As the brand represents.. luxurious and comfortable stay, away from the crowd, Very calm and quiet ambiance, no external disturbances at all. Very good amenities and super clean room and toilet. Very respectful behavior from staffs. I like the check-up call reminding us, they are at our service.

Amazing hotel, organized rooms with all required essentials. Friendly staff and the try to help you with all you need. Big balconies and amzing room service, ordered breakfast for two, and it came with extra bakeries and fruits. If I would rank it out of 10 it would be 20/10

This is a really good place to stay to spend time with friends and family. Rooms, services, and cleanliness is very good. Staff are also very kind and helpful. However the view from the hotel rooms are not so good, mainly just dust, engines and machinery can be seen in the building below so if you do not want that you can book a room facing the other side. Food is just absolutely amazing and there are many options of multiple cuisines. Meat is also particularly cooked very well. Swimming pool is also very fun with a water slide. Overall I highly recommend this place. 😊

This hotel is not suitable for business travels. As someone who has stayed in hotels across the globe, I would rate this as one of my worst experiences. It took over 40 minutes to just get to the front of the line at reception to try to check in. At the time I was told my room was not ready - it was in the process of being cleaned - could I wait in the lobby restaurant. I was given a free drink while I was waiting. After waiting for another 30 - 40 minutes, I went back to the reception desk to ask if my room was ready. It was not. They asked me to wait again while they found me an alternate room. The staff are very friendly and professional but lack basic problem solving skill sets and have no ability to foresee and avoid issues. They are not empowered to make any decisions and when issues are raised, I was told it would be referred to another team. The hotel did seem to be very family friendly with nice pools and a good gym. Location wise - it is not walking friendly, even things close by need a taxi to get to as major roadways need to be crossed. As taxis are easy to get and inexpensive, with pretty much anything you need within a 10 minute drive, I would consider this a good location. The daily rates are reasonable but after dealing multiple issues, I would not consider this place good value for the money.

Flavours restaurant was awesome. Great selection and esp the grilling station and chefs that grilled my steaks to a perfect medium for all my orders. Staff were very accommodating, kind and professional. Highly recommended. Room 304.

The overall experience at this Hotel was nice. There were some disappointments during the Check in process. The Staff was not courteous to guide us towards our rooms. We had to search our rooms by ourselves 😕 The first impression itself was bad. The breakfast menu was good. The restaurant staff is kind and ready to help. This resort doesn't have many things for entertainment so you feel a bit bored. Only one swimming pool with a slide which is well maintained. A few things in the room need to be changed for example The Kettle to heat water. The location of the hotel is convenient. It's 15 minutes away from the town centre. So if you have a vehicle it's easily accessible. Also the various tourist attractions are in the nearby vicinity. It's a nice stay for family vacation 😌

It's the second time I've stayed here, I absolutely recommend it. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The location of the hotel is excellent. I like that it has 2 swimming pools, a children's park and a green space. The staff is very friendly and attentive, I must highlight Ramesh and Alam from the buffet. The buffet meal is good (dinner) but it should have a little more variety; instead for breakfast it is excellent.

This hotel was previously run by Hilton, who did a good job but seemed to be too comfortable with what they had. With Radisson taking over, this place has had some subtle but great changes. Great environment at the pool, high quality of food at the restaurants, and an overall great environment.

We stayed here for visit as not far from Tawam Hospital. My wife is disabled and we asked for access friendly room which was provided and very adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful from outset. All facilities were available in the room and most of the hotel has access ramps for wheelchair access. A few minor points need consideration and comment. The shower was perfect for disability guests except the room does not drain so it becomes very hazardous to get out of bathroom after a shower. Only one dressing gown was provided in the double room. Other than these minor issues it was good stay and comfortable.

We stayed here last New Year's eve & they got really nice holiday decorations (the huge Christmas tree & the Christmas village) We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet especially the coffee machine. It was a plus factor that they some activity areas for kids to enjoy. (ie. kids pool, slides, playground) The room had quite dim lights, so I am not sure if that's a good or a bad thing for occupants. However, for us, we find the room a bit dark.

Checking in took some time. Harsha was super helpful and friendly he assisted us every step of the way. Rosario from housekeeping was amazing. Rooms are renovated and look modern. Nice bar at the hotel with a pool table. Overall a very good hotel

I stayed here in the beginning of the month and was great like usual. Every time the staff of this hotel is friendly and ready to make your stay the most comfortable. Good quality for this price. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, the experience was okay. However, I must commend the staff, especially Prasad, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Prasad's attentiveness and helpfulness truly stood out, making our visit more enjoyable. Additionally, I recommend trying the nachos during your stay. They were a delightful highlight, adding a tasty touch to the overall experience at the hotel.

Currently staying here in this property, we’ve just been staying for 1 night and I can say that this is the one of the worst hotel someone could stay at. Whilst the check-in was okay, the experience thereafter is just completely off. The hotel is completely outdated and the room smells like urinal we had to light up our own scented candle. Worst part came at night, the hot shower was not working, the toilet flush was not working, you’ll be lucky to get someone from the reception or operator to pick-up your call in 10 mins. We literally have to dial on our room phone and our mobile at the same time just to reach and speak to someone at the reception. Poor customer service, staff are inexperienced in handling guest complaints. We waited for the hot water to work as one of us were sick and needed a soothing bath. We were always being promised that it’ll get fixed after an one hour it never happened we had to call in several times it was a nightmare. After almost three hours of waiting the water heater was finally working but the water that comes our of the shower is dirty (brown color). We called the reception again and the answer we got was “you’re not the only guest who’s having problems with shower” (note that they answer outside calls but not calls from phone of in house guests so we had to dial in from our mobile-still it takes them minimum 10 minutes to pick-up a call you have to dial several times). On a lighter note one engineering staff came to fix the toilet flush and the basin drain stopper. Housekeeping came in after more than a decade to bring in face towels that was had to soak in boiled hot water from the kettle just so we can soothe ourselves for the night because their shower facility is not properly working.

Superb place to enjoy a weekend with family, kids friendly big pool and nice lap pool for adults, breakfast is super with loads of variety, room was very clean and spacious. Service is amazing. There was a little issue at the check in but situation was very well handled by the manager. The only negative point is closing of shisha and restaurant at 11pm. Overall must stay place for family.

Stayed at the property for couple of days. Well located, has Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent property with a good pool with slide, kids will have lots of fun. Buffet has a decent spread, quality can be better.

It took one hour to check in today, two families four rooms. And at the end the rooms were wrong. And for the pool access, they do not allow kids to access the "proper" pool, they claim it is municipality law that kids can not swim in that pool except under the supervision of their trainers (although the kids are swimmers in swimming teams) The kids pool is nice with slider, and in general facilities are built nicely and it is clean I think it is bad that such good facilities are managed in this way

The highlight of the resort is the pool with a beautiful slide and the awesome gym with the latest machines and yes do not miss the breakfast buffet. The rooms are average and I was highly disappointed with the washroom as it did not drain the water and the floor was constantly water logged, we had to ask them to give us a floor wiper to keep it clean ourselves. The room cleaning was also pathetic anything that fell on the floor or u lost was swept under the bed, and that is exactly where we found all our missing stuff. We did enjoy exploring the property, but that's it there is nothing else nearby that you can explore except the mall.

The hotel was amazing, my stay was great. The staffs there were very helpful and nice. I met some great people Like Priya, Sandhya, our Waiter & Sachin & the Kenya guy the hotel Concierge. All the staffs made our stay and experience one to look forward to next time.

We loved our stay here. The staff was very courteous. The location was excellent, room was extremely clean. Everything here was very well maintained.

The stay started with a dirty towel in the bathroom. It was folded nicely and looked clean but when I opened it, it was covered with lipstick. Next morning at breakfast I saw one of the staff cleaning tables after the guests who finished eating and wiping the trash left on the tables right on the floor. Bread crumbs, sugar, stirrers were flying directly on the floor, then new cutleries were placed on the tables. Staff and guests were stepping on the trash. Having breakfast in such environment was totally disgusting. No wonder I got food poisoning from eating in the hotel. To sum it up cleanliness and basic hygiene in the hotel leave much to be desired. Unexpectedly low standard and the first time encountering such experience at RADISSON. The whole stay was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.

My husband and I spent a 3 night staycation at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are all friendly and have excellent customer service skills and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool was nice and warm the food at flavors restaurant was great and most importantly the rooms were clean.

Staff are wonderful. The grounds are picturesque. Their room photos don’t match what you actually get in reality. Very tired and worn.

The hotel's rooms are clean and have a laid-back vibe, and I'm going to check out. The service was excellent everywhere from housekeeping to the eateries. it occurred to me the pancakes at Flavours were amazing particularly my favourite food out of all the foods. The hotel's location is also excellent—it's close to malls and other locations. In general, I thought the hotel was amazing, along with the service—with a special nod to the people who looked after us. Thank you so much for everything; I really enjoyed my trip.

Water slide was a hit with our son. Food in the buffet was very good, especially Mexican night. Great service from Kevin, who was extremely helpful. Music at the pool was ridiculously loud and constantly intrusive. The playlist was questionable for a family hotel...explicit lyrics...really??! Front desk staff were good. The room was fine, but the bathroom was tiny. Husband couldn't stand up in the shower!

Booking discrepancy: I booked three rooms, each with a queen bed. Late arrival communication breakdown: When trying to inform the hotel about our late arrival, they initially didn't answer, but after leaving a message, they warned that if we didn't arrive by 7 pm, the reservation would be canceled. Late check-out and breakfast charge dispute: Upon arrival, a discrepancy in my booking led to an extra charge for breakfast, which I discussed with the duty manager while also requesting a late check-out. Room change due to smoke smell: One room had to be changed at night due to a smoke smell. Breakfast payment and harassment: Issues persisted during breakfast, with a rude receptionist demanding extra payments despite my explanation. My sister, seeking resolution, was harassed by the same Resturant receptionist Preshkaya who questioned our room reservation and harassing us she also told us there were no tables available and told us to sit outside when there was more than 10 tables available . Late check-out dispute: Despite arranging a late check-out with the night manager a rude agent called demanding an immediate departure, causing further distress. Overall negative experience: Our overall experience was negative, and the hotel's impolite behavior overshadowed any positive aspects, except for the service provided by Jasurbek. Additionally, the room's AC was ineffective, and there was a persistent smoke smell.

This hotel is not just good or bad it is beautiful and amazing. I love how they care about the children's safety. The food there is the best I've ate. And as each day the food was getting better and better. My favourite food there was the Nutella Crepe and Pancakes. Out of all the hotels I've been to this is the best. The decorations, food, rooms, pool and the entire hotel is a 9/10. I would love to come back here. Hope to see you again.

Room with balcony had amazing views and cool wind. Enjoyed day as well as nights standing out. Family pool with water slide is wonderful too. Greenery in and around the resort makes the walk enjoyable. Breakfast had many options and staff are really friendly. overall 5/5.

We stayed at the 1 Bedroom Villa with terrace and it was very well maintained with comfortable and good quality furnishing. Great for families with kids, the pool with the slide will keep them engaged in the pool for hours. Another major positive about this hotel is the staff, absolutely lovely service with a smile and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The only negative was the good which was not up to the mark, the breakfast was not good.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice in the last 2 months and both times we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area, especially my kids, and we definitely will book with them again! We stayed in a studio room and I would highly recommend these rooms if you have small children.

Our family stay was good. Reasonable price for the full board. Food was fine, but not magnificent. Acceptable quality of the amenities, although the water temperature in the pool was way too hot 30+.

Perfect place for a pleasant family holiday. All facilities are Hygienic and safety precautions are well updated. Friendly and courteous staff members who are very willing to assist the customers. The hotel manager maintains his calm and manages very efficiently.

Good service at all the restaurants specially clubhouse and pacos with very nice cocktails. One of the few hotels that makes a classic margarita the old fashioned way. 5 stars if we got the room we had booked but it was solved on the second day of our stay.

From first checking in to eating daily at Flavours restaurant the staff were amazing. The restaurant staff were especially great, Always so polite and helpful. Always a smile on there faces. The rooms are clean and well equipped with coffee, tea, water etc. The gym and pool area was fantastic. Overall very happy with my stay, would definitely return. One happy Canadian

Pretty dated hotel, with the lobby area reminding one of hotels in 1980s Indian movies, but the rooms have been renovated well. Even the standard rooms are decent. Wish they can modernize the sprawling property. The recreation facilities are plenty and decent. Food _ buffet dinner and breakfast _ at Flavours was good with most staff especially Sheila being courteous and helpful.

The Hotel staffs were all accomodating with a smile on their faces which can give every guest a good vibes while staying. As Ms. Sheila approach us she was so friendly and helpful to us. I enjoy staying in this Hotel. Rooms were clean and very nice to relax. 🫰👍

We just came to have the buffet dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Chef Babita have done an amazing job in selecting tasty and perfectly prepared dishes. We will definitely come again.

We stayed there at the beginning of this week. The property is good, the room size could have been better. We took breakfast included.. there were good non veg options but the veg options can be worked upon. Over all a good stay. The highlight was their pool area..it has something for all the age groups.staff was decent.

We stayed their for three nights. Me n my family was invited for the 25 silver jubilee anniversary of my wife's cousin. The location of this hotel is amazing so are the rooms. The staff was very courteous n cooperative. We had 3 functions their. Nice place for wedding parties or any other function to celebrate. They have Two halls one small n big so you have choices for it. My experience was too good including staying n partying.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Warm pool, fresh air, green yard. The bitd concert in the morning is beautiful- so is the breakfast! Hotel is close to the oasis and several museums. Only improvement: the staff of the clubhouse restaurant just couldn’t get the bill right. Other than that: Great times!

Overall it is so relaxing and peaceful place. Staff is so friendly. Service is very good. Rooms is really big. Balcony is amazing. Family pool is extremely funny, till 6.30Pm Adults pool is warm and safe, till 10Pm. Finally and the best experience was in breakfast as there is high variety of delicious, fresh, and exciting foods and drinks. One word for staff 'keep it up guys✌' It was perfect experience. We stayed there last weekend. Room was small, but very clean. TV remote was wrapped in a plastic bag and carpet felt clean. It actually made me feel safe. I liked that place had 2 swimming pools - one to chill and another one - you can have a proper swim. Tennis court is free of charge, which is as well nice. We had breakfast and dinner included. And food was absolutely amazing! I am used to go to buffet and have very average experience. But it was actually really good. All the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. My friend is vegetarian and she was worried she will end up eating French fries and vegetables as always, but they prepared for her special meal, which was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back there again.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, the outside looks like normal hotel but the inside looks excellent. Room is very clean and spacious, you get all the services within a minutes. The swimming pool, water slides, small park, table tennis the family was enjoying very much. And buffet breakfast was excellent. The receptionist and entire crew members are very friendly and helpful. Overall its value for money and time !

We had a wonderful experience. Room is clean and its balcony has a nice view. All the staff were nice and friendly (special thanks to Mr. Jasurbek for his non-stop service during our dinner). Lots of fun activities to do at this hotel ((swimming pool (the slide is a plus factor), table tennis and tennis. We booked for half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet and with live cooking which gives you plenty of choices. Thank you Radisson Blue Al Ain for the great experience. Hoping to have staycation there again in the near future.
