Worst hospital rather I say it is a Hotel. They r not bothered how much strain pregnant women has to take. They just make you keep waiting for long long hours. My wife went for scan in morning and they made her wait for long hours that too in unhealthy atmosphere. If they cannot manage ppl it's not point of operating. They just charge you hefty prices but service wise it's par low standard. They r meant only to maintain Hotel rooms and food for delivering mom's. Pathetic hospital services.

I will never forget your act of service Dr. Nirupama Devi . She’s really a wonderful human being I can honestly say. I really appreciate the way she speaks , treat the patients and the way she receiving and answering the concerns. The doctor suggestions are very well worked in my case.She has given proper guidance and regular checkups with proper decision calls make it happen. Hospitality , treatment , procedures and everything is systematic in the hospital. As of my knowledge, the hospital is well equipped and it’s good. I had a problem right from the time of my wife's delivery. I have two sisters who's delivery was performed at rainbow, Hyderabad. Let me confess that there is a moon and back difference in the Management and how they operate. Hyderabad rainbow is unbelievably better. The nurse in the labour room is the most conceited staff I have ever met. The doctor is good , the basic problem is with the management. We have wait for hours for the doctors appointment even after booking a slot. The pricing is only worth if and only if the patients can avail the pleasure and comfort for what they are charging for. I feel like I am paying for a 3 star hotel and the treatment is of a tiffin centre. I request the management to take in manageable number of patients only. We can wait for a day or two for a regular check up. The panic created when a newborn or week baby cries is unmatched to the profits you make.

The worst experience one will ever get. I kindly urge people, not get swayed by the false word of mouth / public talk. This hospital IS NOT GOOD !! The staff is very insensitive. For them it is like, "We see 100s of cases daily, you are no special, so shut up ! While joining they will give all false information and false amenities. Do not get carried away by those smart and cunning presentations. They are doing no different/special when compared to other hospitals. Esp, if you need to stay at the hospital at the night, AT YOUR RISK. The duty doctor and nurses will all be asleep. Even when they keep you at the observation centre, there will be no one monitoring you. YOUR LIFE IS AT THE MERCY OF ALMIGHTY !! Also, be ready for billing shocks ! The biggest joke is they will make you pay left and right for all the gloves/masks etc. Such a pity on India medical infra. And the cost of sanitization is also put on the patient bill (which is btw Rs.6000) Please think twice before you decide. It is wise to think rather than repent later. I am posting this only in the interest of general public and so that nobody else has to go through the bad experience.

Got admitted for my 7 months old baby for sevier stomach cramps, loose motions, vomiting. It took a day to recover. Dr. Sreedhar was looked at the issue. He is really good, and took well care. He explained everything in our language and gave much precious precautions on baby care. I had a worst experience at the pharmacy today I have purchased N 95 mask which is of not my satisfaction and the person in counter tells that there is no exchange I did not even leave the counter at this point. Visited to this hospital for 1st dose vaccination under 18+ category. They arranged a separate place for vaccination with minimum wait time. Ex-Serviceman from Army is guiding the public in well manner. At entrance, guard will give one form with serial number and this is to be filled. Need to wait for turn of registration by Rainbow Hospital staff. After registration, INR 780 (600+30+150, 30 is GST) to be paid. Then dosage of Covishield will be administered. Morning 9-10 AM is peak time. We reported at 09:15AM and our serial number on form is showing 40. At 09:42 AM dosage given. Plan accordingly.

I couldn't believe this hospital has got so much of hype and unwanted attention. I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone. Starting from the online appointments, lack of parking, the waiting time and the huge crowd standing in long queues for their turn, everything is a nightmare. Being a pregnant lady, I wasn't able to find a place to sit and the staff is not even bothered about the ladies standing. Completely unprofessional team who doesn't even know the difference between a vaccination and an injection. Even the consultation with the doctor didn't reach the basic expectations. She suggested me to meet a dietitian, physiotherapists and other specialists. Didn't even find a single good thing to appreciate

Today I felt very unhappy with the service and response of the hospital team. I had brought my daughter after the surgery as she is feeling feverish. But they forced to have the rapid test without the report they don't want to enter the child to meet the doctor. I came here as the doctors are very good at treatment and providing the solution for critical emergencies.

5 stars for Doctor and 4 stars for all other facilities. My child was admitted to Hospital due to high fever. She was treated by Dr S.Ramprasad garu. Doctor is highly supportive, compassionate and provided very good treatment. He has listened to us with utmost care and patience.Very happy with his treatment. Worst experience in scanning department. They changed the appointment time without informing us. Also the staffs were unapologetic. After visiting Hyderabad branch I thought this will also be good but very poor service, specially in scanning department.

Overall experience is excellent. As per my experience it's a very good hospital with professional Doctors for kids and most importantly for pre-term babies. My baby had joined on 10th day after he was born and admitted in NICU for almost 15 days. Treatment there is very good and very professional very caring. Good Hospital for children health care, special thanks to Dr. Prasuna pediatrician surgeon & Dr. Sridhar pediatrician doctor, they are very nice & cool for handling surgeries, and very well to clarify doubts. But dissatisfied with billing department while discharge, they are not having internal communication & coordination in their team. Please note parents if you are going cashless start personal followup with billing team minimum 3hours advance before discharge to close insurance formalities, otherwise you have to wait couple of hours extra in Hospital to close billing procedure form insurance & Hospital team, meanwhile billing team start pressurize you to pay cash to fast discharge, finally you may loose time & money form insurance some times depends on your insurance company.

Dr. Siva Sathya Prasun is an excellent surgeon. He clearly explained our child’s condition, treatment details and took care of him. Listened to all our concerns and responded well. Very happy with the outcome and support provided by Doctor.

Keeps waiting for long hours even after taking appointment. They do not follow appintment order. Vaccination for babies is the worst part. They have wounded my baby on thigh. Nurses over this branch are not experienced and no discipline.

Dr.BSCP Raju sir is well experienced pediatrician as we have been so comfortable with the way he treated my son. He has shown utmost patience in understanding the health condition of my son during OP and never insisted us for admission even though we went to him with a complaint of recurring fever spells for the last 10 days. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. The administration was very much worse. It took 3hrs for a vaccine administration for kids. The prior appointment is a big joke in there. It's useless to take a appointment. The Hospital is under-managed, under-staffed and over-charged. The items that are mandatory for hospital are charged to patients.

I and my wife visited Rainbow Hospital Vijayawada for the opinion on my Wife First Delivery. Initially we were in dilemma as it might be through operation but the way Dr.Nirupama madam explained things and admitted my wife immediately. After 2days of careful observation from Doctors and Nursing staff My wife delivered baby Boy through Normal delivery. Dr.Raju sir took very good care of Baby. The Nursing staff handled very well by doing regular monitoring and required checks. Room service staff cleaned the rooms regularly by maintaining hygiene. I recommend if any expecting parents can choose Rainbow Hospital for Normal Delivery as they prefer 95% Normal Delivery over operation.
