recently
visited
Vikas
hotel
in
February
2022
with
my
family.
We
had
a
very
bad
experience.
I
did
prior
booking.
When
we
reached
there
after
12
hours
of
drive
from
Mumbai
we
all
were
tired.
We
Were
ask
to
park
our
car
at
roadside.then
we
met
Mr
Dhale
at
the
reception
who
was
very
arrogant
and
rude
to
talk.
He
gave
us
rooms
on
2nd
floor.
The
hotel
does
not
have
lift
and
on
top
of
that
me.
Dhale
asked
us
to
lift
our
baggage
on
our
own.
We
were
having
3
senior
citizens
with
us
hence
we
requested
mr
Dhale
to
arrange
someone
who
can
lift
our
baggage
to
our
rooms
but
very
rudely
he
denied
and
asked
us
to
lift
our
baggage
on
our
own.
Very
disappointed.
Mr
Dhale
doesn't
know
how
to
treat
guest
and
talks
rudely
doesn't
even
smile
while
talking.
The
owner
of
the
hotel
must
take
care
of
it
and
train
Mr
Dhale
on
how
to
treat
guest
properly.
We
had
a
good
experience
at
vikas
restaurant.
The
food
was
delicious
and
economically
charged
and
the
hospitality
was
great
there.

and

for
the
hotel
