Rooms are very comfortable; most feature two single queen beds in a room, allowing you to sleep alongside your children. You can request room service for food, which will cost you between 30 and 50 AUD depending on what you want. If you travel via Emirates and your stay is more than 8 hours, I recommend trying their free buffet; they will provide you with one free meal, either lunch, brunch, or dinner, depending on your arrival time. We enjoyed our dinner and tried everything on their buffet. Many thanks to Emirates.

In case you're given a hotel voucher of this hotel by Emirates: Transport: - The transport bus will be at Exit 3. Look for the direction sign "hotel transport". Visa: - If your transit visa is pending before you boarded the flight to Dubai, you need to go to the immigrations office. (Ground floor, right side of passport check exit) - If you want to apply for the transit visa, go to Dubai connect on Ground floor, right side of the passport check exit. Hotel: - Good for a day or two. Hotel staff is happy to help with your needs. - The electricity plugs are of course standard UAE ones, a universal-to-universal adapter might come handy. - Also inform your next flight time at the counter and they can give you a wake up call before a few hours of your flight. Food: - There's buffet-styled breakfast, lunch or dinner. You get limited options, but it's great quality.

I said here as emirates flight issues. It looks like emirates owns or operates this hotel for flight delayed passengers. Don’t expect much, the rooms are very old and basic and there is no kettle tea and coffee facilities which I was disappointed about. The dinner is a very bad buffet dinner, wasn’t that great. But the good news is I had a bed for a few hours to sleep in between my flights which was good. The staff are very friendly and there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 15min.

Nice hotel, service could be better, I had a situation with a manager regarding a cup of coffee?! 4pm was the time they stop serving lunch, I got there 415pm,all I wanted was a cup of coffee, he rudely responded by saying I was too late and if I wanted coffee to go out and buy some!? I lost it, I couldn't believe how rude and obnoxious he was,so I went to front desk to complain, after 15 minutes, finally a lady came out and I told her what happened and she said she will investigate and handle it! I don't care about all of this information, he shouldn't be in a position of authority because he will bring a bad reputation to this hotel!

Don't get your hopes up if you get this hotel by Emirates for a long layover. Considering it's fully covered by Emirates and includes transport and one meal it's a good deal but not worthy of Emirates brand. It's not even a 2 star motel 6 type hotel (even though it says 4 stars on Google). The room is very basic and doesn't smell good. Extra water (apart from 2 small bottles) is not available and needs to be bought. The meal is ok nothing great. Overall considering it's free it works but definitely will not bring smile to your face. Keep your hopes low and you won't be disappointed.

Considering it was included in our flight to Bali it was great deal. The hotel room was basic but very comfortable. The staff were incredibly efficient and attentive. It was also really close to the Dubai metro rail so we were able to tour all over. The free meal we received was also very good with a great buffet selection.

I had a long layover in Dubai so booked this hotel to spend few hours only. The guy at reception was very friendly and let us all stay in one room when I explained that we need for few hours only. The rooms were surprisingly big and very clean. The hotel is quite close to airport so its a good place for layover. Room service was also good but we didn’t have much time to use it fully. The only complaint is the noise, the walls are thin or something because we were woken multiple times due to noise. Given the price, its a very good hotel to stay.

Great choice of night stay near Dubai Airport. Convenient rooms and decent view. Rooms are spacious with mini-fridge to keep few items. Spacious, clean bathroom. Excellent on-demand service. Check in process could be optimized for speed. Breakfast buffet was great. Shuttle to airport was Convenient. Definitely recommended

I stayed here because i had a long layover (connecting flight). The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room key barely works so you will have to go downstairs so many times for them to reactivate it. The food is horrible, it looks like prison food and pretty sure tastes worse than prison food. The service is terrible, everyone who works here is so rude and talks down to you. The rooms smell like mold and the beds are tiny. Good luck if you’re taller than 5’7. This was one of the worse experiences of my life. Especially to go through this during a layover when you’re trying to rest. Absolutely disgusting. Never stay here! It is also known as Millennium so don’t be fooled.

Even tough it is a bit dated it was very comfortable, clean and neat. Evening buffet was lovely with a wide selection of meals and refreshments to choose from. Lady at the buffet desk wasn't very pleasant but my issue was resolved quickly and politely by a senior member. Very pleasant stay.

Capthorne Airport Hotel in Dubai impresses with its convenient location, just a stone's throw from the airport. The rooms are well-appointed, providing a comfortable and restful stay. The hotel's dining options offer a diverse culinary experience, and the staff's hospitality adds a welcoming touch. However, some guests note occasional noise from airport activities. Despite this, Capthorne Airport Hotel stands out as a convenient and comfortable choice for travelers with early flights or layovers.

Looks a new hotel But the air freshener smell is way too strong Very closer to airport Rooms are nice and spacious Cleaner. Not a bad option City centre is at least 10 kms from here They have a buffer restaurant Food is below average. The taste like water. No much to pick. Specifically the mains. Desserts and salad bar got a verity. Got a salon, conference store and some souvenir shops

I stayed here for free due to the emirates Dubai connect service, I arrived at 2am and left 4 hours later at 6am. I managed to get some sleep, the room was clean and the service was friendly. If I was staying in Dubai longer then I’d have no problem paying to stay here. The only negative thing is say is the room was so far away and it took a long time to walk to it. Breakfast was offered for free but I didn’t have any as I needed sleep.

This seems to be for the exclusive use of Emirates Air for their long layover Dubai Connect program. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, efficient and kind. Our room had a broken shower head and the water pressure wasn't strong not the water hot but I'll forgive that. The best part about the hotel is the fantastic dining room. Every meal has offerings for various different cultures. Asian, Indian, American etc, everything is fresh and delicious and the warming plates well maintained and refilled. The coffee machines are excellent with grinders for each cup, can't go wrong! Thank you to the two dining room manager's for their excellent work!

We love the hotel shuttle very efficient, food and restaurant service is superb. Staff very polite except the lady at the reception around 10pm when we asked for extra toiletries and she was angry and said they dont give toiletries as she doesn't know what it means. Good thing the guy saved her face. Rooms very spacious but doesn't have plugs for charging mobile phones.

Very good hotel and located in a very convenient area. It is just 5 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport. Help desk is really very helpful and efficient. Rooms are big in size and very clean. Restrooms are also extremely satisfactory. I took the breakfast and there were plenty of options with foods and people all around the world will get their own option and enjoy. I stayed in this hotel while returning from New Jersey for Kolkata and I had almost 12 hours layover in Dubai. Worth spending your time here and you will get ample rest in the middle of a long journey.

This hotel is located next to Dubai International Airport, mainly accommodates Emirates Airlines passengers on long overnight transits. Comfortable and clean hotel with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is basic but sufficient with eggs, sausages, vegetarian vegetable curries, breads, fruit, and salad bar. Coffee and juices also available. Rooms are basic but clean. There are some souvenir shops on ground floor. Emirates staff on site to assist with bookings and transit. Staff always friendly and professional.

Convenient location with decent size rooms. The buffet is also good value with a nice variety of ethnic and western dishes. Great COVID safety protocols in place as well. There is convenience store in house but there is also a proper supermarket and bakery a 5 min walk down the road. The Irish pub precinct is also about a 10 minute walk away.

I stayed for airport transit in Dubai for a day.. Room is very good. Free wifi. Enjoyed a very good complimentary food in hotel. Hotel is high in standard. Found a tour pack in the hotel reception, for 31 $ US dollars for 2 hours trip. They took to 4 places and it is overall a good trip in a short time of stay.

Okay hotel. Nothing special about this hotel. We checked in as part of Emirates Dubai Connect and were assigned a twin room. Basic room with 2 beds and a washroom. No coffee machines or microwave. It's understandable as it's a basic hotel and Emirates is using it for its transit passengers. Room and washroom was clean. That is important and the hotel was successful in doing so. It's close to the airport and to the metro station. The metro station is about 10 mins walk and you can reach most of the places in Dubai via the metro. They also have a complementary meal which you can avail either as lunch or dinner. Airport pickup and drop-off is also a complementary service. Overall a good hotel to stay for a day or two.

Stayed due to emirates delayed flight. Unbelievably thin wall, can’t sleep at night as passengers tend to check out in different time to catch flight again, cleaners make room and use vacuum cleaner at mid night (3:00am) and is literally a nightmare. Very friendly staff from shuttle to receptionist to restaurant and food is nice though.

It's a transit hotel for Emirates. They are weak when there's a large crowd. I like other over 200 passengers missed connections and we all got there around same the time. I and many others had to wait over 2 hours at reception before we could get a room. The rooms were decent. The best a bit above average. At one of the restaurants we could redeem our food vouchers which was mediocre at it's best. The buffet there was bland with few options. The fresh cut fruits, desserts and coffee were good to fill you up. The staff overall was rude to customers.

Nice and decently done rooms. You can't expect much more when it is been offered as a complimentary gesture from Emirates Airlines. They are maintaining it well keeping in mind the rush they handle on daily basis. Thanks..!!

Had a very brief stay here during an Emirates connect layover and could not be more impressed and simply blown away by Emirates service and this hotel. I simply got off my international flight and within half ab hour I’d gotten through security, to dubai connect desk, onto the complimentary shuttle, checked into the hotel and in my room. The room itself was basic but very clean and plenty of room, the bathroom and shower were particularly spacious. The staff were exceptional, check in was seamless. I had vouchers to eat at the buffet but unfortunately did not use this.

I was completely thrilled to have booked at this hotel 2nd time. From check-in to check-out. For the price, we got a fairly large size room. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast/lunch buffet, it just added to reason to book here again. Soo many selections of food to choose from

This hotel is used by the Emirates airline. Guests with long layovers in Dubai are booked for free. Ask for a reservation when creating your itinerary on the Emirates site and get a voucher at check-in. Exit into Arrivals through passport control and look for the Dubai Connections desk. There is shuttle service and a tasty buffet meal. The property is rather dated, but my room was spacious and comfortable. For my 20 hour layover it was really a very useful and respectable service. It's a landside airport hotel, so the location isn't interesting, but Dubai has good, reasonably-priced Uber service and you can easily go to see something if you have time. I called UberX twice and got a Lexus and a Tesla.

The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Rooms is okay, but smells mouldy or stuffy. Even the hallways did not smell nice. The restaurant, food was good and the service was great. Checking in I would rate it 3 stars, but the porters were very friendly and helpful even the shuttle bus staff was great.

The staff was great, and the food was absolutely delicious! The only downside was that the location was a bit far for my daily commute. If it's closer to your destination, it's a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the opportunity to stay there thanks to the Emirates Dubai Connect program.

Stayed here for the night/day as part of Emirates connect package as our flight back to Melbourne was more than 20 hours. Shuttle bus picked us up from airport and short ride to hotel. Check in easy. Room was huge and beds comfortable especially arriving after midnight. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all part of the deal. Service excellent and allowed us to relax for the day before heading back to Australia

Extremely well managed 3 star hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Due to an extended delay in our flight we had a night stay at this hotel. The stay was provided by Emirates Airlines and it included a full meal at the hotel restaurant. Very pleased with the staff and thank you Emirates Airlines for always coming on top 3 airlines in the world. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location and surroundings

Stayed there for a few hours while transiting via Dubai. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. You will find some shops on the ground floor such as a jewelry shop, a Barbershop, and a convenience store. Also, there is a stall for Dubai Tour at an affordable price. the buffet restaurant has delicious food.

It's a nice hotel the room i got this time is huge and nice and clean and really good for the price but don't know about other rooms. but I loved the staff, house keeping and lobby. They have Free shuttle to airport and pool area is phenomenal. Great for layovers and short stays.

This was a connection flight stopover hotel provided by Emirates. The hotel lobby and range of shops is fantastic as is the very nice restaurant. They offer a good range of food and hot/cold drinks. That said, the room we had was a two n bed single room and it was very average. There was a water leak from the sink tap and it just didn't shout Dubai in any sense.

  • 5/5 Aditya D. 1 year ago on Google
Large hotel near the airport, modern amenities, clean and fairly sized rooms, excellent bathrooms. The staff were all well mannered and professional. The wake-up call and the airport shuttle were extremely convenient. The breakfast spread had quite the variety, so every taste bud should be satisfied.

  • 3/5 Î•Ï…Î±ÎłÎłÎ”Î»ÎŻÎ± ïżœ. 1 year ago on Google
Overall it was an average experience. It was convenient location because it's close to the airport and there's a free shuttle to and from terminal 3 every 15 minutes. Check in was long and painful. We are standing in the queue for like an hour and the staff were taking their sweet time. Also, we requested a taxi and they just said no at the concierge. When we asked again at the reception, they finally managed to book a careem through their personal phone, which was much appreciated. Cleanliness was OK and kinda old hotel but it's in general good value for money.

  • 4/5 Aby O. 1 year ago on Google
Very close to the airport. Accommodation was provided here by the airlines as we had a short transit. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Dinner buffet was pretty decent with plenty of options. They have a gift shop on the main level for souvenir/essentials shopping.

  • 4/5 Donald Isaac O. 1 year ago on Google
It is a very basic hotel for just layover or transit. Not much amenities and the rooms are just plain and simple. The rooms and hotel is clean. Food in the hotel is average but not bad. Location is opposite the airport and it's close to Deira. Transport is convenient if you use taxis or ride hailing services. If you are not expecting too much from the hotel, it should be comfortable enough for a short stay without any fuss.
