Poor service on every front. They don't have a spare phone charger, they won't replace shampoo, soap if you stay more than one night. Stingy in providing water in rooms. Floor in rooms is bare, they won't provide slippers. AC control is bad. Last, stingy in everything

Poor service, not good hospitality, no toothbrush in toilet, rooms are not clean, poor service ever I seen.

The man at reception by the name of Julu had told me one thing about the room’s bed sizes and I specifically asked again twice to confirm to which he confirmed and said yes. But when I checked in the room it was something completely different. Their English is very broken and unfortunately they can’t correctly communicate with clients. I felt cheated and they weren’t willing to compromise on any front when I asked. It’s a nice and well kept hotel, but staff can’t communicate correctly in English which is very annoying for a visitor like myself.

سيء جدا جدا والدي كان خارج من مستشفى توام و حجزنا تقريبا اسبوع عشان قريب من المستشفى و قامو بعض الأصدقاء بزيارة والدي المريض و لم يقبل الاوتيل تزويدنا ب كراسي للجلوس طلبنا كرستين فقط لا غير للأسف خدمة سيئة و فاشلة و تجربة غير مريحة

It was a spaciaous room Close to center Good for money Has a TV and fridge Also coffee and boiler The only problem was the noise from street And there was construction work that tarted early in morning

Hi used to travel a lot all over UAE for business and usually stay in hotels, staying in All Seasons hotel was one of bad experiences, i haven't met with such dry staff. If u greet them they wouldn't respond and in my 3 nights stay, i didnt meet with single person in staff who were hospitable and polite. Overall bad experience, will never recommend and stay there again. Rest room and other stuff were all below average, it didnt seem to 4 star hotel at all
