The foods are very tasty. This is our first experience and it was good. You have nice view of Marina while dining. I would love to visit again.

I go there often to get some salad. They have delicious and healthy food with reasonable price. Their friendly staff which very helpful. Nice view overlooking the Al Maryah Island.

It is a wonderful restaurant in a shopping mall with an amazing view of newly built high rise buildings and the bay. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Raciel, the waitress at the restaurant, was very helpful and super friendly, like the rest of the staff. She told me about the dishes and recommended a traditional Lebanese roll which I enjoyed a lot.

They advertise free refills on drinks and then say it’s only certain drinks with no mention of this on the menu or at the point of ordering. They then prefer to argue about this rather than make it right. The food was overcooked and the portion sizes small for the amount you pay. Absolutely awful experience that my family and I will not be repeating. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. There are far better places in the mall.

Its a nice place in 3rd floor Abu Dhabi mall. The presentation is good 👍 Tast of kanafeh is really good 😍 Cheese manakish is 👌❤ Over all nice place but the service is little slow but its ok to pass time 🙂

Improvement is required in the food quality, especially the wraps and the drinks. service was not as good as it used to be. The atmosphere is nice as usual. Fazaa Discount is available but you have to ask.

We usually go to Zaatar, the food is very good, we tried almost everything on the menu. We had a lovely experience as we organised an impromptu birthday party for our daughter and the entire staff gladly helped. Cherry, the Floor Manager, arranged the table with the balloons and banner and was a tremendous help. We had a great experience!

I always like Zaatar w zeit and it’s healthy and tasty food options. I have visited the specific branch several times and I am very happy as always with the brand and especially the service. Bisha has been there every time and always welcomes me with a big smile and a great attitude.

This is the worst branch ever visited , i ordered 2 wraps only for take away, and i have been waiting now 30 minutes and until the moment i am writing this reviw not finished moreover non of staff bothered to ask why i am waiting so long in fact there are customers came after me for dine in and they have been served yet my order not yet finished. I asked the staff they dont even care about my request. Extremely bad experience.

Initial Feedback: Its been 5 times I have visited this branch and I can’t give 5 stars… since 2013 (yes 10-11 years) I am always eating Zataar W Zeit in UAE, they are the only branch that dont follow Zooza Salad standards… The portion is like for delivery, smaller than should (I had over 300+ plates for sure to know this) taste of the yellow dressing which usually comes have different taste then standard… (serving less than others too) Potato baked on the side is also not the way it should. Not all staff really understand things the way expected. Interaction is not much comfortable. Maybe they have higher rent, or lower visits I dont know, but I want to address this. The views from the place are marvelous to Maryah Island. Thats why I tend to visit it…. But above needs to be addressed, till then its my last visit. Better to visit outside the branch close to ADCB Main Office, just across the corner.

The waiter ruined my day with his rude attitude.. i wasnt satisfied with my sandwich and explained to him the reason many times but he was soooo ruuude and insisted not to do anything about it after going back and forth to his supervisor, until they finally changed it after a looong argument.. he was saying a “NO” in a very tough way that i never experienced before from a waiter!!! I will not go to this restaurant again

Was at Zaatar with friends after shopping in Abu Dhabi mall. My friends and I ordered zaatar & cheese, wild zaatar and pizza. All were freshly made and perfectly seasoned! All in all our experience was wonderful, especially due to the service rendered. The staff were very helpful and they even clicked photos for us, the bonus was that they offered unlimited ice tea!! Can't wait to return again.

Today I went to the zaatar w zeit restaurant and felt so good to be there. The food was good and healthy. To sum it up, ther service provided by Virginia and Bikal along with the warm welcome of the manager Mark make the visit exceptional. I would love to visit again soon! Thanks a lot

This place is usually my main reason to go to Abu Dhabi mall. They will never disappoint you. Delicious food at very reasonable price. My favourite is the ‘Chicken light’ in white wrap which is freshly made there. ‘Eggs your way’ is a must try. 3 eggs served the way you like and comes with garnish and warm bread. Their coffee is not the best and a little weak though just to keep in mind.

In general I like the quality of the food there. Their wraps are excellent, and their pizza is my favourite from the ones I ate in Abu Dhabi.
