Just loved steakhouse burger. Staffs were not helpful.

hat our order is on the way, but it's been over three hours and we're still waiting. This has been the worst experience we've ever had at Burger King. First of all, ordering at 11 PM should not mean that our food takes over three hours to be delivered. We understand that there might be some delays during busy periods, but this is simply unacceptable. We were hungry and looking forward to enjoying our meal, but instead, we've been left waiting and disappointed. The fact that we had to call customer service twice is a clear indication of the lack of communication and organization within the establishment. Each time we called, we were given reassurances that our order was on its way, yet here we are, hours later, still without any sign of our food. It's frustrating to be constantly given false hope and empty promises. The restaurant even had the audacity to call us and inform us that our order was on its way, which only added to our frustration. It's clear that there is a severe disconnect between what the restaurant claims and the reality of the situation. This kind of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. At this point, we are beyond disappointed. The excessive wait time, the lack of communication, and the broken promises have left us with a sour taste in our mouths. We were looking forward to enjoying a meal from Burger King, but instead, we've wasted hours of our time and ended up hungry and frustrated. We urge Burger King Abud Dhabi to address the issues that led to this terrible experience. Timely delivery, effective communication, and honoring commitments should be the bare minimum for any establishment, especially one as well-known as Burger King. This kind of service reflects poorly on the brand and makes us question whether we should ever order from them again. Overall, this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. We hope that Burger King takes our feedback seriously and works to improve their service to avoid such situations in the future.

Really mostly for a delivery service. However, there are about 3 tables inside that give you the intimate dining experience of being in one of those high end bistros with an exclusive insight into the mysterious workings of the kitchen. Recommend the Whopper with Chicken Fries.

Very bad service, I ordered through Talabat app for more than 3 hours, and I am still waiting for the order delivery, I called them 4 times, but with no result, only promises to solve the issue but nothing happened.

I often order through Talabat and the food arrives hot, fresh and delicious! Make your you order onion rings with your meals, it goes great with the burgers.

Dear Burger King Management Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a very unpleasant incident that occurred at your restaurant located in the Tourist Club Area on the evening of 11th February 2023 at around 6:30 pm. One of your staff members, whose name I unfortunately do not know, spat in the entrance of the restaurant. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also extremely unhygienic, especially during the current pandemic situation. As a customer, I was shocked and disgusted to witness this behavior. It is unacceptable for any employee to behave in this manner, and I believe it reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment. I would like to urge you to take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff members are trained and reminded of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workplace. Stopped by this branch of Burger King in the Tourist Club Area. Hardly any parking space. Walked into the restaurant and it was uncomfortably hot. 3 tables and chairs, both tables full. Ordered a takeaway King Paneer. Sat down and waited for my food. Paneer Burger was delicious. Staff were friendly and polite. Paid parking space. Not wheelchair accessible.

Chicken whopper was burnt at the edges ... was not as expected ..

I love going there mostly for a late dinner or small bites...and am always warm welcomed by Melanie and the night manager... it makes me feel at home with their hospitality... keep up the good work guys...👌👌👌

Very very bad experience I go there for the takeaway order I used toilet there is one nipali girl she told me to make muof on the floor I tell her the floor is clean n y I will do that she told me this is from the company anyone will use toilet he will make mouf even the customer. I really don't know y her behavior was like that This is really bad experience
