The hotel is situated in an excellent location on the waterfront, but not quite good within Dubai's main attraction. The staff at the reception and restaurant were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not very well-insulated, as we could hear the sound of vacuum cleaners in the hallway and there was construction working happening near the hotel during our stay. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still satisfactory. The property has a pleasing overall environment and we had a good time during our stay

OVERALL A GOOD STAY , The hotel is located in a very great spot of the waterfront, the reception and restaurant staffs are very accommodating and soft spoken. The only thing we found inappropriate was that they charge 10 AED for glasses and extra cutlery or crockery be it a single piece, the rooms are not much sound proof, you can hear the loud voice of vacuums working on the corridors and even the staff is talking near the door is clearly can be heard . The breakfast doesn’t have much varieties but still it is good to go. The overall environment of the property is quite attractive and overwhelming. We really enjoyed our stay apart from few of the incidents. Hope you will work on them

My friend booked this hotel for me, to be honest the hotel is cheap compared to the big ones. But I don’t like it and I don’t recommend it at all for many reasons. First reason the staff at the reception are rude, whatever you ask likely they might make you pay for it. They don’t change the bed sheets and you can test it yourself. Checkout only 12pm you never and will never do late checkout as the receptionist will tell you ( we are not like other hotels we are different ) their checkout only 12pm and check in at 3pm literally the opposite to many hotels. They don’t change the towels you need to ask for it. I would pay the same amount in a different hotel with better quality. You literally can hear the next room during the day not even at night. Hard to find amenities around. Only positive about it is the location as it’s new area. Other than that I wouldn’t come here again. You can test this yourself. This is only my opinion.

The rooms are nice and clean but the showers keep going hot and cold so you can’t have a relaxing shower. The staff and service is good, but the breakfast included was very basic. The location is pretty good as you can get a taxi most places pretty quick and it’s next to the DFC mall.

Nice lobby where I was welcomed by respectful receptionist. I parked my car in the underground parking. I paid the average cost for the room. However, the room was not in the best shape. Also, the bed sheets were not very clean. The view is good. Limited number of irons in the hotel, so you have to return it as soon as possible. The gym, out door pool and conference room are located in the roof.

We stayed 1.5 months in Dubai and during this time managed to change 3 hotels in different districts. But we ended up staying in the intercity. It's amazing how lucky we are. Wonderful place, beautiful views, great price, tasty and varied breakfasts. I am very glad that the next time I fly to Dubai, I’ll know in advance where to stay. Moreover, the hotel staff gave us an upper class room with the better view without extra charge. 👍

The new Intercity hotel is fabolous, located In a new area of Dubai close to airport. The area has a beautiful walking path along the water and beautiful water views from all rooms. Highly recommend this for travel in Dubai. Good breakfast and very clean. People were very caring and friendly. Many thanks to GM (Russian woman; can’t remember name) for addressing the room problems in a timely and polite manner.

A budget friendly option perfect for a family on a vacation in Dubai 👍🏽 It’s few minutes away from many of the Dubai attractions. The rooms were cozy and fitted with modern yet elegant furnishing. We loved the simple breakfast options they have. The dinner was also amazing with combo offers that is pretty affordable 💕

Lovely budget friendly hotel, located at Al Jaddaf Waterfront, it is a little out of the way with not much around, but it is lovely and quiet here and only a 10min drive from downtown. It is very traveler friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are lovely. The best part is the rooftop pool, excellent views of downtown Dubai.

Its a new hotel. The rooms are super clean and cozy. Amazing staff, they are very kind and helpful. Felt like home. Even the breakfast was delicious. I have to mention a person named Mahesh who was so helpful and kind to us throughout our 6 night stay at intercity. When we come for breakfast he makes sure we got everything. This is one of the best hotels in Dubai. Housekeeping was great. Prasanna, a house keeper was so helpful and knowledgeable. I love every bit of my stay. The location is great. I will make out a time to fully detail my stay.

4 Star rating for a 3 Star Hotel. Front Desk/Receptionist receives the most credit for excellent customer service. Our room is clean and feels new. For a 3-star hotel, it definitely meets expectation. Though my wife could use a hair dryer, which is not available in-room. They have a rooftop pool, and gym. We almost did not make it to breakfast. Breakfast service ends at 10:30. Some breakfast items are already missing around 8 mins before closing.

What a lovely hotel, I came at 8 am and they let me for early check in for only a couple dirhams. Bli Endra from Bali, their staff ias very humble & helpfull, he was offering me for breakfast as he know that I just did my longflight at night. The most racist hotel i have ever stayed in dubai, so we had paid aed 80, for a late checkout around 8 pm, as we handed over the key and checked out., my husband was reminded of his clothes and charger in the room wardrobe and forgot to pack it. Mr Peirira , receptionist , when requested to let us in to bring the clothes back, mr peirira was so rude to us, and treated us beggars in his door, and refused to give us a key card unless we pay for the whole day. Such rude behaviour just cause we are indians are we to be treated this way, i have never seen him this rude to any other guests. My husband had to tag along the elevator with another guest, and thankfully the door was kept unlocked and we were able to brings out clothes down. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel , we were to hit the airport in 30 min, this whole mr peirira fiasco, really got on our nerve, kinda made the whole journey back home terrible. Please please dont ever stay in this racist hotel, and ruin your vacation.

We checked In last night, the issue is that the staff did not inform us about the fact that the swimming pool is Under maintenance only after the payment . We have to go to InK hotel for pool access . In this hot weather and no assistance . We had to go through a bridge and walk about 10-15 minutes to reach . This is not professional. We are paying for holiday and rest not suffer .

Check in was not the best experience, some receptionist were really friendly but some not. Restaurant is a happy place, i spend most of hours in the morning having breakfast while working and few cups of tea, F&B staff Mahesh was amazing and the way he serviced was great. Also the african girl i forgot to get her name. And the guy who bring me food at nyt to (philipino staff) both are good too. Overall good experience!

Horrible experience. Booked for a week and checked out after the second day. It’s been over two weeks and management still has not processed my refund. Will never come back to this hotel and recommend you to do the same.

I have a one night stay with this hotel, I arrived late but was granted a late check out from the front desk which I very much appreciate. However, this was not conveyed to housekeeper nor security cause they knocked my door twice to check whether I was leaving or not at 1pm. Breakfast was alright, worth a skip if you have time to head to the malls

Highly recommend this place for any person. They got everything you need covered. The staff is very friendly and very kind. If you need any advice about places to visit or things to do while you are there, ask from Mahesh (a guy works there). He'll be very informative and specific about the places according to the time you have. Another perk is that the hotel is closer to a metro station and also surrounded by the Dubai creek. As this place is situated somewhere like the middle of Dubai, it is very easy to access anywhere you need. Rooms are clean and neat. Can easily accessible through lifts and NFC system. Do also have the mini bar option and dine in from room option. Food is also nice and tasty.

Location and room is perfect, very clean and modern.. perfect for short stay . duty manager jawad and restaurant manager bouchra we’re extremely helpful.. however the twin beds were extremely small and uncomfortable even for teenagers. better get a king size if you want to have a good sleep.

Its a nice hotel located in Jaddaf waterfront. Room is super clean, well designed with great views. Location is perfect. Swimming pool on the rooftop. Free parking. Area not crowded. Metro, Mosque and grocery nearby. Easy access to E44 and E11. Staffs were very helpful and supportive. A big thanks to Nadia and Aby.

We booked the hotel room for 2 nights and 3 days and I really enjoyed my stay in intercity hotel and the best moment is when I go out and come back to my room it was always neat and clean and the house keeping staff was very polite especially Mr Prassana was taking care of us through out our stay.
