The hotel is located in ain town . There is a small supermarket near the hotel. The room is quiet good but need to improve more ,complimentary water, tea and coffee. The bed is very comfortable, AC unit is quiet and very effective. Thanks to the staff for there welcome, generous smile and politeness.

We were obliged to book a suite that was so expensive compared with the ammenities ..everything is old and no luxury at all. other hotels rooms are better than this suite. We ordered for pizza that was very bad as frozen dought and nothing from an ordinary pizza. Late check out not available due to rush. the suite does not contain the foot washing vessel, the bathroom is so small. overall bad experience.

This place is 15 minutes drive from downtown, staff at the reception was not welcoming, they need to welcome every guest with a smile and kind words, the lady from Philippines,i forgot her name was kind enough to helped us,if you wouldn’t show the welcoming gesture then people like me will not consider staying in this hotel again, the breakfast was also normal, nothing special,we reached early and found nobody to help, room was big,the view from the room was also not very pleasant, but except the best and beautiful Grand Musjid can be seen from the window.the have a swimming pool and a gym, rest was fine.they also have a shaded parking only for the guest staying in a hotel, there is a small musjid and a hospital nearby.

We booked a deluxe room with twin beds for a family of four. The room is huge and neat. They still have some covid restrictions but overall quite nice getaway from Dubai. There is a small shopping mall from within the hotel which has almost everything that one may need, including basic food. What else you want. I will surely book again if we stay in Al Ain. Well worth the value!

Nothing to do with a 4 star hotel, very old style , not clean at all, furniture stained with God knows what We called the manager to witness the dirty stained surfaces and smelly room, we were immediately upgraded to a better sterilised and ean 1 bedroom suite Staff are freindly, Osama the manager proffesional, but the hotel is horrible ,breakfast was very very ordinary not uae hospitality though it was busy and alot of the guests were on what seems like business Location is excellent in the civil center of alain and just minutes drive away from jimi mall

Booked halls for two days consecutively and yet they did not even offer the bridal suite. Gave a room super far from the hall when asked for a suite they asked for additional charges. Then asked to change the beddings after bridal makeup, they reply saying they can’t change as we checked in today and bed sheets can be changed only once per day, even a 3 star hotel doesn’t say that. The room service was extremely slow. Very regretful

One of the worst stays I have had. The rooms are not very clean. Furniture is very old. I was put in a room with a door that connects to another bedroom where other people are staying and they were very disturbing. I could hear all the conversations they were having. I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel. I haven’t even checked out yet and I have decided I will definitely not be coming back.

Last August, my family and I stayed for 1 night. When we reached, the lobby was crowded to the extent that guests were standing in lines. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get to our rooms!! There was clearly an issue with the rooms and reservations!! The overall design and style of the whole place including rooms and corridors are outdated. I found some stains on the curtains, the carpet and on the couch. The room had dust and bad smell. Cleanliness was below average. The Breakfast was very bad for 4star hotel!!

Good value hotel that's popular with locals. It has a small shopping centre and medical facility in the building The food was very reasonably priced and was tasty Staff were very friendly and helpful 😄

We went here to have lunch in one of their restaurants - it was an open buffet for 75 AED per person and we loved it. Enough of options. Ideal for business lunch, or with family

I went to eat buffet in Ayla, wasn't impressed by the number of dishes they'd. Very limited options with big price tag. I think they can do it better if they include more dishes.

Graduation Party I always make our company event here in Ayla hotel or Grand. The staff are very helpful and attentive to details. Very accommodating in regards with our request. Best value for money, venue is spacious and clean staff are friendly from check in to check out and even the banquets team, food buffet are best value for money. I highly recommend for company events and party.

room is ok. but sometimes you will hear noises outside the room which I really find it annoying. it's ok. but I came here in reviews to personally thank Ms. Hnin for her effort guiding us and helping in checking in. she's so nice. I hope more people like her ... she's really trying to give her best to meet the satisfaction of customers. thank you and we really appreciated it... room is ok... nice... only the thing is the noises coming from outside room. it's really annoying.

Although the hotel itself is good, the hotel management is very rude and not at all user-friendly. Despite requesting early check-in well in advance, with the option to pay extra if needed, they asked us to wait until 1 PM upon arrival. They kept insisting that no rooms were available, even though we had seen at least 7-8 families checking out between 8-10 AM. The previous day, someone else had requested an early check-in and was initially told that no rooms were available, but once they found out that the person was from South Korea, suddenly a room became available and they were able to check in. It's possible that the hotel is accepting early room requests on a country basis, but I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor treatment we received from the management.

The hotel is neat and clean, only thing is cloth fabric furniture is very awkward. Better to find good price through online app otherwise at the counter they will say small rooms are not available.
