I can only say good about this center from the beginning to the end. The therapists are soo nice, professionals and work with passion. Lots of thanks to the team. And my 13months baby started getting more strength and improving gradually, we are really happy for that. I'm satisfied with the help and service of Mrs Karen too, shes always present. For the past 6 months we have been taking our son to Hope Abilitation Center for occupational and speech therapies. I would like to share my comments here which might be helpful for those parents scouting for similar services. Overall a safe, clean and kid friendly environment and support staff. In my experience working with the therapists, all are well experienced and thoroughly trained in their stream of expertise to deal with the little kids. Sessions are conducted with thorough plan and conducted using structured programs to track and report progress. At the end of each session the therapists will give a brief summary of how did the session go and any areas where parents can focus at home. Clinic is quite busy and most of the therapists are fully booked Initially we struggled a bit with scheduling the sessions. But recently they expanded the facility and doubled the staff count to accommodate busy schedules. Although the clinic is not listed with my insurance for cashless transactions, the clinic manager and the staff have been very helpful and provided all the needed support to procure GOP letter from insurance and now the clinic and Insurance work seamlessly and claims are processed directly. Parking within the compound could be a little tricky at times but there is enough free parking space behind the clinic. So far we are satisfied with our son's progress and hoping for the best results. Wishing you the best and hope these comments were helpful for you.

Absolutely amazing place. Very friendly staff. Committed therapists. Went for a 3 week intensive therapy for my 8 year old boy. The results are really promising. PT by Mostafa and CME by Aysegul was an eye opener for us with various new techniques being used. Rabab had a lot of tips n tricks for OT. FT with Bhanu was very helpful. Karen has been an amazing coordinator starting 6 months before the visit and continues to do the same even post the sessions.

Sandy our therapist from Hope had been doing amazing things for us since we started the therapy sessions with them for a boy who was unable to say a single word before their care to now… “ Let me give you a kiss Mama.. I love you Papa.. I feel happy.. I am hungry..etc🙏🙏🙏🙏” It made a huge difference and improvement on the kids life and the whole family as well. We are so glad we found Hope in the beginning of our journey, the staffs Karen and Christine are very accommodating and patient with all our inquiries and flexible with our schedule up to the present. I highly recommend this facility to all the families who are at lost on where to seek help with their children whether it be speech, eating and motor delays and to understand better what your kids are going through.

Hope in our experience has been a very professional and child friendly pediatric center of excellence. We are very pleased with our daughter's progress after her sessions with the physiotherapist, Ms. Khushboo. Our daughter has progressed from supported walking with both hands to walking with the support of 1 hand and standing independently for a short period. Ms. Khushboo's dedication and innovative approach has been very beneficial.

Fantastic place for families to help and speed up children’s timely development. We did an intensive course of sessions and were very pleased with the progress. This was our first encounter with the therapy and we learned a lot as parents. What was particularly helpful is HOPE’s immediate availability to start the therapy, without lengthy waiting lists. We appreciate and are grateful to the efforts of the team in putting us on the right and fast track for set goals.

My experience with hope is a journey of hope, dedication and faith. At the beginning, things seemed difficult and didn’t know where to start. Excellent multidisciplinary therapy center where the child's wellbeing is really the number 1 priority! The management team and staff are so professional, dedicated and most accomodating. And the therapists are knowledgeable and most importantly so passionate about their work and striving for progress as much as the parents. The journey with our children requires hard work and a lot of patience but when it is in the right place with the right people then we as parents feel so reassured and so hopeful about the future of our kids! Been bringing my daughter at hope for the last 2 months, and can see a huge improvement in all aspects. Love all the team members, their hard work and dedication in helping my daughter reach her goals is commendable! Definitely the best place for paediatric therapy in Dubai!

My son had an OT consultation at Hope and it was one of the most disappointing experiences. We had consultation with their OT Miss Z (name with held as its nothing personal) was not at all professional. Right from the first glance she stood quietly watching us without even introducing herself when we were at the reception. It was only the receptionist who then told us your therapist is just standing behind you. As we entered the consultation room, it felt more like a one way consultation as barely she asked any history or questions related to my child. The therapist was more focused on filling their assessment form which I understand might be important but you also, need to get patient background, behavior aspects and information from parents because that will certainly help in the child therapy and management. Towards the end of the session, there was bubble water spilled in some corner, no cleaner was called and my son had slipped and soiled his clothes completely. I found the therapist approach very casual and more like a nursery teacher. There was no definite management plan given to me at that time and only thing mentioned was they will provide some report after a week. Overall, I felt as I have wasted my time and money for no reason. I did complain to their management about my dissatisfaction they said they will revert back but they never did.

I took my 2-year-old to Hope AMC for an assessment when we were on vacation in Dubai from the UK. I felt his speech was not appropriate for his age and noticed some sensory issues. We were made to fill out a form and had assessments with a couple of wonderful and knowledgeable therapists. They explained everything about my son, his speech delay and sensory disorder. I was only in Dubai for a short stay they accommodated me into their busy schedule so I could have an intensive before leaving. I ended up extending my stay as I noticed improvement in my son’s speech, behavior and sensory processing. Overall my experience was extremely positive I highly recommend Hope.

I come to HOPE for my daughter’s speech/feeding therapy. Mansi is her therapist. She has been doing an amazing job. I can see my daughter has started to speak and use more words.highly recommend Her. She also has her OT therapy with zoe and she has been doing great with her too. I can see my daughter improve with every passing day Lastly mhea and sara both are very very good and has helped my daughter alot.

Scheduling was chaos, reception incompetent. When we finally managed to get physiotherapy slot for our daughter and went to the clinic (she needed post injury physical therapy and had a doctor's letter with instructions), they did some generic unnecessary assessment, to then let us know we have come for nothing as their physical therapists don't deal with post injury (?!) in the first place, they only know how to treat neurological deficiencies... Which they could have told us when we made an appointment or asked to send the letter ahead of time....in any case, having a specialized children's therapy center that's not able to deal with simple injury seems like a waste of time and space...in Europe, any certified physical therapists is able to treat a variety of disabilities

My son is with therapist Mr. Mustafa He is one of the best therapist in dubai. I tried so many places and no one was similar to him. Highly recommended this center to the parent who has special need child.

I know how hard it can be for parents to find the right place and right therapy and trustful therapists. The staff is so professional and dedicated. The therapists are passionate about their work. Excellent place for CME, physiotherapy, my daughter has shown lot of improvement.

My son who has Autism has had much improvement with the ABA therapists. We are very happy with our BCBA Yvonne and our RBT who I call his guardian angel. She is such a blessing in my son's life. I will not reveal her name so I can selfishly keep her availability for my son who sees her daily. I hope the center will expand and bring more exceptional staff to have a great multidisciplinary team.

HOLD ON PAIN ENDS...This is so apt for this therapy center. After a long wait of 2 years(thanks to covid) , we finally decided to fly to Dubai from Doha for 3 weeks for my daughter s intensive program particularly CME. And , this was a decision I would never regret. CME is definitely a game changer and it worked wonders. We could see a more stronger trunk and a better posture within the short span of 3 weeks. Ms. Liliana was the therapist who worked with inaaya and she did a brilliant job. Everyone we dealt with at Hope were friendly and helpful. Ms.khushboo and Mr.Adel , our physiotherapists were wonderful. All of them made sure we understood what was being done and How and Why. Most importantly, they armed us with the knowledge, skills and exercises to continue our home program, which is so very important for us parents. Ms. Amal Tolba, the director and founder of Hope , is an amazing , compassionate and such a humble personality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was always available to guide us. I am in awe of her and her commitment to all of the kids and their families who s lives she has touched in so many ways.Truly grateful for the opportunity to have had an intensive with Hope and looking forward to more that will aid in my daughter s progress. My son loves going to hope for his sessions and that itself says a lot..the therapists are very professional and friendly with the kids at the same time making them feel safe and comfortable..he is learning each day and we can definitely see improvement in the way he is interacting with others and voicing his needs..

We started visiting HOPE for our 2 year old son in October 2021. Since then we have a come a long way when it comes to improvement in his physical and motor developments, his speech and issues related to his feeding. We began physiotherapy with Ms. Khushboo. She has a very vast and rich experience in her field. She identified the gaps/problems correctly was able to address them really well. Ms Mansi worked on his feeding and speech problems. This area was 1 big challenge with our son. But Ms Mansi has exhibited a lot of patience and has always been very calm even when results were delayed. But we eventually started getting results and from thereon there has been constant improvement. Our son does occupational therapy with Ms Rabab and she is by far the best thing that has happened to our son so far. We have seen so much progress and improvements in Anshs motor skills, gross and fine both, lot of independence skills coming. Our son has become very affectionate towards her and it shows how much efforts shes putting into the child. We are very very thankful to all of them for all their efforts and tremedous dedication. Even the support staff at HOPE - Karen, MJ, Christine and Divya are all very helpful and supportive. The environment at their front office is never dull. Their small gestures of greeting every child and parent as they walk in and walk out amidst their work is something I really admire. The whole team at HOPE is really fantastic and we wish them all the very best.
