I like this place, lived here for 3 years and it was awesome, flawless stay. Staff were very nice. They have all amenities from gym, pool, sauna, bar, restaurant, etc.. They are just opposite Al Ain Mall and few minutes away from town center. Location is great and it’s quiet. I want to acknowledge the housekeeping team, service workers, security and all other staff and management for taking care of us. Absolutely satisfied with their service and still we are staying back in this place every time we are in Al Ain once or twice a week 😊

I wasn't able to stay overnight in this hotel but I am really looking forward to. We were there for a consular outreach on a weekend. Staffs are all great, friendly and attentive to all our needs (especially the porters which assisted us without any prompting). The ambience & the hotel itself, is modern (even though it was established years ago already! And yet, still well-maintained and clean. The location is also perfect! Aside from the fact that they have ample parking spaces both street & basement parking designated for guests, Al Ain Mall is just few meters away! You can literally just cross the road! I'm looking forward to stay in this hotel when I get to explore Al Ain with my family & friends this winter!

We had a pleasant stay here. The check in staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms neat and were ready as soon as we arrived. The check in went smooth. Extra bed we requested and paid for with our booking were setup soon. Great sized room and amenities for the Executive Suite. Room is large enough to add extra cot for a child (with payment). But toiletries were not provided for the extra bed. Kitchenette had microwave, fridge and kettle with tea/coffee. Location is great, just across the road from Al Ain mall.

I stayed at the Ayla Grand for one week in September. I don't think this hotel should have a 5-star rating - maybe 3-star at best. First, the rooms were old with many features needing repair/improvement. We routinely did not have cold water coming from the faucets, and maintenance wasn't able to do anything to fix the situation. Various features (e.g., mirror in the bathroom, cabinet doors) didn't function properly. The walls were so thin that we overheard the couples next door enjoying themselves more than once. Second, the service was terrible. Housekeeping was spotty and didn't come at predictable times - we once had them show up at 6pm after assuming they had just skipped us for the day. Due to the lack of cold water, we put in a maintenance request, and the man who responded didn't understand why it was a problem. His solution was to leave the water running for 20 minutes to see if that fixed things. He then left to check on something and said he would be back in 30 minutes (which would have been 10pm) and never showed. We decided to go to bed and put do not disturb on the door in case he came back. Sure enough, at 11:30pm he knocked on our door, then CALLED us when we did not answer. We had to answer the phone and tell him it was late and we were trying to sleep. Overall, I would not recommend and would not stay again. There are far better places to stay in Al Ain.

It was the most amazing experience I've ever had after ages with my lovely family. Wonderful place and very kind and friendly staff. The food is so delicious and there are wide varieties available in the buffet. And what more....the location is accessible to all the kind of amusement and we enjoyed as much as we can. Specially the hotel is very clean and interior design is arranged in way you feel like you are in a different world. I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to hotel management and the coperative staff.

The service was really bad and room was not even clean and when we called the room service she replied after finishing my dinner I will assist you , and when we spoke to the reception they don’t even take any action. It deserves 3 stars not even 5

This hotel is deteriorating and has become so bad in a few years. Furniture is outdated, and the facilities need renovation yesterday. People smoking in nonsmoking rooms, which is not acceptable but no ones care. TV channels are so limited that it made me feel that I'm back in time. This should be my last stay at this hotel.

This is a very beautiful hotel, their services are magnificent and the staff are so kind and helpful. A five star hotel but very affordable. They offer personal hygiene supplies like dental care kit, shower cap, Infiniti kit (earbuds, cotton and a nail file), shaving kit, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Anytime I find myself in Al Ain again this will be home. Don't forget to carry your gym and swim wear.

If you want to enjoy the comfort of a hospitable 5 star hotel, Ayla Grand Hotel is the right place to go. During my 13 day stay there I enyoyed tasty meals and excellent room service from cheerful and energetic staff like Vingesh. May Allah bless them all.

I would rate this hotel a 3 star rating at most, not a 5-star one. I gave this hotel a 3 out of 10 for cleanliness; during my month-long stay, I raised multiple complaints about the poor cleaning! They don't care to clean the sink, kitchen, or replace the trash can. I complained numerous times, and even the supervisors came and took pictures twice ! but nothing changed. The suite is cleaned every three days, but it seems like they didn't clean anything. When it was all over, I got tired and started cleaning on my own. They don't even care about customer complaints, even though I've reported to them multiple times without receiving a response.

A simple elegant hotel with a great value. We had a spacious executive room which was functional with wifi and cozy living room. However the kitchen needed more equipments like more water, cutleries or even glasses. The breakfast had many varied choices and was good quality.

I want to thank Ashwin for being assertive in helping me with my baggage. Of all the hotels I have been, he is the only staff who immediately approach me upon seeing me in the elevator that I have alot of things to carry. He even booked for a taxi and helped me automatically to carry all my staff immediately without even calling him. He even offered me tea and coffee while waiting for taxi. He is the only staff I met who is very hospitable in their guests. His effort is beyond on what is expected for him to do. Ayla Grand hotel is very lucky to have him as part of their hotel. He is one in the million people that you will encounter. And a person like him is very hard to find. Thank you Ashwin😊 I will never forget your gestures, kindness and effort you have showed to your guest especially your hardwork and dedication to your work. Keep up the good Job😊 GODBLESS😊😊😊 I want to thank Carla Cabral for accommodating and assissting us in our room. She is very polite, kind, approachable, courteous and she smiles in all her guests. She explained very well the details of our hotel and very helpful in assisting us in our requests. She is very hardworking and I am very satisfied to her service. Thank you Carla and keep it up the goodwork. The Ayla Grand hotel is very lucky to have you as part of the team.😊

I had a great stay in this hotel over Eid Holiday. I love the architecture of this place. Spacious rooms and very quiet. Great pool with lifeguard, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym, very clean. I enjoyed all! Good location to Al Ain Mall. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast could be improved with more international cuisine and certainly with fresh bread and morning pastry. I will come again.

A well-managed Hotel with a great team. Ayla Grand Hotel is almost one of the best hotels in Al Ain and of course the best Ayla facility in the city. They offer a gym and rooftop pool with a small cafe called Sky5. The hotel is facing Al Ain mall and the facility is really nice and neat. Recommended for tourists who want to stay and explore the city.

Not coming again. I would say its more of a 3-4 star hotel, the only good thing is suite size and kitchen in the 3 bedroom suite, other than that it was a bad experience, i have already told the person in charge ( mr.nasser) about all the problems we faced.

The most organised and clean gym facility in town . Very quite place during weekday's, best pool chill out if you are staying in AlAin for a weekend and doesn't have better plans on your off. Very quite place , no loud music , no party people , and no kids screaming over your head, relaxation is on maximum 😌 ✨

Ayla Grand Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfy and the facilities like the gym and pool are top-notch. But if you're expecting a great view, you might be a bit let down. It doesn't spoil the whole stay, but it's something to keep in mind. So if you care more about a nice room than a nice view, this hotel is a solid choice.

During my month long stay at the hotel, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Barbar Ali from the housekeeping team. His family extended assistance, cooperation and efforts made my stay extremely successful. He was always there to help me with his professional attitude and ‘can do’ attitude. I praise Ayla Hotel for employing a staff member like Mr. Barbar. A man with considerable courtesy and a smile at all times. Well Don Mr. Barbar Ali from me it’s 100%

So apparently they just decided to cancel my reservation coz I was late for check in, ever heard of letting someone know? Or better yet reply to my email that I sent 8 hrs before my arrival asking for availability? I think this was very disrespectful.

Average. Nothing remarkable. I keep comparing hotels with Rove hotel at Dubai Parks, where I had a fantastic stay and a generous and friendly environment. At Rove, Each staff member was exceptional and ready to serve you. Here in this hotel corridor for hours, we see leftovers waiting to get cleared up. Hospitality makes a lot of difference. That's a lot less here. May be due to lack of staff and the management not given adequate training

Milk was not provided at night (0100 hours) despite making many requests. For 5 adults, two beds were there though but we were told that AED 150 would be charged for extra matteres coz we booked n paid online. Ridiculously told that "beds are large enough to accommodate 3 people".

It's one of the best hotels in Alain, I prefer to live in it every time I went to a win, quiet, helpful staff, generous, and clean. If you come to Alain this is your first option.

Would have been 5 stars if not for one unforgivable stupid incident. I asked them for some ice and they wanted to charge me for it. Hasn't happened to me in any other hotel in the UAE nor anywhere else in the world !!! I would have considered staying here again in the future but not after this.

  • 2/5 Asaad A. 1 year ago on Google
I booked it because it says that it’s a 5-Star hotel, but in reality it’s more of a 3-star hotel/service. Valet was not available, no one to greet you at the entrance, we asked for coffee space refilling and they just put tea and coffee bags at the door. The breakfast was the most disappointing thing however. Coffee was terrible and there’s not a lot of options to choose from. The only plus side is the elegance of the interior design of the hotel.

Excellent 6 star hotel rooms and very good reception services and excellent location I suggest adding grips in the shower cabin and replace the extra soft beach towels with bath towels and offering male masager in the Spa and more international TV channels

Good in terms of value for money. Room size was larger than most in Alain and they had a good restaurant

The hotel is known for a long time , i would say the stay was great , the staff are helpful, the only advise i can give is compare the prices between the reservation department and booking as they give sometimes better prices

The staff was excellent. Kind and friendly. I especially grateful to Arun (concierge) for his help. He went out of his way to ensure my needs were met. Breakfast buffet was great. One thing: please fix the TV in room 309 or change the controller. Not working properly.

A very nice, well-kept and clean hotel. The staff above average helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for everything. My husband and I felt very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was an added highlight during our stay with the wonderful and ever smiling lifeguard Derrek. The breakfast is wonderfully varied, our room had a fantastic view and all the important sights are very easy to reach. Certainly the best hotel for your visit to Al Ain.

I stayed here for over a month. Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely too. I had 1 Pilipino cleaner who was SO LOVELY. I wish I got his name and told reception how amazing he is. There’s another cleaner ( young boy) who did a bad job, he used the same cleaning cloth for the toilet and then used it to clean the sink ???!!!! I was in shock. My husband told him and he switched cloths but honestly made me feel like the whole place was dirty and started questioning if the hotel was as clean as it looks. Wish they are trained better with hygiene cleaning standards :(

I stayed in the hotel about one month. It was a nice experience. The food was great, the gym, the pool, the friendly staff… The location also near Al Ain mall is very convenient.

  • 3/5 Ahmed 1 year ago on Google
Good hotel, but the reception staff are not honest, one of them made me take the expensive room because they don't have the standard room as he said, and when I checked the booking app it was available 😊 Also I bought two breakfast vouchers from them and when I asked them if I can change one of them for a lunch voucher they refused and they said you have to buy a new one.. I really hated their unreliability and the way they treated the guests.

  • 3/5 Naseeb K. 1 year ago on Google
Building structure specially rooftop stepwise pool, city view in night is just perfect... But staff and reception are not well trained how to interact with guests, will kinda missbehave and even don't know it....
