Please Don't Buy or Rent. My family owns a flat in this society, B block 201, Firstly they don't stand true to their word. Very poor management and irresponsible vertex employees, they don't even respond well to problems raised by owners. They have not used minimum quality products at least. The underground parking has a lot of leakage problems and it is not quite breathable in that area. The quality of materials used for construction is also not upto the mark. The grills provided in balcony's are made of iron and a lot of them have already began to rust. Even normal builders who sell for half the price are providing SS railings. A solar fencing is promised at the time of purchase to all owners for security, now it is not being done from their side. Parking allotment is not even worth taking about most people got parking in B2 while it was promised to be first come first serve basis.
