Booking
discrepancy:
I
booked
three
rooms,
each
with
a
queen
bed.
Late
arrival
communication
breakdown:
When
trying
to
inform
the
hotel
about
our
late
arrival,
they
initially
didn't
answer,
but
after
leaving
a
message,
they
warned
that
if
we
didn't
arrive
by
7
pm,
the
reservation
would
be
canceled.
Late
check-out
and
breakfast
charge
dispute:
Upon
arrival,
a
discrepancy
in
my
booking
led
to
an
extra
charge
for
breakfast,
which
I
discussed
with
the
duty
manager
while
also
requesting
a
late
check-out.
Room
change
due
to
smoke
smell:
One
room
had
to
be
changed
at
night
due
to
a
smoke
smell.
Breakfast
payment
and
harassment:
Issues
persisted
during
breakfast,
with
a
rude
receptionist
demanding
extra
payments
despite
my
explanation.
My
sister,
seeking
resolution,
was
harassed
by
the
same
Resturant
receptionist
Preshkaya
who
questioned
our
room
reservation
and
harassing
us
she
also
told
us
there
were
no
tables
available
and
told
us
to
sit
outside
when
there
was
more
than
10
tables
available
.
Late
check-out
dispute:
Despite
arranging
a
late
check-out
with
the
night
manager
a
rude
agent
called
demanding
an
immediate
departure,
causing
further
distress.
Overall
negative
experience:
Our
overall
experience
was
negative,
and
the
hotel's
impolite
behavior
overshadowed
any
positive
aspects,
except
for
the
service
provided
by
Jasurbek.
Additionally,
the
room's
AC
was
ineffective,
and
there
was
a
persistent
smoke
smell.
