The location of this hotel allows for convenient access to the local temples, beaches, and other tourist attractions in the area. Rooms that are well-kept and have plenty of space. My children had a great time swimming in the hotel pool, which is located on the top floor of the building. It was a great way for them to start the day. Buffet during dinner is good. Parking becomes a difficulty for everyone's car when every room in the hotel is filled; nevertheless, other than that, everything else about the hotel was great and completely fantastic.

I have stayed twice for a duration of more than a week on each visit. It was a great experience in particular the response & attitude of staff, room service, Housekeeping and Laundry service. Complementary breakfast with variety of items especially south Indian dishes. Multicuisine food with affordable rates. A cool & collected bar on the ground floor with unquestionable flavors will be an ideal & exquisite place for people appreciate the peaceful ambiance. Overall I had a great time.

Recently I have visited AVS IMPERIAA on 23 November 2023 for my daughter's birthday celebration. I had the worst experience getting all my family members (15 persons) saying they provide the Best food in town. Initially during enquiry they said for cake cutting they will provide us with the mini hall .. then they denied saying we don't have much guests so you can cut the cake in the dine in area. My daughter is very fond of swimming pool area. During enquiry we had asked them if we can visit the swimming pool area. They said we will provide you with the access but you shouldn't use the swimming pool .. we said okay. We will just visit the pool Finally when we reached the swimming pool area it was closed and denied opening saying the swimming area gets closed by 6.30 PM . If so, during enquiry why they make fake promises? My daughter was literally crying (to visit the swimming pool area)and we were unable to control her trantrums. Coming to the food, soup were too salty to have. Fish we ordered it was uncooked just taken out from the freezer and did deep fried in the oil. Crispy from outside and fully uncooked from inside. Veg fried rice was the worst ever I had. Taking too much time for the order's. We literally forgot what we ordered. When we were having the main course starter were coming. We were about to finish the dinner then they are getting the gravy for naan. When we ordered the pomegranate juice even that was getting late. Overall it was the worst dining experience we had. Actually I celebrated my b'day on March 24 ,2023 in AVS IMPERIA. I personally liked the food, ambience and HOSPITALITY. So I decided to throw my daughter's birthday party here but I had the worst ever experience. I would never turn up AVS IMPERIA again neither suggest anyone.

Honest review from mine, what I've noticed here is everything has too magnificent. And food service also dazzling. Here, I want address one waiter name, he is Vinson Joseph. He has been doing his work too elegantly....

AVS Imperiaa is the best Star hotel in Karaikal with a grand setting which is suitable for all professional and family stay. We stayed there for a couple of days and I had the best hotel experience starting from the friendly, welcoming staff, free breakfast, swimming pool, excellent room services and many more, all at a very decent price. We had a engagement party in this hotel function hall , the service was soo good and food is excellent .this hotel is very classy and have good ambience and rooms are also soo good and clean .Special thanks to Mr . Vijayakumar sir and Mr.Gobalakrishan sir for the best serivce and they were supporting us throughout the function

Every thing was Ok. Cleanliness and service is good. Good cafeteria ...items are of reasonable rate. The attenders are very friendly and polite...Especially the guy I met - Vincent Thomas. Near to Karaikal beach and park. Parking also available. Totally good place to stay with family and Kids.

Deceitful staff.. Zero manager customer service.. Super worst expensive restaurant.. Rooms are fully dusty.. Hotel staff are in their own world, there was nobody to pick up our luggage and take it to the room..bathroom not cleaning properly fully yellow stain... Worst customer service...

Surprisingly good . The female reception person was helpful and informative.. food was good but a bit too for spicy for kid's.. breakfast was good. Surprised to see such a nice place down there..

Service by all the team was really good, polite and the room service was attended immediately. 5. It was a great experience staying in the hotel for 3 days with family. Staffs are wonderful with great service. Especially Mr Jai Anand is very hospitable and always with great smile and good asset to the team. Thank you Jai for making our stay wonderful. We will be back.

This hotel is well situated, surrounded by divine cities like Karaikal, Thirunallar, Nagore and Velankanni. Very calm and pleasant. The food is delicious. Rooms look good and are located in a primary location. Room fare is more expensive on a weekend than the normal days and those fares are not worth those rooms. Service was okay. If anything is required we need to request more than once. Car parking located on the roadside in front of the hotel.

Amazing stay and wonder ful hospitality. The food was marvellous. Especially the ungal viruupam kozhi thokku was top notch. Service and hospitality by Mr. Vincent Joseph was marvellous. To have a peaceful stay to explore the temple and culture this would be the best option

Very nice hotel especially the best in this area. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice ambience and interiors. Good house keeping service. Good parking space and the security person was very helpful. 5 mins drive to Thirunallar temple. Restaurant food was good and tasty. Rated 4 instead of 5 as the morning breakfast buffet became little cumbersome with too many people coming at the same time and it took more time for staffs to refill the empty trays. Apart from that everything else was awesome. Certainly recommend. Pool was also well maintained

Hotel looks very gorgeous. It was little bit outer. Very rich people's can stay there. Because it cost 4,800/ per night. But someone wants to live luxurious for a day

Had lunch with my family today . Chicken Biryani served was yummy. Fresh juices and icecream were tasty and delicious. The staff were polite . Wash rooms are maintained neat and tidy. Good ambience..

Price - Got a better deal in Yatra than the price quoted directly. Food - Not tried there. Ambience - Very nice 👍 Location - Bit outside of the City and you need to travel around 2Kms to get basic stuff. Parking - very limited vehicles can be parked inside, you need to park on the main road in front of the hotel, but open parking. Overall - Worth giving 4 Stars.

Overall the service is good, room is very clean and hygienic. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Food is very good. Overall it's a nice and safe place to live with the family. Only request to make the swimming pool usable

I stayed for a couple of days from 3rd June to 5th June in a Suite room.. Room was very spacious and very good.. roof top swimming pool for adults and kids was good.. staffs were courteous.. all concerns were immediately attended with care, including activating kids channel for my 6 year old.. i would suggest to improve the menu from the restaurant and also varieties made available as there is no place to eat in close vicinity.. secondly the place is small and if they had some lawn and some free space with nice landscape it might be a great property..

The perfect hotel as per the place. Service is good and so are rooms. Room service is well priced and one will not have to step out for meals. Breakfast though limited had decent spread and above all the service was very good. Recommended!

Reception / Visitor lounge is spacious Room was neat and clean. Restaurant's ambience is nice & the buffet breakfast is tasty, serving staff caters our needy requirement of food fast. We used symphony hall for a function, it is spacious for 200 persons. Service staff are kind with hospitality. Overall is worth & good to visit again.
