Check in and out process was a hassle. Unusual for Dubai hotels to take a deposit charge upon check in. During check out they held me for a while while someone went up to check the status of the room before paying back the deposit. Showed up at breakfast which was included in my rate and I only wanted coffee so I showed up around the time breakfast was finishing so they charged me for it. Next day I came earlier to take a cup of coffee and go back to my room only to be told I can only drink their coffee in the dining room. Internet is painfully slow if you’re trying to work from home (barely 6mbps) and I was told that I must pay for premium connection, again very unusual for Dubai. In addition to this multiple misunderstandings down the line with laundry and other stuff. The access to the hotel isn’t easy either as it lies in a very busy traffic area. I would definitely not stay there again. There’s a million hotels in Dubai and I’m sure you’re better off spending your money elsewhere. Apologies were provided by the manager Lana and I appreciate her politeness and the apology, so the stars are for her kind approach.

Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel is an exceptionally lovely hotel with all that u can ask for. Luxurious rooms with all your requirements fulfilled, a perfectly sized pool, jacuzzi, steam baths, gym, spa and a great restaurant. It's a pity that most of the amenities close at 8pm though. It would have been even better if they stayed open till at least 10pm. Enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely consider coming back again. The staff were really cooperative and took care of any requests I made immediately. Definitely deserves a 5 star.

My connecting flight got cancelled and after 6 hours stuck in Dubai airport which was chaos, trying to sort another flight I arrived at the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, the room was very nice, the food was really good and for me the best part was the service.. Everyone was so nice and made my stay very pleasant. Big shout out to the girls at the front desk who really looked after me!

Don’t waste your time looking for alternatives, it is the newest hotel in the area, very luxuries, extremely cheerful reception. Great pool with a waterfall. The hotel is close to mostly all attractions in Dubai and very near. Book this hotel without hesitating. The hotel opened in 2021 and it is very clean.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is clean and price is cheap. However, the problem there is the food. I ordered from room service pasta and dessert dish but they didn't taste very good. The next day I ordered food but it came uncovered so I didn't eat it. It's not okay to receive room service food uncovered as they walk around the hotel and elevator with tray and food it exposed. Then I tried the arabic restaurant, they make food in open kitchen. The chefs don't wear masks and prepare food with gloves that they use to touch everything including their mobiles.

It's a good hotel, charming greenery style in a location close to the airport (if you have sensitive ears to planes engines sounds, this is not a place for you), mall and metro. However, you can feel it's new, and people are still confused with what they suppose to do, starting from a very slow check-in. The cafe order took too long, very rubbish wifi connection ( no connection on the pool), construction area just in front of my terrace (I think that is jacuzzi)...The pool is nice with that waterfalls wall, but no Sun as high buildings surround it...All in all, I hope by time things will be in order and will visit again

“I recently stayed at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would like to give a special shoutout to Soniya, who works at the hotel. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.”

I am really excited to be at this hotel. I booked for only three days initially but because of the beauty of the hotel and the services offered, I had to extend my stay here. I do look forward of always coming to Al Khoory Garden Hotel whenever I am visiting Dubai.

Abdul and his team leader Nimalsha took care of my room very nicely. Their supervisor Ms. Drishna also was also helpful. I was treated like royalty. Tigger OK thank you.

The staff is very cooperative and nice. Hotel property is located close to the City center Diera metro station. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Room service takes some time and they only provide 2 half litre water bottles at a time, so if there are 2 PPL in the room, it becomes an issue to call every time. Rest all is good

The hotel is amazing, the amenities and cleanliness is excellent. All hotel staff members we encountered were friendly, kind and helpful. We were all well taken care of as guests and all our needs were met.

I had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, and the staff, particularly the waiter Mr. Shine, was incredibly friendly always willing to help and he loves children. The hotel exudes a pleasant ambiance. However, there were some drawbacks. Disappointingly, the rooms weren't cleaned daily. This oversight was a letdown. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was delicious, though it tended to be repetitive. Despite the minor inconveniences, our overall stay was enjoyable.

A clean and neat hotel. The food was delectable and the service top notch. The rooms are well appointed and were cleaned daily. The location is a plus as it is really close to the airport. All in all, I would definitely visit again when in Dubai.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The ambience and food was great. We had a very pleasant stay. All staffs were friendly and very quick to assist with everything. A special shout-out and thanks to Mr.Shine from Spice restaurant for being very kind and considerate. He catered us so well and was ready to help us with all our queries. Overall we had a wonderful and smooth experience with Al Khoory.

Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel is such a peaceful place to stay. Thanks to all the cooperative staff and specially Mr. Fahim, he makes everything so smooth during our stay in Al Khoory. I just love the vibe of this hotel, the garden area, pool area, gym, hotel lobby all are great, even you don't need to go anywhere if you are craving for Basin Robbin and Starbucks. Everything is excellent, the location near the mall and metro, the view from room, clean and tidy rooms, the atmosphere. This hotel deserves 5 stars without any doubt. Large number of visitors are always there but instead of this all the staff are very attentive. I would definitely recommend it.I love this hotel and I prefer to stay again whenever i come to Dubai.

The place is new and with that comes may benefits like new beds, furniture and appliances. The main attraction there must be the design it has so much modern wooden decor. Like the main desk which is half a tree trunk and the eating area which has many tree logs design and the mirror is the common washroom which is centred between two wooden pieces. The rooms have that wooden feel as well on the walls and decor. Having said all that I wish that wood is coming from already dead trees. Apart from the design they have an open eating area at the centre of the hotel which is amazing. On the other hand I didn't like the room having so many colours green, black, white, brown, silver and grey which was too much for me. But my wife liked it. The place was just handed over and I can tell that there are many finishing snags which were not done, things like paint touch ups, covering holes, and most importantly is saw many people tripping on the electrical floor boxes in the reception which is not terminated with the floor. Staff were new so they might be a little bit slower than you would expect however, I guess I must give them some credit as the hotel is always very busy with so much guests are checking in, I'm sure their marketing team deserves credit also there. Over all it was a nice stay. Surprisingly I loved Al khoory Inn Hotel the two star one more than this one.

The hotel is a beautiful one with good location. Breakfast was good, front desk staff were very nice and helpful all the time. Getting TV channels was a problem but one of your staff Germanus was very helpful. I Suggest you add toothpaste to the toiletries. but in all, i enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel and all the staff was very polite and understanding. I had forgot my shades in the lobby they called me and brought the same to my room. The breakfast buffet was good and the ambiance of the "spice" restaurant is very unique with all the greenery. Mr "Padmaraj" at the "spice" hotel was exceptionally helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay that is close to the airport and not too far from downtown Dubai. The staff was amazing! Everyone was on point and provided great service. The breakfast was good, rooms was clean. It was perfect for us for 2 weeks.

The Hotel Staff are more than great…They are actually responsible, polite and caring. The Room was great and clean. Room Service was perfect. Breakfast all good. I stay there for a week and i was totally satisfied with everything. There is only one issue and that is the relatively long distnace from hotel to the downtown, however taxis were also found; so , all good 😊

Nice, neat, and modern hotel close to the airport. Buffet breakfast every morning. Gym, swimming pool, and Spa all available. WiFi is pretty okay too. Although I really appreciate the staffs who encouraged me with the Arabian meals... I'll suggest an African restaurant!

First, the hotel is beautiful, and decently priced. Places are easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel has the most polite, responsive, respectful, helpful and nice staff. Impressed is an understatement. The food was amazing!!! From the seasoning of the food, presentation and everything was done to perfection. Al khoory aims to please their guests and they did an exceptional job at that. I really enjoyed my stay and I can’t wait to be back. Y’all are the best!!!

Service was prompt.. all amenities provided…. Rooms were bright and clean..breakfast was wonderful.. Only problem was TV.. only Arabian channels available.. and bathroom floor was slippery when wet. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful interior and would recommend to any of my friends.. location was perfect.. walking distance for shopping lovers.. and near enough for a metro ride too.. Please continue your services

This hotel deserves 5 stars without any doubt. Despite the large number of visitors there, each member of the attentive staff treated us as though they knew us personally, and gave us the feeling that we were very welcome. Special thanks for all the reception staff and Al Baha restaurant team. I would definitely recommend it.

I hope the staffs will be given enough training on how to be more accommodating and approachable since they are working in hospitality industry. The place is very nice and cozy especially the green ambiance of the entire place and the location as well. What I didn’t like about it were the staffs. Me, my husband and my sister personally had a bad experience from a couple of staffs. First during breakfast, we asked one staff from the lobby if we can go directly to the outdoor dining are, but she answered us in very impolite and impatient way. Secondly, when I asked the chef for scrambled egg with onion and cheese, he told me that there’s already scrambled egg on the buffet table. And yet he was performing his very best in front of other guests who’s from western countries. I would never ask for something that is already in front of my face, the scrambled egg that he was talking about was the plain one. I don’t want to think that those staffs were being racist but that’s what we felt during our stay since we considered ourselves the only Filipino guests who stayed in the hotel that time. Sure there’s always room for improvement.

Would give 1 star if I could. Cancelled my booking without telling me, emailing me or contacting me through booking.com. Arrived at their hotel at 4am with my bags and was told there was nothing and that they were now fully booked by a rude and cold worker, who kicked me to the curb with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Luckily found the ibis styles airport hotel was nearby and stayed there instead, which was much, much better, and with friendlier staff.

Nice hotel and worth to stay in it. Not far from the airport and near the center. The staff is friendly and helpfull and the room was big and the furniture is good. Housekeeping need to be improved as you can find some areas not cleaned. The Restaurant was good and the prices were normal. I didn't try the breakfast as it was somehow expensive and it was not included in my booking
