Finally a place where we can have exquisite and guilt free food. I recommend their burgers (chicken/beef) its their best seller!!! Plus they serve speciality coffee. Good coffee and healthy food=rare combination

Great spot for those who are health-conscious, but don't want to sacrifice taste. #Gluten-free pizza and pancake are very good, but I hope to see more gluten-free options on the menu soon. 😊 Also a #coffeelovers dream with many tasty brews.

This place is quick and convenient but the prices are a bit high. Still, it's really convenient and small. I can get in and out quickly without too much trouble. Plus, they have a lot of imported food that we can't find at other local stores. (By imported food, I mean American junk food. Don't judge me.) I've found myself shopping her more because of the pizza dough, waffles, yogurt and other items that I just can't get from anywhere else. Parking is a problem in the evening. There is always a spot a little further down, but you will have to walk to get up to the story.

We have be consistent customers of ZeroFat for sometime now and did enjoy their food. BUT they keep changing the quality and consistency of their items. They sent us Halloumi sandwiches with 1 and 1/4 pieces of halloumi (normally they have 5 to 6 pieces). Complained to the restaurant and they told us to order again to replace these items. Then they charged us and didn't send the free items. Zerocustomerservice

Worst staff and services They are so unprofessional they did not follow up properly and they can do many mistakes on the same time and instead of fixing their mistakes they keep arguing with you And the delivery is another story he called hundred times a day to get the location and then did not deliver bcz u did not pock up the phone so if u have a meeting you will stay hungry all the day and then they will blame you why u did not pick up this how …. They are I will never ever renew with them again

This was not an enjoyable experience with ZeroFat. Price is reasonable but the quality of food is repeated non stop and the quality seems poor. Customer service is never involved and doesn't seem to care. I know this review won't do anything and the company won't improve upon reading this. But I do hope they improve in the coming years as they need to.

I am definitely a foodie and I apreciate good food. Textures and taste always on point, sometimes it's kindof crowded but that can mean only one thing. People love it. Since they started serving coffee the place got perfect. I wish it was a bit bigger because gainz take a lot of space. Monthly meal plan is saving my life big time too. Recommending the Oreo brownie and pizza margarita, chicken teriyaki tower for brekfast and of course acai bowl with a cup of coffee. For a great cheat meal I recommend the burger ! Guilt free restaurant !

They have the worse customer service you can imagine. I have told the team twice I want 5 days only they deliver again 6 days. They stoped the delivery at Eid without notice and the customer service was not responding for the whole process. The food is also not good and neither is their prices. I have never ever seen this amount of inefficiency.

Some of there foods is good And the other not that quality!! the price not response at all I think they need to re-evaluate the prices And add more items in there menu at the end in my opinion you should give them try And If you compare them with other fast food restaurants They will be the good choice

Breakfast was good.. coffee was great. The prices were a bit higher than the rest of the restaurants in the area but worth it. Definitely recommended if you watching what you eat they have plenty of healthy options

I ordered Acai and i clearly informed the waiter that i have severe allergy from sesame seeds, and he clearly mentioned to me that in the acai there is no seasme seeds ,,, after eating acai i started to feel allergic i looked clearly in the granola and found pieces on sesame seeds ,,, i was terrified and had to be admitted to hospital ,,, they called the chef and the chef said he was new. He didn’t know it had sesame after clearly mentioning I’m allergic to sesame seeds and they guaranteed me. It has no sesame seeds inside.

Worst service provider ever. Don't even try subscribing. They don't deliver as agreed, nobody reaches out to provide an update; emails, WhatsApp messages and calls go unanswered. The meals are similar, you will be surprised to get chicken for lunch and dinner on the same day. Premium tears. Biggest regret this March. I can't wait for the 24 days to end.

I have been a customer with ZEOR fat for about 9 months now and do plan to continue doing so for a while. It has helped me maintain a healthy diet in my busy schedule and the food actually taste good, especially as I am a very picky eater I'm on a customizable plan which they adjust according to my needs but within a healthy system. I joined with the goal of loosing weight and I can say in all fairness that it has been a life changer and the results are what's needed (if you join a weight loss plan you might find it difficult to adjust to the food portions the first week but after that you get used to it and you see the results). I highly recommend. Customer service can be improved as I struggled at the start, but then Mr Elias has been wonderful to deal with, always helpful and present to make sure my needs are met.

My husband and I have subscribed to the monthly meal plans and have lost our joy in food ever since. The quality of the food is far from our standard, we can’t even eat it. Unfortunately, the customer service is in deed ZERO after we paid! I have filled the online contact form, tried to call the customer service number AND the mobile number that was communicating until payment for days, never reached anyone!

Very friendly staff and helpful. I have asked for burger 🍔 without bread. They suggested a burger covered with lettuce. Thank you. But it came with bread crumbs 🤪. Be carful with details of the order. I have asked for sparkling water. Even they don’t have such but they have ordered from the nearby Baqala. Smart and fast.

Although this supermarket is small compared to Carrefour or Lula, it has a good selection of products. They also stock a lot of items from the US, UK and other countries. Fresh baked bread is available daily and there is deli counter with different kinds of meats, cheese, olives, etc. In addition, the have meat department that has a good choice of steak, chicken and other products. There is also a Butcher shop located next door that stocks non-Muslim meats and other products.

Food is good quality but the new menu has increased prices...you must pay extra to add chicken to some meals that used to have it included before. Example some of the salads😕 Not happy with paying a bigger price and get less in return.

This place is hype and pricey. The sandwiches were not anything out of the ordinary. Because, they declare the calorie count of the items on their menu and because, they add a leaf or two, the "healthy" tag is attached to what they offer. Overall, pretty banal and over-priced offerings on the menu.
