Hotel at all We ordered also shisha the flavour gone after 10 minutes While I am on my way to pay the bill I saw a cockroach playing on the floor next to the cashier desk and the guy didn't notice it! Not really happy at all to see this kind of restaurant in Dubai

My stay was super amazing and fantastic the room is so great with best cleanness . But above of all there 2 staff bellman jigger. And receptionist marce . When I arrived at the hotel a I was very tired then mister jigger saw me from distance and smile to me and approached me with happiness and professional care he assisted me with luggage he asked how was my day. And I was touched with his hospitality he deserve more respect. Miss mercy also she is super amazing with her best smile and amazing behaviour she is best receptionist I have ever seen so talented. For sure I will come back again and again and I will recommend this hotel

Edge Creekside Hotel is an amazing hotel with friendly staffs (especially Mr. Danish), clean and overall peaceful. The location is also not too far away from the major attractions of Dubai. Also there’s a convenience store located just opposite to the hotel along with some super markets making your stay more hassle free. The rooms are clean and comfortable, bed comfort can not be beat and the staff is amazing. Specially Nazrul! EDGE hotel allowed us to check in 24 hours. So this is a big plus. The sevice is exceptional. Take advantage of the downtown location. Check out lobby and good work environment there. Coffee shop service top notch as always. We were at Edge Creekside Hotel last week and it was an amazing experience. The whole trip to Dubai was fascinating, but that's another story. The rooms are great, breakfast was also very good, the location has a good spot - metro and a lot of shops/restaurants are nearby. The service in food, room cleaning, general help were all impressive (Ashan was very friendly and helpful, as well as all other stuff). I also had a birthday during the holiday and the staff prepared a surprise cake for me, which was an unexpected and kind gesture. I can fully recommend this hotel if you're staying in Dubai!

Modern, pretty and very nice hotel. In addition to being very clean, safe and offering a multitude of services, the hotel has very professional and attentive staff who always help you with a smile and always do their best to satisfy you, whether it is the receptionists, the breakfast staff or the cleaning staff, there is not a single negative thing to say. Special mention for the breakfast and dinner service which are excellent and which are clearly the best service offered by the hotel. The food is very good and very varied in a clean and well-maintained place with employees who always do their best to offer you the best and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all of them for their hard work! The only downside is the location, but there is still nice things to see around with a metro station that is about 10-15 minutes by walk from the hotel or you can book taxis.

I had a pleasant stay for two weeks. The room is always kept clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet at Feta Restaurant serves great food and freshly baked pastries. It was purely an amazing experience to be able to spend my short vacation in this beautiful property and I really enjoyed my stay at EDGE CREEKSIDE. The staff are what make this hotel as good as it is. Food @FETA Restaurant is outstanding and FETA's outdoor SHISHA is what you love to have every evening. We rented an office room for an hour for an important business meeting. Connection was really fast, the office amazing and staff really helpful.

Loved the hotel, quality service by the staffs and very clean. Newly renovated. Must thing is to have a coffee from the lobby coffee shop. Emmanuel the barista makes the perfect coffee, made my day with the flat whites.

Very clean hotel. Some of the staff understands Russian at least a little, which was a plus. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with Wi-Fi. There is a beauty salon and two restaurants. There are hookahs in the Feta restaurant. Cozy small pool. I spent 22 days here and I don't regret it. A wonderful place)))

We had a fantastic stay here. Not only is it a modern, beautiful, and clean hotel, but the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff made us feel very welcome. From the reception staff May, Jigger, and Ashan to the room service with Ritu, everyone made us feel right at home. The Duty Manager Mohammed also was very helpful and tried to accomodate every request. The breakfast was delicious and versatile, also some good options for vegans and vegetarians. The hotel has modern rooms, a nice fitness and spa area, as well as a beautiful pool. Location is great, 7 minute to the metro station, 15 minute drive to the La Mer beach (best beach we've seen here), 12 minutes to the airport, and close to Deira City Center Mall, restaurants, and shops. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay - thanks to the team from the hotel!

The staff were all fantastic with us،They always smiling and take caring. Delicious breakfasts and the choice of meals is overwhelming. Really nice hotel with clean n tidy rooms with positive vibe. I have stayed Edge hotel first time, (20-May to 23-May-2022) used to stay nearby premises before. Compared with most of the hotels nearby with same standard and price, I can 100% recommend this one. Almost everything good about this hotel.. Rooms, location, behavior of staffs, pool so on. Above all, Jacuzzi, sauna n steam bath arrangements.. it's free of cost here.. that's not always same in other hotels. Kudos for that for Edges management. Also receptionist Ms. May.. she is excellent in treating the guests n make them comfortable. As I checked out from nearby hotel and directly approached Edge reception for room, as it takes some time and I had to wait at lobby.. Ms. May make sure everything s alright n keep on making positive vibes so that no one will get upset.. that's something very rare from reception staffs as they busy almost all time with guests requirements. 5 star for Ms.May n hotel management for those efforts. Some cones I have noticed regarding the breakfast. As it lacks much of variety with limited dishes n repeating same everyday. Also late checkout option.. even for 2-3 hour late checkout also need to pay good amount even after staying there for 3-4 days .. I hope management will look into this as these small concessions will give confidence to customers to choose your hotel next time too..

I was at Edge Creekside Hotel on last Sunday to attend my friend’s wedding party. It was an amazing experience from entering into the hotel. Food was delicious. The rooms are beautiful, hotel located near to the metro 🚇 accessible to everyone to buy needs. I can fully recommend this hotel if you're in Dubai.

Highly Recommended Prime location, rooms are fantastic. It's not a new building but it's very well maintained and obviously renovated from time to time to keep up for the modern interiors. We had an event in this area and this place is affordable in comparison to other hotel venues. Most of their food items are asians but you can request other dishes on your preference. We chose the south east/ east asian set for obvious reasons. Staff are nothing but a complete treat, servers were polite, house keeping are professional. They tend to the needs and you won't need to say it twice. Tips: It's a tall building so better to request a higher floor and book before hand.

my friend wedding celebration last week. and they have reserved the dining area in the first floor with buffet services. and we were so embarrassed that 40% if the visitors did not eat as there was no food any more. first of all the services requested was buffet. the food should just keep filling. 10% of the guests was able to have soup atleast. so disappointing
