Nice place with good collections of outdoor ,indoor plants and terrariums too. They also have few birds ,aquarium, fishes and turtles too. I bought one bougainvillea and a jasmine plant from them. Will be back soon

The company is very unprofessional and the person Satya who answered my call was very rude. This person was just telling me we will come and see your place and please send me all the details of the building and staff but he never came. He is very much unprofessional and he is putting the company’s reputation down very seriously. I would request the company’s owner to take action.

The Green Art Factory is a magical Place with so much variety in Plants and vary is all different sizes and shapes. Each plant is potted with so much care and love that once you own one you feel blessed! I bought 6 plants from them today and they have really bought out the best in our house! 1st Nov. '22, 6 pm. Expert staff who know to differentiate window shoppers and serious buyers. Staff are very responsible in the absence of the owner who according to him are in Thailand. The north Indian or Nepali sounding staff was very polite to tell he will not come out to help buy plants as he is very busy. He took time by being inside the shop attending to more important business to tell the price of the Tusli at AED 30. Had to show the empty plant pot i carried to demonstrate to him i am serious buyer of not one plant but 3 more. Recommend this shop who wish to experience a very courteous staff who communicate "Take it or Leave it".
