BOOKING
THIS
HOTEL
AT
ALL.
THEY
WILL
GIVE
YOU
HARD
TIME
DURING
YOUR
STAY.
I
have
rarely
written
negative
review
so
far
in
my
travel
history,
but
this
people
certainly
deserve
negative
review
and
to
be
escalated
to
their
management.
We
had
booked
multiple
rooms
for
10
days
looking
other
reviews
and
brand
of
Wyndham
but
we
made
really
a
bad
choice
and
never
going
to
book
any
hotel
under
this
brand.
Better
to
book
Hyatt
or
Marriott
instead
of
this
hotel.
Overall
Hotel
infrastructure
&
room
size
is
good,
few
staff
is
good
too
but
few
staff
specifically
2
ladies
at
front
desk
and
few
people
part
of
their
kitchen
gave
us
super
bad
experience
towards
all
services
of
Hotel.
Their
breakfast
was
pathetic
for
all
days
and
we
complained
multiple
time
to
their
manager
(michael)
and
his
response
was
we
don’t
care
and
feel
free
to
put
bad
reviews,
so
it
seems
super
unprofessional
experience,
same
experience
we
felt
with
front
desk
ladies
too.
Front
desk
guys
were
good
but
ladies
seems
racist
and
careless
about
customers,
we
have
seem
any
other
people
have
similar
complains
too
during
the
day,
meaning
many
review
part
of
this
google
reviews
are
fake
from
their
internal
users.
Room
size
was
good
but
biggest
concern
was
hygiene
inside
room,
where
in
our
room
all
trash
bins
were
dirty
and
never
cleaned
during
10
days
of
time,
bathroom
tiles
were
broken,
air
condition
has
no
option
to
turn
off
automatically
which
we
complained
multiple
time
but
no
resolution
given
and
my
family
got
sick
with
cold
due
to
their
air
condition
issues.
We
observed
bad
sheets
were
not
changed
multiple
time
during
room
services,
we
had
to
ask
them
forcefully
to
chance
bad
sheets.
During
10
days
of
stay
not
a
single
day
room
service
picked
up
the
call,
always
we
had
to
call
front
desk
and
then
they
call
to
room
service
so
it
take
15
to
30
mints
to
resolve
you
need
of
towel
/
bath
kits
etc.
So
if
you
running
with
tight
schedule,
this
hotel
will
give
you
hard
time
as
staff
is
not
properly
well
trained.
Few
people
are
really
good
too,
and
specially
their
inside
Saffron
Indian
Bistro
food
and
staff
was
great,
rest
all
other
experience
was
super
bad.
We
have
paid
for
all
day
breakfast
for
entire
group
but
none
of
the
people
were
able
to
eat
anything
and
had
to
go
outside
for
paid
breakfast
even
though
they
had
charged
pretty
good
amount
for
breakfast.
One
more
problem
you
will
face
is
too
loud
sound
of
all
4
clubs
when
you
are
sleeping
at
floor
1,
so
if
you
are
traveling
with
kids,
they
will
not
able
to
sleep.
Front
desk
lady
was
so
stupid
even
we
told
clearly
that
we
have
30month
old
kid
with
us
still
she
have
us
a
room
next
to
elevator
and
on
first
floor
where
we
never
able
to
sleep
as
you
get
all
night
club
music
sound
and
elevator
sound.
First
night
from
2am
to
3am
some
one
on
the
floor
was
fighting
with
so
much
loud
voice
that
can
be
scary
experience
when
you
come
for
holiday
trip
with
your
family.
In
such
level
of
compromise
of
services
when
you
ask
to
deliver
complementary
water
bottle
they
ask
9
dirham
of
charge
for
each
bottle
and
funny
part
was
we
ask
to
give
us
a
spoon
to
feed
baby,
they
said
its
10
dirham
to
give
spoon
for
one
day
use.
Just
imagine
now,
providing
1
start
is
much
better
to
this
people.
Advice
to
management
:
you
guys
have
a
great
infrastructure
and
room
size
is
good
too,
you
need
to
train
people
better,
making
proper
process
audits
along
with
replacing
few
of
staff
on
urgent
basis
to
give
better
customer
experience.
It
will
take
less
than
a
year
of
time
to
get
multiple
negative
review
which
will
ruin
reputation
of
brand
much
faster
then
you
guys
imagine.
I
am
writing
this
on
behalf
of
multiple
people
stayed
with
us
and
few
new
Friend
we
found
staying
during
10
days,
so
if
you
guys
are
serious
about
brand
and
customer
value
proposition
then
take
this
advice
as
serious
note.
No
one
have
time
in
this
world
to
write
/
give
advice
to
anyone
as
time
is
fast
and
there
are
multiple
choices,
there
is
no
reason
to
choose
which
is
not
excellent
and
you
guys
are
doing
pathetic
job
for
client
satisfaction
point
of
view.
