I ordered A medium latte warm. There was nobody in front of me. As soon as I got to the window she handed me my drink. I thought wow that was quick because I just ordered it 10 not even 10 seconds ago. I pulled away and I was waiting at the light and I grab the cup and it was not hot and my coffee was cold so they served me a drink it’s supposed to be hot so probably just sitting out. And I open the cup and it wasn’t even a latte. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this Dunkin’ Donuts. But I will never come here again

If you want to order the same drink each time you go and still somehow receive one that tastes different each time this is the place for you! I ask specifically for x amount of pumps of specific flavors each time as well as a specific amount of cream and each time my drink is a different color with varying levels of my requested flavor. I don’t know if no one calibrates the cream machine at this location, or if they’re measuring syrup without using the pumps on the bottles of flavoring but it’s like playing Russian roulette with iced coffees. When they do get it right it’s good though. I will say the staff is always nice.

Every time I go here my drink sucks, today they gave my husband the entirely wrong drink. Dissatisfied, try to be more like Wadsworth Dunkin. They're great. This is the text I sent my husband for the order, label is what I got, coffee is disgusting the label and the actual order aren't even similar.. Will not be giving them business any longer.

I frequently go to this dunkin and usually my food is correct but today I ordered a snackin bacon and my bacon was barley cooked 🤢 the food and coffee is inconsistent and half the time the hash browns are burnt.

The first time here was great. Good food and service from our young waitress. The next sat was not so good with the older waitress. Great food and normally great service. It's still a go for breakfast for now.

Employees are really so nice and kind. They treated me like family!

We visit Dunkin more that once a week. We love the coffee and baked goods. Food is good, but could just be a little warmer at times.

Ok i got something different than my usual frozen coffee yesterday, but i will ask...HOW HARD IS IT to make a simple hot mocha coffee??? They always get my frozen coffee right...but whenever I get or ask for just a regular hot mocha coffee (hot coffee with mocha swirl, for some reason the guy working window/headset & glasses gets confused and asks me to repeat my order i dont know how many time, or says "I don't know what you mean" I ordered a hot mocha through the drive thru yesterday, the dude actually said "uhhh I'm sorry what do you mean by that" I explained it to him 3 times. "It's just a hot coffee with mocha"...his response "I still don't know what you mean" I got upset and explained it once more "a hot coffee with mocha" then he said "ok pull around". Just to find out the kid didn't even make/submit the order, I had to explain it to the lady with glasses running window (who had a piss more attitude mind you) like adding a simple hot mocha to my order was inconvenienceing her. The dude with the glasses and headset, it's not the first time he got my order wrong. It's not that hard, it's a simple hot coffee with freaking chocolate syrup....not like I'm asking for something super fancy and custom. Like come on...its getting VERY old, it's like hot chocolate BUT COFFEE!!! Least Starbucks gets it right every time.

Went through drive thru and they had left the cream out of my drinks. They opened the cups and just put the cream on the top over flowing the cups. They didn’t taste right so I took them inside. I got an attitude when I asked to have them remade. They still didn’t get mad right.

Wouldn’t take a 50. That’s correct they don’t accept cash now. They argued it’s on the window which is by the checkout window. Didn’t see after waiting in line for 10 minutes. So I was turned away. Don’t worry won’t be back.

Other people have told me about their problems with this location but until recently I didn't have any issues. I went through the drive through for a hot caramel latte, my usual. When it cooled enough to drink it tasted like hot tea with cream. I was to far away to return. I went to the same Dunkin yesterday. I was short on time so I ordered ahead, first time at this location. Went in when I arrived, waited and when people coming in to the counter and ordering were getting their drinks I waited in line to find out where my order was. The lady taking money picked up my cups next to the register, fingers inside the cup (gross). So, not only was my order not ready it took three times longer to get my coffee. No apology, nothing. They had plenty of employees in the store

Drive through always busy but moves quick.

The only saving Grace here was one young lady who went above and beyond and did a job that wasn't hers in order to get me out the door. Had it not been for the employees, obviously frustrated and overworked, continuously smiling, this would have been an overall horrible experience. I would rather have poor food with fantastic organized service then mediocre food with horrible expo and disorganized service. I would honestly request a refund or a freebie for the terrible experience but I honestly never want to go back there again. Manchester Rd, Akron, Ohio. The expo here sucks. Customers are expected to organize their own stuff based on receipt number. For a restaurant that's so busy I'd expect that they'd have someone to organize orders as they come and ESPECIALLY as they go. Acustomer informed me that I was supposed to grab my stuff based on receipt number. The least you could do is be like Starbucks and put it all together. That saying something because I can't stand Starbucks.

These ppl always screw up on my coffee. They should get trained better instead of focusing talking to customers and flirting with married men they should learn to do their job. Not professional trying to talk to married men you all should have more decency.

Stopped here this afternoon. I love Dunkin coffee. It's the best. Got an iced vanilla coffee. Perfect. Service was awesome. Two young ladies working. The one young lady noticed my dog and offered me a pup cup. Very sweet and he loved it! Thank you.

A great place to get coffee or tea and a bite to eat. Amazing carrot 🥕 cake muffins.

Just came here for my espresso. The drive through line was very long so I went inside. Every worker was hustling big time! They were also very friendly, still carried a smile on the face and was pleasant to interact with. These guys deserve a 10 star!! Greatly appreciate the kindness, hard working and great customer service. Keep up the great work.

Stooped here before hitting the highway. The drive thru line was pretty long but it went really fast. Both the girl that took my order and handed me my drink we very pleasant and friendly. My drink was made correctly. Having a nice staff that can hustle sure makes the start of your day flow smoother.

I personally visit this Dunkin quite often. They are very prompt, friendly, and my orders are always correct. If for some reason there is something wrong, they do not have an issue fixing it. I also have been caught in many of the "pay it forward" chains at this location where the car in front me pays for my order, and I pay for the car behind me, and so on. It's fun when it happens to realize that there are decent people out there.
