This hospital is super excellent. It’s my first time to come in the hospital but my experience was amazing. I feel like they are my family as they are smiling from the entrance until I finished with my Consultation. The staff in reception April is very friendly and nurse Irene is very helpful and Dr. Sabari is the best doctor I have ever seen. I really love this doctor. The valet guy also is very polite. No enough words to express how happy I am. Everything is perfect in this hospital. I highly recommend.

Yesterday I have visited the two doctors, Dr.anurag(orthopedic) and Dr.suhas(neurologist), they were fantastic! Easily identified the diagnosis and dealt with it swiftly. Special thanks to mr.firoos for arranging all my physical therapy and taking care of me as a patient Mr.Kaleemullah Bin Babar was (Physiotherapy) was excellent! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my shoulder rotator cuff in detail and the enough time to understand what was going on with my cuffs!! Thanks to Eman and Sarah (physiotherapy reception) for having the patience to rescheducle my appointments without any fuss!!!

I have been to hospitals around the world, some of the best hospitals in Switzerland but I have never experienced such great care like at Gargash. I recently had surgery there and all the staff were amazing. From pre op to post op, even the nurse who was assigned to my room to take care of me, they were so kind and caring. Patients are not always the easiest right out of surgery (speaking of myself) but they were all so patient and kind that I felt so great being there and even now, the left me with a very good memory of the hospital. I would definitely recommend anyone to this hospital just because of how kind and understanding all the staff were. My room was small but nice, enough for what I needed as I was able to leave the same day. In the bathroom there was Hermes products which was a nice touch as most hospitals provide basic bathroom soaps.

Call Centre team don’t follow up, sometimes they hang up on calls. Called 9 times to follow up on COVID test with no answer. Nurse supervisor (mobile number ending with 1605) don’t pickup their calls, people in charge deviate responsibility by not providing their mobile numbers, when questioned they tell you it’s our policy. But it not policy when you can’t provide a result within the promised time? Unaccountable management and poor customer service. If you can’t produce a result within the allotted time then why are you still taking in patients? Specially that those results are required for traveling.

My experience was excellent, went for ER at arroud 730 am, we were accomodated quickly, doctor listened to us very attantively and give us the right cure. Thanks to Gargash hospital team. Many Thanks to the Nurse Mirvat, Dr Maryam, Reception, and Valet parking team as well for adding their assitance to take care of my parking and make the experience very smooth. I recommand this Hopital to family and friends.

The only reason made me come to this hospital that my doctor moved in it. So, following up I decided to do it with my doctor. As a first time visit the hospital, I can tell, with fully confident, that the hospital didn’t reach to the minimum expectation. - The call center takes long time to answer. 1/5 - The pharmacy gives the medicine tablet by tablet. They count the tablets before give it to you no matter that they have a full insurance coverage to give a full box. 1/5 - The insurance department seems need wide improvement in their performance. It takes them 2 weeks to get the approval where normally it takes not more than couple of days. They have an issue in the following up. 1/5 - I reached The patient relation staff to complain and she promised to meet me in the next visit but no action done by her. 1/5 - The hospitality was ok. The in patient food and services was fine 5/5 - The doctor as I know him before is great and all of his team all are extraordinary good. 5/5 Over all experience I wouldn’t give it more than 1/5

I highly recommend this hospital especially ER team, staff are very kind and the doctors there are amazing , I had to do two surgeries to make up for mistakes that happened in other hospitals without mentioning their name. But this hospital helped me recover well and made up for the mistakes that they had nothing to do with them. I totally recommend going there especially if it’s an Emergency because you will never find a faster way to be admitted not taken care of that much anywhere else. Gargash a newly opened hospital. This hospital is in a good location. The staff were friendly and professional. The hospital doctors are very interested in the incoming patients. open 24 hours. Hospital staff say pediatrics and gynecologists keep watches at night. This is great for those with children and for pregnant women. I haven't tried it yet and I hope I won't try it as a patient :) There is also a Turkish internal medicine specialist in this hospital. Very polite and affectionate lady. I became aware of this thanks to the sharing of the Turkish consulate. The hospital has both indoor and outdoor parking. Car parking is no problem. With Google Maps, you can easily find the hospital. It's easy to make an appointment by phoning.

Last week I finished my third session for laser hair removal of unwanted facial hair with Dr. Afshan Naaz at Gargash Hospital. Totally wowed with the amazing results which have exceeded my expectations. I have been patient of Dr. Sudhanshu for over 4 years and he is probably the best endocrinologist in Dubai. I would like to thank this great hospital for the warm care and hospitality, had my procedure done last year with Dr Renato and all went well, although I was super nervous however the care I received from the staff in the hospital was something else. The hospital has this experienced and wonderful gynecologist Dr. Mariam Georgette Awatai who was looking after my well-being all through my first complicated pregnancy and still looks after me today; the hospital provides the ultimate level of service and care whether it is giving patients enough time to explain the diagnosis, allowing for emergency walk-ins, and/and following up on checkups and laboratory results. The whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the pharmacy staff and service is at an utmost level. I had issues with medication approvals and they asked me to leave while they sort it out and get me the approvals. Mark ( the pharmacist that helped me) gave me a call to follow up an hour later and to inform me that my medication was ready, he also informed me that they are open 24/7. When I wasn’t able to pick up my medicine same day the called to follow up again and arranged for a free of charge delivery. They took the location and delivered at the exact promised time. They even called to insure that I am available. The only thing I would improve is the waiting time amongst all departments but all in all I had a wonderful experience and I recommend this hospital to all my family and friends

Had to call 3 times to get the blood test results. Called a further 3 times to get explanation of said results and treatment plan. No help. Now going directly to the hospital as I’ve been trying to get answers for 6 hours.

I got my Haemorrhoidectomy done by Dr Ahmer at Gargash Hospital. I highly recommend him as he is such an efficient and professional doctor. He handled my case quite smoothly and listened to all of my concerns patiently, he guided me really well throughout and I can't thank him enough for arranging the surgery within a week, the surgery was less painful and I got discharged on the same day of procedure and the recovery is also quick. Do not judge this hospital as the smallest among its kind in Dubai. I went there and was amazed by the services of their Emergency. The IV insertion was seamless and painless. I was attended very nicely. Kudos to the nurse Daisy who attended to me. Other staff were also approachable and easy to talk with. Great people for a small hospital!

The worst patient facing staff I’ve ever seen, wasted my time, lost my money, after multiple phone calls and promises to be contacted shortly, after multiple emails to send me a claim form and invoice which is normally a basic task I haven’t received anything. Being working mom simply do not have time to go there physically to complain. Never again though it’s a shame as I really appreciated the doctor however my time seems to be more respected in other good hospitals in Dubai

Dr Amit took his time and ran all the necessary tests to diagnose me, he really listened to all my concerns and discussed with me all options and alternatives to treat my condition. Highly recommended for the diagnosis of lipidema/ he also referred me to a very highly qualified nurse Nielsen for the drainage massage that helped alot with my condition/ the drainage massage is once a week and the nurse is well trained and knows exactly what she’s doing, i feel immediate relief in my legs after the sessions, she also gives great advices to maintain the outcome of the sessions, booking appointments for the sessions with her was always a breeze and she always accommodated my convenient timings and schedules

Unfortunately we had such a terrible experience with the dr. Tarek Moualem (orthopedic), I should say that you shouldn’t trust him. My baby felt down and he even didn’t examine her properly, he just look at her and said “she has a little injury, she will be fine after 3-4 days”, and we went to another hospital (because I saw that dr.Tareek is not professional doctor) they did mri she had clavicle fracture, we had a shock!!! How the doctor can’t notice the symptoms of fracture??? Because, we were in his room only for 5-7 minutes!!! How the appointment can continue only 5-7 minutes??? It’s very awful! And also he asked us, “how will you pay by card or cash?”, it’s the first time in Dubai when doctor personally asks about payment! And I should mention, that he was wearing jeans and slim t shirt, like he is not doctor

Amazing facilities and care by the nurses. Got my treatment done from Dr Yamen Alahmad, a very knowledgeable and confident doctor. My healing process is faster than expected. The care and follow ups taken by the doctor is truly one of the best in Dubai

“Doctor” if you can call him that, Ahmed Yousef is one of the most rude doctors we have come across. We didn’t even see him because of his of talking to us before we went into his office with his BAD attitude. Made us feel that we were not important and he had other patients to attend to. As if our issue was insignificant (which he didn’t even know what the issue was).

Had a terrible experience at this hospital during a lymphatic massage session. Despite having an appointment, my session was interrupted three times by a doctor who insisted on using the room. I was half-naked and extremely uncomfortable, as I am a conservative Muslim woman. Staff assured me that my complaint would be followed up on, but a week has passed with no contact. Highly unprofessional, invasive, and disrespectful. Would not recommend for anything other than the lymphatic massage, and even then, proceed with caution.

Im not a person that usually writes reviews on places, but It's one of the most caring hospitals to its patients. I was at the hospital by yesterday due to some sicknesses. First impression was very good during the registration. Later on I have been taken to the triage room for details of my complaints and body temperature, blood pressure.....etc. After that I have been taken to internal medicine section along with a nurse and met with Dr. Kubra Kalayci. She was really perfect dealing with me. I have been treated by her and got a lot of information that changed my complete view to my health issues! she sent me the laboratory along with the nurse and I gave the blood samples. Today I got a call from the doctor about the results. That was impressed me a lot. Thanks Dr. Kubra. The same day I have been treated by Dermatology section, the doctor was also friendly and so much supportive, unfortunately I forgot her name and not able to find from the web page, thanks Doctor. Appreciate both doctors and wishing all the best for them.

Poor service..admitted yesterday for plastic surgery and discharged by unprofessional CPD doctor while my garment socked with bloody fluid..unprofessional nurses could't help me with anything and coming and goes to force me to be discharged..unprofessional anesthesia doctor whose appeared afraid to give me general anesthesia, CPD doctor <plastic surgeon > who couldn't counsel me well before operation..moreover I had to wait more that 1 hour to get my prescription while I'm waiting in cold reception with my under garment socked with blood negotiateing with staff that couldn't arrange to get my prescription fast..bad experience allover. New hospital heiring unprofessional doctors.not advise anyone to do surgeries their.

The facilities are of top quality and there is a sense of serenity in the hospital. including a scent other than the usual medicinal scents you smell in other hospitals. Staff are friendly and competent.

I rarely make a review but this time is an exemption. I came with a friend to do a PCR test in Gargash. It was quick as told. And also I recommend the staff, Ms. April, cause she will provide the assistance you need from start to end. She is very polite.

I just want to share my experience when I came to this hospital with my husband because i have severe stomach pain. The two receptionist guy are so rude and unprofessional. They informed us that we have to pay the consultation fee which is 650aed plus meds because i have no insurance. My husband told them it’s fine, we totally agree & understand that. They repeated it not just twice but thrice. They really eyed us as if we can’t afford the fees. Was it because we are not wearing fancy clothes? Was it because we are just wearing slippers? We didn’t go there to impress anyone, we went there because i want to be treated immediately. Im always doing my PCR test with you and also recommending you to my friends but i think it’s a big mistake in doing so. I can’t call out your name brother but please do understand your industry and job responsibility.

My family and I have done several PCR tests at Gargash Hospital, whenever needed. Usually the process was quite smooth and results sent on time. Yesterday I experienced a delay for my result which was surprising as my wife and I did the test together and her result was sent in time. But mine didn’t come through. So, I approached the hospital on telephone and spoke to Mr. Herolito Jr. Blanco Linawan. He was most helpful as he proactively pursued this matter on my behalf and successfully obtained the result which was forwarded to me on email.

I want to send a special thanks to all the staff and doctors, especially Dr. Manal Who was with us step by step till the birth of my baby. and of course, the assistance and help stop after delivery, but they continued giving the best service ever, especially Nurse Anfal, who gave us very good advices, her assistance was massive. Thank you again me and my Family will remember this very special experience forever.

Highly recommend to all. Have had physiotherapy sessions with an extremely professional team who catered the exercises to suit my condition and reach my goals. After 6 weeks confidence in using my legs have grown and my muscles are much stronger. Thank you Gargash Hospital

Excellent experience, my wife delivered at this hospital and the inpatient services along with the OB/GYN services were both excellent. Incredibly attentive nursing staff and attending doctors post-delivery who were checking on my wife every 30-45 minutes as per their procedures and also readily available whenever we needed them urgently for any other requirements. I could not find a fault with regards to the medical services, attention to detail and genuine care for my wife as a human being and not just as a patient. Will 100% return to this hospital for our future deliveries God-willing.

Highly recommend the physio department at Gargash. I went for five one-hour sessions with Ms Gulista, and definitely felt the effects. Professional setting, helpful staff, and very accommodating of last minute changes to scheduled appointments (within reason). Thank you!

My reason for the 3 ⭐️ is mainly based on the facilities of the hospital. I gave birth in April, I’m extremely happy with the doctors ( Dr Mariam Georgette❤️ and Dr. Eniko ❤️) and that’s the reason I choose this hospital but I’m was very disappointed and I would not recommend the hospital itself because of : 1. The rooms are looking weird, old, yellow sick color , bad furniture , very small in size and the smell of toilet coming from the AC was absolutely disgusting 🤢 2. Not all the nurses are friendly and competent. I suffered because one nurse who didn’t manage to put correctly the cannula ( as location on hand ✋🏻 and needles size ), ended up with a huge bruise&pain and thanks God the anesthesia doctor did it for me, with less pain and hustle. Not all nurses as well they talk to you - i felt like a piece of furniture- they walk in and out without saying one word; Only few of them they were friendly and know how to engage in a minimal conversation. 3. The food is something they need to improve ASAP, from the menu variety and the way you choose ( a QR code of menu would do better in my opinion). The looks of the food on the plate is below of the usual quality of private hospitals in Dubai ( felt like I’m in a 3rd country public hospital ). They should invest in the serving equipment too: the plates, forks, hot water pot , all looked overused, not matching with the Private Hospital expectations. Overall I would only recommend the hospital for its doctors but nothing else. Is not my first time being admitted in an hospital, I’ve been and I’ve seen some other private hospitals in my 10 years being in Dubai and I was impressed with everything from A to Z, but unfortunately Gargash Hospital lacks a lot ( from my experience). I hope they will improve because is such a shame to have great doctors but very bad facilities.

I had a Great experience with this hospital it's my first option the doctors are very professional and Kind specially Doctor Mariam The gynecologist I recommend her and the Nurse Avy super helpful and nice. And regarding the pharmacy they where very helpful not letting me wait until the insurance approval and they sent the medicines to my location I am very grateful a big thanks for The pharmacy coordinator Ahmed for making me save time .

I never visited the hospital as a patient, but visited often as a vendor.. Sincere regards to all the front office team and they treat us with high respect and kind wishes. Thanking the management for having such a fantastic front office team.

First time I take my daughter to a hospital and she doesn’t cry! Very professional yet courteous staff and the doctor really took care of my daughter and even calmed my nerves. The hospital itself is state of the art.

I bring my brother somedays before IN radiology department specifically in ultrasound ,,,the services provided by nurse Prathana is very professional and awesome, she handled patient like a family member with respect and caring way,,,,,also Dr Gupta who did ultrasound ,she explained very well and in a sweet way. HIGHLY APPRECIATED THIS HOSPITAL SERVICES FOR EVERYONE . All staff there are very good also reception are very nice with smile face. Very satisfied and very warm environment provided by them . The experience that I have had with Dr. Prashanth at the dental clinic was amazing. No pain experience at all. Very well recommended. Due to his professionalism, the efficiency and using high technology tools, I was super worried from injections and I didn’t sleep the night before my visit, the doctor recommended the laser technology, which is really amazing I didn’t feel that I was in dental clinic, all the team in your hospital as well, they are professional and helpful. Had an ear surgery a year ago and since then I keep performing tests and checks with the doctor. Very friendly and professional stuff from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. The ENT, radiology and hearing departments are always very helpful!

I visited Gargash for ultrasound and my feedback about Prarthna is awesome and she took care like family. Also doctor Eman is also very good and give the feedback and very soft spoken. As mentioned I felt like some close ones are treating you. Thanks Gargash Team for your hospitality in hospital.

We had my son's toe nail treatment ( Surgery) with Dr. Hinah. The treatment was very smooth and tidy, starting from numbing the toe until extracting the Ingrown nail. The nurse is also very supportive and caring. Thanks to Dr. Hinah and Nurse Rona for their detailed explanation of the issue, the treatment and the recovery process. Must recommend Dr Hinah for any Nail or skin related issues.

One of the best hospital with precise treatments and diagnosis. Dr. Sudhanshu is a very decent and competent Endocrinologist. He has very good grip in his field and he deals in a very respectfully way with his patients. Much appreciated his entire team. I am very happy with the overall services.
