It is less than 1 star , the worse hotel I have ever been at: not well equipped ; you have to ask for each single thing you need even towels, kitchen utensils , broken stuff such as toilet's flasher , baby's bed, lamps on ceiling , microwave and Windows Dirty bed sheets with some blood drops ,,, I took a video to document this horrible experience Nothing was satisfactory

The apartments are good for family's to stay. The area is peaceful with all necessary amenities and stores nearby

Not Recommended to Use this property as a Hotel at all. Poor Service from the Staff Very Old Furniture Apartment Equipped with fewer Amenities No Shower for One Bath One Bath Water Draining Issue with Tap & Shower Transfer Knob was not there Pillows, Towels & Bed Sheets were not enough for the Group No Room Services Done within the stay Access Card Issues. Cooker Not Working properly & it took hours to make a dish hot. The refrigerator was not cooling enough further, we received the Rooftop Apartment & they were open to the balconies couldn't Lock.

A place of nightmares. I reserved and paid 4 nights in advance before the World Cup took placed. The fee was agreed at 200 dirhams back around 3 months back. Well, I checked in on the 19 November for 4 nights to find out that they refused to honour the contract that was agreed, I was given back 80 dirhams on the 3 third night, and told the price is 240 now. The filipino ladies were very polite but the arabic women didn't really care. We were happy to move out of this place. In room 307, the bathroom floor kept overflowing and leaking into the bedroom, the sheets were never changed, and the towels weren't refreshed neither. The hotel managing at this place preferred to look after the free flow of men that were constantly visiting the massage parlour on the second floor. Caused do not stay here.

Good size apartment hotel in city center behind it mosque. The service is not that good, kitchen not equipped with everything you need. Need always to call for things and they take a while to bring.

I really enjoy the stay there, highly recommand.

Shoddy furniture, dirty, lack of even bath mats. Sometimes even the cooking range does not work. Utensils are ugly, ill kept, and bad.

Good place for singles... no swimming pool... there are other better places for families around Al-Ain. .. considerd to be expensive if compared to othe hotel apartments... never seen in discount offer.

Good size hotel apartment. In the city center they lake in providing good service plus the kitchen not full equipped. They don't respond quickly to your needs.

Good location and staff. No wifi in rooms, kitchen not well equipped. No heaters in rooms in winter. Crowded parking and bad design for one toilet as big window in it and its transparent everything inside to outside

worst ever this was the worst Place Ever We stayed 7 2BHK Apartment Days Unfortunately We booked online and Payment Done Full Before Seeing the rooms 3 Times Electricity Shutdown In 7 days and Building 4 Bathrooms looks good but No drainage level water remains always on floor Stove Not Working Kitchen has a price list of things if steel of break, But All the items are Matching with Each other They have Put Free things on list like Glass comes free with offers No For Or Spoon Were in A same Design......I feel So Sad With The With Service Of Staff Who Is present Today9:30 Am on Reception A Filipino Girl dyen Very Very Poor Service Very Argumentative Over the phone When I called For Bill She Said I need to send email to Said Emails On Cards After Sending Email I called Again An d Said I have Sent Email She Said They will Check After Holding 10 Minutes She Said No There Is No Email And I said I did send and she got frustrate at me because i keep on saying same thing that i want my bill She Said ok sir have a good Day And Hangup I was not even complete what i was saying
