The rooms are very clean and comfy. I stayed here for a business trip due to the overall excellent staff and services my experience was very good. Rooms are very nice , Housekeeping service is very good and sometimes they put letters with names and wishes that look very nice. The check in staff is very nice and helpful as a member of Marriott They are treated very nicely. Gym facilities are available , the swimming pool is very small , the roof top bar is very nice and all drinks are available. Some days late night parties and shows are running on the top floor that we can also enjoy. Location is quite good behind the stadium and for transport facilities taxis are available and in walking distance local bus stop is also available.

One of the best hotels in Al Ain, their smallest room, large in size compared to other hotels, the price seems reasonable, even if it is a little more than what it is worth. Their treatment was nice and friendly, especially Mr. Kelum Suresha, who when I faced a simple problem did not hesitate to solve it personally, and made sure to satisfy me well, and Mr. shamika jayawardana, who welcomed me well and completed the check-in quickly and was smiling and friendly. Cleanliness can be further improved so that the guest can enjoy greater comfort The hotel is distinguished by its proximity to the football field, around it there are many restaurants and cafes and it is full of life. I highly recommend it.

It's a nice hotel the service is good, very clean, parkings are always available, the location is great in the Alain square, and right next to Al Jimi mall. The only thing is that it's more of a business hotel no activity for the kids.

A modern, well appointed hotel, with good facilities, excellent service and a great location. I couldn't fault it - compared to many 5 star hotels I've stayed at this 4 star is better. The rooms are well lit, spacious and clean boasting pretty much all facilities you might expect. Bathrooms are bright and innovative, yet private. The roof pool is tiny, but adequate to freshen up, surrounded by an ample terrace and several bars serving reasonably priced good and drinks. The restaurant was the equal of any hotel you might choose and though I only enjoyed breakfast there, it set the standard for excellent food and service you should expect here. I will definitely return next time I'm in Al Ain.

What a great hotel and first-class service! Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it at all as I had a bad cold and slept in. But the staff were so helpful, brought extra breakfast to the room and much more. On the day of departure before I left for Oman, I was at least able to have breakfast in the restaurant again. Wow! What a selection, what freshness. Even homemade makdous. This hotel is completely underrated for what it offers and the wonderful staff. Like in a palace. Thanks again to Hazel and Kareem and the many others! We will be back InsahAllah! (Pictures made by my wife)

Wonderful hotel, lovely infinity pool and rooms are huge. Kids loved it and so did I. Surely be first choice whenever we are in Al Ain. There is noisy bar at top but wouldnt bothered that much. Overall good experience

Was a great stay. Both front desk Managers last night and in the morning shown to be well trained and eager to exceed expectations. Furniture was clean, as well as hallways were smelling nice (since some other aloft surprised me on the opposite). Bed was very comfortable. Everything feels rather new. Not the least the valet service was excellent too…great team. I hope to travel and stay here again. 👌🏻

My brother checked in at room 102 last night. It was a good experience. The hotel lobby is clean and hygenic. The room is spacious and clean too. The following day, we had our breakfast. Someone from the front desk greeted me. He was so accommodating. The breakfast area is clean too. Waiters are attentive. The chef is offering a lot of choices. Most of all. The food is fresh Its was a great experience.

It’s my second time here in Aloft hotel, really GREAT hotel. The staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. The hotel super clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Variate options in the breakfast. Very helpful dialect Egyptian receptionist, we get great service from that girl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing which should be changed the telephone in the rooms, is old and doesn’t working as well. Thank you all staff in Aloft Al Ain❤️

Nice and trendy, the food was just okay, edible but not the best. I was there on a business trip. Location is great, and room was wonderful and large. Comfy and cozy in general, nice staff and cool vibe.

Aloft is a modern hotel. It's a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Good hotel if you wish to explore beautiful Al Ain. It has a kind of music industry theme to it. The rooms and service are great. Check out the rooftop pool which has good views. I've stayed twice and my only minor observation is that checkin on both occasions seemed to take a long time.

Modern and stylish 4-star business hotel but also perfect for a leisure weekend in Al Ain. Conveniently located within Al Ain Square area giving you access to cafes and restaurants. It’s right next to the Hazaa stadium and Al Ain Football Club store. Two bars to choose from. I liked the rooftop pool bar.

My morning was going fine. Things turned amazing due to the care and attention given to me and my friends thanks to Praveen. It’s rare to find a bartender that is solely focused on how the guests stay is going. 10/10 recommend aloft. But 11/10 thanks to a Praveen. Truly exceptional.

Had a great service by the hotel staff as our company seminar was organised in this hotel. Food was amazing with great buffet for breakfast snack and lunch. The venue had restrooms along with ablution area for Muslims if they wanted to perform prayer.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy too. However the corridor that leads to the rooms smells bad, and elevators are more of industrial look. If you usually book with breakfast, I advise you not to do. Breakfast is expensive compared to the quality and variety of food and service is not as expected.

Great 5 nights experience, superb decoration, amazing service and great amenities. However there is no valet but the parking is shaded and have easy access to the hotel.

As a titanium member, we asked for a quiet room in advance. During our first stay (on the way to Oman), there was a group of chess team staying at the hotel and it was unbearably loud - those kids were running around and going from room to room all night long. So we kindly asked again when we checked out to have a quiet room on the way back from Oman because we booked one more night after a few days. They have given us a similar room, the room smelled horrible, shower mouldy and no kits available in the room. The walls in general is very thin so you can easily hear your neighbours speaking or watching TV. We asked for a quiet room three times and asked for a corner room but apparently not possible (it was Monday night). I guess I will avoid this one in the future. I don't have anything against Aloft in general but it has not been a pleasant experience twice.

  • 2/5 Mariam A. 4 months ago on Google
Rooms are very dusty, I kept sneezing the whole day. No kits available in the washroom, I had to specially ask room service to bring it. Didn’t like how the small cafe does not have plates, I had to ask the reception for this as well. Overall, not a very good experience, when it comes to hygiene or dust, I cannot compromise due to my allergies and sensitive skin.

The hotel is near Hazza Stadium in Qattara. It is not luxurious hotel. There is no valet parking. You need to self park. The rooms are not spacious. The sink in our room was not working. There are no facilities in the rooms. You need to order if you want a robe or slippers. No sewing equipment or cotton buds or shower caps. The breakfast was in Olive Garden restaurant on the ground floor. There is outdoor seating area. The food is good and staff is friendly and attentive.

Never ever ever book this hotel. It is right next to the stadium and music goes on till 11:50 PM. The hotel staff doesn’t have decency to accommodate you to another room. Worst of hotels in Al Ain. Please do not book this hotel at any cost.

Our team had a great time at Aloft. Part of our package was an all inclusive stay for around 600 per room. Olive Garden's food was so delicious.

It is a nice place. Near Hazza bin Zayed stadium, near most of restaurants. My only problem is it’s a little bit expensive compared to other hotels in Al Ain. One more thing is that the rooms were not sound proofed properly that you can hear children and people talking outside or in the corridor. Their bar is so loud to the point that you can’t sleep well enough until it’s 12mn. Otherwise, accessible, nice location, beautiful interior and comfortable bed 😄

I don’t ever write reviews but a heads up if you want to come to aloft. Service is extremely poor, quality terrible. The dj dara is the worst I’ve ever heard. The music is shocking, run away

We stayed two days in Al Ain with our family after a longer stay in Abu Dhabi as a getaway and to check out what Al Ain has to offer. As we are loyal to Marriott, we chose the Aloft Hotel as our Homebase. That was a big mistake. During our stay, a sports event took place, which made a stay in our room unbearable. They had a big basketball court set up right in front of our room. And when I say right in front, I mean RIGHT IN FRONT. Loud (very loud) music and games going on until 12 a.m. at night made sleeping impossible till that time. (We were traveling with our 2 yo son...) Also, all the players stayed at the hotel, so the hotel was packed and a room change was impossible. Breakfast also was a disaster due to the many people. It felt like a train station. We politely complained after the first night, the staff really tried their best I have to say in their defense, but no room change possible. If such events take place, guests must be informed. We would definitely not have booked that hotel, because we came to Al Ain for quiet and peace, not for action and basketball. After check out, we were told, that the issue would be escalated to the management for compensation. That was two weeks ago, of course nothing happened, so now this review unfortunately stands. Marriott, we are definitely used to a better service and better communication!! I cannot recommend the ALoft in Al Ain.

I was regular customer for aloft hotel long time however Since 3 years I didn’t come to Alain so I had recently booked with them again, and I am not sure if the management change .. but the service went really down comparing to before.. very poor customer service, rude reception, inability to handle customer need though resources are available. And i am not talking about receptionists only also superiors who were supposed to facilitate the stay and to ensure customer have wonderful experience.. very disappointed why this lovely hotel ended up like this !!

Very poor quality of service or even the staffs. I went for a recruitment event (which already was booked earlier) but unfortunately, they refused to let any of the attendees enter the hotel, even though the number of candidates was huge, they should expect from the beginning that, and they should provide a proper place to meet the candidates, and they should expect any number or it's better to refuse the offer from the begging, that they don't have enough capacity to accept these huge numbers of candidates because of the current situation of COVID-19,

Description is misleading. We booked two queen beds (which are 160cm in UAE), but they only have two double beds (which are 140cm in UAE). The room description must be accurate. Tried to ask management to change it and they offered a single king bed. Wouldn’t be a problem if we weren’t 4 people. Extremely disappointed. Not staying in any aloft anymore. Can’t trust misleading information. If you’re booking, please be advised that a queen bed is not a queen bed. Attached is a picture of the bed. With that being said, the staff has been super friendly. They said they understood the issue and will be fixing soon. They also handled nicely another issue. First dinner at the hotel was amazing, albeit the quantity was huge. It was a la carte menu. The second day the dinner was not so great (didn’t taste as good as the first day) as it was served in a buffet style. Still, once again, the staff has been amazing.

  • 3/5 Namal G. 9 months ago on Google
The Hotel , general ambience and the staff were very good . A little dissapointed on the dinner spread as we got a Half board package. comparatively the Breakfast was better. I would have been if we opted for the B&B package .

I am pleased with the room service as well as the staff, but the Pool staff literally ruined the whole experience. As per one particular individual, it is not allowed to wear cotton clothes in the pool.when asked the reason, he was dumbfounded, unable to provide a reason. He literally asked me to leave, just because of my shirt. I have never experienced such a rule before in any other pool or hotel. I really didn't understand how my shirt could cause anyone any harm.

Good relatively new hotel near stadium, so during events gets really crowded and noisy, their rooms allocation is poor as did not accommodate my request for non smoking but rather gave me smoking one! Of course objectedso end up is twin room instead of king bed...!! Sleep quality is poor as led light from switch in room very bright at night and hotel staff work in corridors very noisy despite do not disturb light on. Breakfast food is below mark as it was cold for hot dish..!

  • 1/5 Francois M. 1 year ago on Google
What you need to know - On match nights (adjacent Grand Stadium), you can hear the public shouting. So far it's bearable. BUT - On Friday and Saturday, you feel like your bed is in the middle of the disco. The sound is deafening. Obviously, the hotel does not inform customers before that they are going to have a sleepless night... The staff apologizes afterwards, but it's just to make it seem like your opinion matters

Very very bad service. We came today to chill and ask for specific place, they told us not allowed as the place is for 4person. Just after few minutes couple came and sit in the place where we wanted and suddenly they converted the area for 2person. What kind of service you guys have. Discrimination also applies in your bar. So disappointing. I do believe that 1st impression/experience always last….

The worst customer service I have received in a hotel. The staff are simply incompetent, and need to be trained on how to handle simple guest requests. A simple in room dining order had to go back and forth 4 times. Very bad experience

  • 5/5 Tony M. 1 year ago on Google
Great service. Especially, the breakfast buffet restaurant staff. I went near to the closing time and wanted to have wafers which got over and the staff, I think he is the Manager who asked the chef to make it specially for me! It just shows how much they care about their guests. Now, that's called a good customer service.

  • 2/5 Chafik B. 1 year ago on Google
I didn't stay in the hotel, but I went to the top bar to have a relax drink with friend. The atmosphere was very bad. A fight between two customers makes the experience very bad and the security guys were not really doing properly their job. Definitely, I will think twice before coming back to this place.

  • 1/5 Huda A. 1 year ago on Google
Terrible service and very poorly trained staff who struggles to use the right language with guests. Although I attempted to escalate the issues faced in good faith and did return back to the hotel for another visit following promised improvements, I saw the situation worse off than before and one member of staff lied about her position among other things. Very unfortunate and a real waste of time trying to reason with them on basic tourism concepts.

My stay at Aloft Al Ain was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff overall is amazing too. My stay was pleasant and would like to thank Doreen and Zubair specifically for their wonderful service. Will definitely recommend
