Smelly tooms and linen. Washrooms horrible. Insect menace in rainy season. Hot water not available in room, need to fetch from common corridor area. Dogs also stay in Corridor.

Rooms were good, but cost was high as trust bhakt niwas. Arrogant and non supportive staff. Deluxe room were good, nit & clean, parking area was very good.

Clean and calm place. Rooms are clean. Price is quite high 1500 and 2000 for non ac and ac respectively.

Awesome place for staying in Akkalkot... This place doesn't accept any online booking or payment so reach the hotel and then book the rooms. Lot of rooms are available here with 5 blocks. The area of the hotel has a lot of open place for parking and also has an eatery where tea and breakfast is available.

Had stayed for 1night. Normal rooms and AC rooms available. AC room available at Rs2000 Overall good.

Good for . But not the room service and not the drinking water for on the floors.

It's an amazing experience at Akkalkot. Facility are amazing. Everyone can go to Akkalkot . You should stay at Bhakt niwas.

For hot water they are burning books written with Shri swany Samarth names.

Toilet bad smell n room is not that much good n clean. Need to change this

I stayed in Block E of the Bhakt niwas which is for AC and Non-AC rooms. Rooms here are better compared to other blocks which are quite old and needs renovation. There is a water filter installed on the ground floor and hot water is available 24 hours.

Very clean place and near to Swami Mandir. One canteen available at premises as well and ample of car parking space
