People don't respond to calls and keep on postponing the service date. Irresponsible . Even after complaining LG customer service , they didn't responded properly. Only legal action might move them by filing case in consumer court.

Not at all responsible during covid situations. I think they got irritated to service. But in service u must have patience. Dont recommend lg products which require frequent service like water purifiers. I tried ao smith great service response.

Worst Servicing centre in guntur area...i have taken appointment on 12th of april...they came on 14th and they said there is a gas leakage problem...they took unit on 14th april...they kept two days with them and fixed unit in my house after 2 days....from nextday there is an another issue....drops of water are falling from inside unit....again i have given complaint they came after 3 days....technician said that they have kept gas without cleaning....this was done on 20th april.....from that day iam calling daily but they r not responding properly....they r saying tecnician is not in that route....iam having warranty also....in may it will expire....they know about my warranty time....i knink they will come after warranty expire....

This is worst service Center i have ever tried it . Would like to suggest LG to shut down there Operation with this BS Cool System Service . They are just making money in the service Center they are just charging 5X more for parts just making money in the name of Service i would like to Speak to the LG Service Head RSM who is responsible for this Service Center . I have logged a call on AC PCB board Issue which is costing from LG Service Center at RS 1100 + tax which is almost 1600 but this service center is charging us 3500 + tax Still the PCB Board is not fixed at my home this service center is not picking up our calls this is almost 3 weeks and we are still waiting . Who is tracking the TAT does lg have this king for tracking the call duration's who is managing it what are those people doing it are they sleeping with the complaint no not even worth 1 star
