I
really
don’t
know
how
to
start…
but
just
don’t
go
there
PERIDOT!
But
long
story
short
we
went
there
to
celebrate
my
friends
b’day.
She
booked
karaoke
room.
At
the
start
no
one
explained
how
did
it
work
and
we
were
always
up
and
down
to
get
drinks
coming
through.
As
fee
you
pay
£80
for
2hours
plus
you
need
to
spend
£160
as
minimum.
We
thought
that
we
could
reach
it
but
the
fact
no
one
was
helping
with
the
services
that
didn’t
happen
at
the
end.
We
got
into
our
located
room
with
no
instructions
how
the
machine
works
but
we
made
it
happen.
At
the
end
of
the
booking
a
member
of
staff
basically
said
that
he
needed
to
clean
the
space
ASAP
because
he
had
another
booking
-
instead
of
acknowledging
our
time
there
but
he
would
need
to
do
such
a
thing
as
is
his
job.
On
our
way
to
pay
-
to
the
main
bar
because
we
just
assumed
so
-
no
one
told
us
where
to
pay
-
a
member
of
security
approached
us
while
we
were
leaving
and
asked
us
if
we
were
leaving
-
this
in
a
matter
of
seconds
of
our
session
coming
to
an
end.
He
replied
to
him
that
we
got
the
message
but
how
many
time
we
need
to
explain
that
we
were
leaving.
In
the
way
to
main
bar
-
sorting
out
our
payments
-
the
same
security
that
previously
approached
us
-
talks
to
one
of
my
friends
in
a
rude
way.
Of
course
he
replied
back
to
him
because
of
his
approach
but
ended
up
being
kicked
out.
The
same
security
ended
up
asking
my
friend
if
he
was
gay
or
not
in
the
middle
of
their
small
talk.
As
overall
experience
I
would
not
recommend
to
any
member
LGBTQ+
or
anyone
really.
Was
a
big
mess
from
the
first
step
in.
I
tried
other
places
with
Karaoke
rooms
and
people
were
much
more
friendly
and
nice.
On
the
silver
lining
the
room
is
spacious
for
large
groups
10+
ppl.
Still
would
not
go
there
tho.
Recommendation:
train
your
staff
properly
that
shows
your
brand
ethos.
Not
everyone
that
goes
to
your
service
is
a
tourist.
Bad
experiences
could
be
avoided
with
different
approaches/
way
of
dealing
with
situations.
