I had visited there with a booking for 2 nights on the Eid days. But unfortunately they were facing issues with plumbing and unavailability of water in the building. Cant blame them for such technical issues out of hand, but they could have done better by informing the booked guests with the matter and not have guests visit for a planned holiday with other activity booking and Leave them with no place to stay. Luckily I was able to find other booking which infact over shoot my buget 100% for the staycation. The reception staffs where good and helpful with the cancellation.

Near to muscat Airport. Approx. 7 RO from airport to this hotel apartment. Near Al umran Roundabout(kajur roundabout). They are providing 24 hrs wifi facility, TV (mainly arabic channels and 1 english channel), Kettle, tea bags, milk powder, sugar, water 1 bottle per day and Tissue paper(1 box). Food quality is not bad. Small balcony also part of this rooms.
