If this hotel represents 4* , I don't even want to think about staying over in a lower rated venue. Besides the outside noise from cars, people etc, you can hear every door around you, trolleys on the floor combined with a rather loud aircon in the room. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable but look rather outdated and in urgent need of some renovation. The breakfast is OK to put some food into your stomach but nothing to write home about.

Good hotel but costly in Al ain. Its near Al Muwaiji. The only hotel in this area. Calm place and nice location. So many places are nearby to visit. It is close to Al Karama complex and Rulers Representative court. Nice park nearby but very careful while crossing the road.

Very old hotel, everything is old you feel yourself staying at a hotel apartment not a hotel, not sure why is it 4 stars bases on what, not worth the rate which it is going for ,you can stay in some resorts for the same price range

The place cool , but the reception team are not honest , i went yesterday and they said Fully , but on the online available , so we did it and we got room , it was too bad when we are in propriety and they say no available places but at the same time online available , i felt shy to my friends especially they were coming from Abu dhabi

I have been a patron of the hotel for 6 years. Always a great experience! Muhsin, the swimming coach left a great impression on all of us, but especially my children who always talk about him! He did a great job instructing the children and has really helped them build their confidence and skills in the water! The receptionist, Walaa would always greet us with a smile and made us feel at home. Great staff!

Overall, the place was clean. If I had no other choice, I would stay here again. Price Was advertised as including free breakfast, which we assumed was a buffet. It was room service. The hotel building itself must have been a high quality one when it was built, but maintenance seems to have been ignored. Peeling paint in the wall I the way to our room. The reception area is dark and dated. In the room, all fixtures are rather high quality, but the finishing is poor, specially in the bathroom. Grouting could be either cleaned or redone. Mattresses definitely need to be changed. There was a constant machine humming sound outside our window. Thankfully we were very tired so we slept well and left soon after the breakfast.

This hotel is located in the busiest place. Nearby shops make this place very public. They have limited food options but are decent. The rooms are fine.

The hotel was fine but some staff members were a bit rude. They don't know how to talk in a good way. I asked about the breakfast and the fair fat lady who was in the cashier talked like insulting. The black lady in the restaurant also don't know how to smile and talk to customers. Even they didn't give paper tissues. So I think the staff in this hotel should provide more kindness to customers. They should be more hospitable.I was really disappointed. I never faced such things in my country.

The room was okay old style but clean. It's just incomplete. You have 2 guests, but there's only one pair of slippers. I requested twice, but nothing came. The room was not prepared when we arrived, even when we arrived later than the check-in time. The selection of food for in-room dining is good, just a bit pricey (typical hotel prices). The location of the hotel is beside the main road, so expect a bit of traffic noise.

So bad service , I visit hotel for a dinner ... First you can't find staff to make your order . Second being waiting more then 1 h , for salad and grilled chicken. After i get mood changed i just stand up and left restorant without having a dinner. So def.will not recommend this place for anyone .

The best hotel to stay while in Al-ain. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and breakfast spread great. It is located next to the UNESCO heritage Qasr Al Muwaiji. Other locations like Al-ain Oasis, Jahili fort are also close by. There are many good shopping and food options nearby

From the first look at Main Hotel Entry I understand how was nice a place before. The hotel need to be redecorating and refurnished. Locate on main city road. Too noisy at daytime from running transport on main road. The good range for a breakfast but a price AED 56 too high. Recommended to book a breakfast day before at Reception for AED 25 The hotel facilities looks old fashioned, nothing special like SPA, beauty shop, swimming pool or bar. The room prices too high for a hotel like that.

3 stars hotel. In general it is a good place to stay for a short time. The furniture, floors and the washroom were not new. Just be aware of where to park your car outside the hotel's parking. Otherwise, you will get a parking ticket.

Sometimes in the weekend thier will be a wedding in the wedding hall behind the hotel. Sound of the music is too loud as if you are attending the wedding in the hall it self also you might not get a good night sleep. In the morning, you will hear sound from the cleaning services while they are cleaning and crying babies. Overall, the hotel is nice and it's suitable for families with kids.

Had a wonderful iftar. Amazing food spread and vast variety of foods. 4 kind of Ramadan juice and over 50 variety of food with very reasonable price. I recommend this place to everyone.

Its one of my favorite hotel since it's spot is lead to everywhere at al ain .. it's problem just in cleanness.. it's acceptable but not perfect.. I didn't try the food There ... But really be careful when u r using Thier mug or toilets. The ceiling could use repairs... Lavatory is not comfortable since it's too small

Multiple factors: Convenient Location, Well maintained premises, Friendly Staff, Good food, Underground parking, what more could one expect! Bin Ham group prove their worth in hospitality sector. One word of caution about free breakfast, it is usually ready to serve/ eat, so don't expect a lot in terms of Live stations, etc. You need to bear this in mind if you stay in full occupancy. As for me, I was fortunate to get customised freshly made Omelette. One of my dinners on the Majlis in lobby was awesome too. Thanks to special care by Mr. Sohel who was ever smiling, Friendly & on the toes to care for me & other guests. Great job, all the best to City Seasons to thrive through several seasons in times to come.

1- It was not a pleasant experience. I paid 400+ for one night but I suffered with electrical problem for 4 hours. (no electric in the room) The stuff was not able to solve the issue in the first attempt which was annoying for me and my wife.
