Overpriced with respect to service. 800 Rs for 3bed non AC & 2600 Rs for AC...Very poor management. Rooms are not in good conditions. Toilets and bathrooms are attached to rooms which are not even properly cleaned. Water jamming in bathroom..do not stay here else you will regret forever. The staff behaviour is also not good. Cleaning/ housekeeping staff plays mobile phone on duty... had to ask them to clean room prpoerly twice since it was not cleaned properly earlier.I had booked my room in advance prior 2 months for three days, when I reached there they were saying the room cannot be given for more than a day. I stayed there for two days but they updated only one day in system and given receipt of 800 only instead of 1600. No drinking water available in the building, you will have to go outsideon road inside campus or purchase water bottle from shop. If you are planning to stay here, carry your drinking water, Goodnight to stay away from mosquitoes. 60 Rs for extra bed ..that beds are not in good condition..smelling dont take it instead sleep on floor.. hot water is available in the morning 4 to 8. It is not available in room ,you need to carry it in bucket from hot water tap available on floor. Temple is at walking distance from Yatri bhuwan/niwas. You may take an auto for Samadhi mandir. Its 2 min in auto, 15/ 20 min walking.

Very clean and peaceful place to stay. Also they have given blanket with bed was so comfortable. We have taken 3 bed Non AC room with toilet bathroom attached for Rs 800/- for 24 hr. If you want AC room its very costly for Rs. 2000/-. Yatri bhuvan is on 3 minute walking distance from Swami samarth mandir. As compared to Akkalkot bhaktniwas, Akkalkot bhaktniwas is 15-20 minute walking distance from Swami samartha mandir. Hence we have taken Yatri bhuvan. I recommend to visit first Yatri bhuvan for stay. If here room not available then go to Bhaktniwas.

Yatri Bhuvan rooms at Akkalkot are neat and clean. We have booked AC room which was costing Rs 2600 (which I think little over priced). The facilities provided are very good. Still comes with some pros and cons as following: Pros: 1) A good queen size bed. 2) AC room has nice interior, false sealing, Good lighting, furniture. 3) Clean Toilet 4) Check in - Check out is flexible as whenever u r Checking in from there 24 hours are considered. Cons: 1) Over priced 2) Room are too small as there is very less place around bed. 3) TV is not working as Dish recharge issue. 4) Hot water is from 6-8 AM, but its not sufficiently hot especially in winter days. 5) There is container for hand wash at basin but empty. 6) No bath soap or towel provided (wrt price charged) 7) No in-house canteen. As we were staying hardly for night the cons really won't matter but, concerned one should take note of it.

Guys if ur visiting to Akalkot n stay night... Go for AC room which will charge you 2000 for 24hrs.. Also, there is normal room which will charge you 800... Normal room is not well maintained... Also there is private room available starting rate would be 1500... Shree Swami Samarth

A good place to stay next to Swami Samarth temple in Akkalkot. Online booking is not available. Do not call on number available on Google map. Rooms are spacious. Most of the time it is booked. There will little rush from Monday to Wednesday.

You need wait for sometime. you can definately get ac or non ac. 24 hrs basis they allocate room. If possible pl call before 7 days to take booking on phone. After booking confirmation also, you need to allocate room after check out of others only. They accept card also.

Rooms have mosquitoes, cockroaches and bed bugs. Pls think twice before taking the rooms here because the room Are not well maintained. No spraying of pesticides is done on time. Service Rating Is zero. Bed sheets are not clean. You can’t even sleep due to the bad smell in the rooms.

Excellent place for family stay. Just 2 minutes walking distance from Swami Temple. Huge space for staying, many rooms pricing from 500 rs to 3000 rs both AC and non AC. Group stay also possible. Ensure that you carry identify cards for all members. Prasad is available FREE of cost to all devotees. Temple is at walkable distance. Slight improvement needed in room toilets. Rest is fine. Parking space available for 45 rs per car.

This place is nearby the main temple. Rooms are okay with decent bedding & mattress. Since this place is run by the temple management for the devotees you cant expect much from it. If u want proper Hotel like service its better to look out outside where there are 1-2 good hotels but a bit far from the temple.

Charges too high i.e.Rs.2500 per day but Rooms are not cleaned. Bathroom Toilet is also not cleaned or maintained properly. Just looting from the devotees.

Rooms are not maintained,there is no room allocation system at reception,walls in most of rooms have fungus,toilet cleaning was really pathetic,feels like public toilet. bed,mattress,pillow were not comfortable. Pls think twice before booking it for family stays.

Reasonable place for stay it charges Rs.800 per day for non ac room it’s not very clean place but still it’s better to stay

Do not book rooms with Google phone numbers / phone numbers on Images, some ask you full payment, no receipt, some ask you 50% payment, many fraud cases. Bhaktnivas management not taking any action. Media news but still frauds are in process.

Rooms are not well maintain Public toilets are in better condition than this toilets No maintenance in toilet only two toilets and two bathrooms are available for at least 10 to 15 rooms everyone should think not twice but hundred times before booking Service no rooms no maintenance and charge is 600 rupees which is much more than that of the rooms

Dirty outdated AC rooms, cockroches everywhere. DIRTY blankets and mattress.. lights not working which are located in staircase. Very unsafe for elderly people..

Good Place.... cleaned rooms.. Very Near to Swami Samarth Temple... Good for family stay.

They have policy of check in 24 hours but it seems they are not ready for it. Be aware of you have any old person with you.at the time of check in they will take 1 to 2 hours. Receptionist and other staff is not helpful.

Yatri bhuvan 700/- 1 room (3 beds attached toilet) {checkout after 24hrs} is good, located opp to Mandir, good place for hangout with family and specially for children (Garden for kids). Better choose above 2nd floor rooms But but but..... Room cleanliness is totally worst. Smelly toilet all over. Spitted is in evey corners, staircases. No receipt is given after payment. Polite staff (but good for nothing with respect to cleanliness) Better stay at Bhakt nivas 1room 3beds attached toilet cleaned 550/- And hangout in yatri nivas & yatri bhuvan campus.

High charges zero services Temp 40+ but no cold water Fans not so fast

Rooms are big and ample enough beds for 4 & 2. They also provide extra beds if needed. Online booking is stopped from january. Non ac rooms cost 800rs and ac rooms cost 2500rs. Rooms are clean but the toilets and bathroom are the worst. They do not even clean the room. Will recommend to carry own bedsheets if you are going stay here. Hot water comes only in the morning. In some non ac rooms fans also do not work. Poor management. Parking space is available in front of yatri bhuvan. Environment is very peaceful around yatri bhuvan with garden and temple nearby.

Yatri bhuvan charge 800/- for 3 bed non-AC rooms and 2000/- for AC rooms, which seems overpriced. Room was precious and balcony inclusive. Toliet and bathroom were clean. But they lack in room service which is not acceptable as they charge Rs. 800. We checked in at morning. Bedsheets were missing and made available at night. Now, the reason why i am giving this yatri bhuvan 2 star rating is bed bugs. Our room was clean but full of bed bugs. We couldn't sleep at night because of them. Later, in the morning, they said we could have given you other room if u would have complained. Idk if this problem was only in our room or other rooms too. But location is good. It is very near to वटवृक्ष मंदिर. अन्नछत्र is just next to bhuvan. Ig AC rooms might be good. But i don't know for sure. I can't also suggest any other hotels in akkalkot as there are not many good options. But akkalkot sansthan has one more bhakt niwas near yatri bhuvan. I heard it was good.
